Andrew is so professional from the first time we interacted over the phone. He offered me the best deal that I couldn t resist for ceramic coating and window tinting. I like his business fundamental, which is very customer satisfaction focused, instead of squeezing dollars out of customers for things that they don t need but business offers. Scheduled ceramic coating and window tinting on Monday, referred my friend, he gave us even sweeter deal for 2 cars. The next day, my car was done as he promised. I think my car is shinier than brand new one, his quality of works surely makes my car stand out among cars on street. Hands down the best customer care i have ever had. Detailz takes care of their customer like they are family. Always spends the extra time to diagnose and deal with any issues and creates a bond.Quality of the work is also excellent, they really go above and beyond for the most fair price is the Bay Area.

I got Ceramic coating done on my brand new Model Y from them.Excellent service, very professional and courteous attitude. I worked with Andrew (owner) and he was very kind and nice all the way. Andrew did a fantastic job ceramic coating our Tesla X which is not an easy vehicle to work on. His attention to detail and professionalism is the best I have ever experienced with any detailing service. His passion for delivering best in class work product and customer service was exhibited throughout including a demo of how to wash and ongoing care of the car. Andrew was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish, delivering a very high-quality, finished product (7-year ceramic coating on my 2019 RX450 Hybrid and my wife s 2017 IS200T) and was also very patient and professional every step of the way, answering all my questions satisfactorily, and most of all Andrew was extremely knowledgeable about the product itself as well as the industry as a whole. What impressed me most was Andrew s strong work ethics, compulsive attention to detail, and dedication to his trade and profession. Andrew worked tirelessly and tediously on both my cars day and night over 5 straights days to deliver a very high-quality glossy ceramic coating that will keep dirt and wet-spots off, with a 7-year warranty on the products workmanship!

These guys are awesome! I didn t even recognize my car when I came back, seriously, it looks that much better. They got every crumb and hair out of every crack and cranny. They were able to schedule me within one week of calling, and were willing to work with my crazy schedule. They did a wonderful consultation and I learned exactly what I was getting. They take pride in their work and it clearly shows! I will be back here for sure!

5/5 stars without a doubt! Not only did I get my carbon fiber parts clear coated and also got a paint correction and from that day forward I still get compliments! They went above and beyond with my vehicle. And the best part was they worked with my budget I had for the job. They really made a used car look brand new!

Hands down the best detail company out there! Not only do I have my car detailed by them but my boat as well!! They do a fantastic job. Made my car look better than the day I bought it! Excellent customer service and superior work!

Awesome job!!! The car looks very clean and the paint looks much fresher. Very professional and quick turnaround. Only gripe is about missing signboards which makes it difficult to locate.
