Super fast and super accomodating place.Had a rental car tire blown out after i accidentally hit a curb.The lady ms margrita was so super easy and so helpful. Definatly recommeded if u want easy fast tire replacement.I was out by the time i finished writing this review. Thankx

Just needed tires rotated. These guys are fast, double check torque on all lugs and very reasonable price. Definitely recommend!!!

Even though I didn t visit, the lady on the phone was helpful, she didn t try to sell me anything but made sure I had the proper tires

BEST and HONEST service! Owner totally honest and openly communicates... Went in with a flat (tire losing air), 2 other shops had told me I had not get a new tire because of the size of the screw in my tire - Margarita (owner) told me it was fixable, the size of screw and where it was located made it repairable and I didn't need a new tire. I'm most definitely returning whenever my tires need servicing or when it's time for new tires!

Dropped by today to try and sell some wheels she did not want. She spoke great English and eloquently explained what I didn't understand. Personable and polite with a sense of humor. I look forward to giving her my business sometime.

Went in for a tire leak on my car. They were super nice, responsive and quick in finding the leak and fixing it. Was out of the door in less than 10 minutes all at super reasonable price. Highly recommend!

The nicest and most honest men helped me get 2 new tires on the front of my car without an appointment. Very accommodating and fast. I'd definitely recommend this place!

They get the job done quick and inexpensive. I was told 4 hours to get my tire installed at a chain tire shop. Called up Esmeralda's and he got me in immediately. One man show with loud rap music in a questionable area. Just the way I like it haha

The head man was a real ASS. He was rude and did not want to make good on the tire I had purched . I bought two tires for my van, the next couple days the tire was losing air so I went back , this man helped me valve stem, about a week after one tire still losing air everyday . I had to call a Mobil mech. To come and fix tire, he told me that tire had three plugs in it, he fixed tire enough for me to go. back to Esmeralda. This cost me $30.00 . The ass at this place was NOT going to replace my tire, we went round and round he was so very rude and obnoxious, very bad for business. He was NOT going to make this good , I said I would call news station, and that I d never go back. He then said something to my son, my son said something back and then he exchanged my tire. With another used tire, which did not last but a month , it to lost air all the time. I don't think that this man who worked there is anything good for this business. I will never go back there for anything and I will tell people of the experience I receive there. Word of mouth can. work for or AGAINST a business. This is the WORST tire place in San Jose!!!!!!

The guys are really nice, it was superquick, and most importantly they didn't try to sell me tires when all I needed was a nail hole fixed. Though they only take cash.

Went here to have a patch done on my tire, this is the second time I ve come here to have patch work done on punctured tires and they don t work, tire goes flat. Will be seeking full refund for both tires. If not then I will have to bring my lawyer as I drive in.
