I called over the phone this morning asking the cost of installing a new mud guard that was already bought previously. They quoted me $20 which is about what I was expecting she even repeated back to me that it was infact new and ready to be installed. When I sat down in the reception area the receptionist who was not wearing a mask informed me the price was now $80. She said she misunderstood and through it was already installed. When I told her I wasn't going to pay $80 she asked what I previously had paid for that service and what was the most I would pay. In the past this has test anywhere from $10-$30 as the part is already bought and it takes maybe 5 minutes, sherbert getting an oil change they pull this part off and reattach it, so simple. Wasted my morning before work rushing over there for nothing. Do not trust Duran's Auto Repair, They price gouge!!!!!

This body shop charged me for electrical and fuel pump but jacked up my whole fuel system leaving my gas line disconnected. I was back every week or 2 weeks complaining my truck was still with the same problem. It took a year of bad service that I decided to file complaint with better business automotive bureau. Which now has the shop penalized for bad service. From an unlicensed mechanic to an alcoholic owner who are known for ripping people off. Per other shops in the neighborhood and also admitted by their own management MARCELA!!! Do Not TRUST THIS SHOP, IM WARNING EVERYONEServices: Electrical repair, Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic
