In my search for a dent repair service, I came across various services, all offering different tactics on how to approach my blemish. I was told by almost all of them to expect it to be 90% back to normal, as there were concerns about creasing and not being able to reshape the body back to its factory finish. When I met with Ken, he was very kind and welcoming. He took the time to go over his strategy in repairing the dent. Compared to others, he would not have to make extra holes into the body in order to get his tools in the right position to complete the work. He was confident that if you put the time in work into taking off the panels and accessing the dent based on his strategy, he would not have to create more damage in order to make the car, aesthetically pleasing and repair it to my satisfaction. I appreciated the confidence, and this is one of those cases where the reviews really echoed, his professionalism, craftsmanship, and expertise in this area. He did an amazing job, such that you cannot even recognize previous damage to the body. The paint is intact, the car was put back together as promised, and I was pleased with the work. In your search for dent repair in the future, I recommend you at least bring your car to Ken so he can make an honest assessment and strategize with you as you will see his work as above and beyond what is offered out there and what others would consider industry standard. I took my 2019 Dodge Ram, with 3 dents on the Driver side quarter panel. I took it to Ken and man he did not disappoint. He took all three dents out and it looks perfect.

I recently had the privilege of experiencing the remarkable services provided by this award-winning dent repair workshop. My car had suffered a noticeable dent on the door from gas station guard, and now it looks as though no damage ever occurred.Ken replied promptly to both my voicemail and email. The ding was right next to the seam line, and this was my biggest concern that a vertical line may still show after fix. Even Ken asked me to bring the car in so he can take a closer look behind the panel. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and a warm, customer-centric attitude that immediately put me at ease. While inspecting under the PDR light, Ken also said that this straight side of dent at seam may be hardest to tackle. To my luck, I even got the repair appointment scheduled for next morning.After I dropped car, the work was immediately started on my car, and it was completed before the estimated time. The door was seamlessly restored, dent completely gone and did not even leave that line. Ken mentioned about blemish if looked harder due to clear coat getting slightly uneven at the dent, but I really cannot see that under any light. I am very amazed by his work, it is truly an art!This is my first PDR experience. I find the cost reasonable given the workshop's reputation, that they also impart PDR training and which is why I chose to fix dent here in first place. Other note that may be PDR side effect is that there are quite noticeable number of micro-scratches on the door in the area of fix, which are only visible when examined under swirl finder light, but should be easy to polish out.Hopefully I do not run into more dents, but this shop is where I will return to for any body dent repair in future. I have another car in the extended family that I have already recommended to be fixed here.Attaching 3 photos of dinged door before the fix, and one after fix.

Ken is a legend. A god among men. My Rivian got whammed, bammed, thank you maamed without the courtesy of the other person's name or insurance policy. I had an already scheduled service for something else and this needed to be fixed first. If I'd had to push that appointment back I would have needed to wait months. This hero spent all weekend tippity-tapping my baby's derrier for me so that it would be fixed in time and I wouldn't have to reschedule everything else again. And now look at it. Dent? What dent? Don't know what you're talking about a dent. Nothing to see here. Just looks like fresh, unblemished steel to me.If your baby has a booboo bring it to Ken. He will make it all better.P.S. This guy is so good at what he does that when I first came in for a quote there was another PDR guy there who had flown in from across the country to spend a few weeks studying with him.

Wow Ken is awesome! I didn t believe PDR could fix the body line damage this good. It s basically gone and dent damage is like it never happened. Ken Is legit! Saved me from having to take it to a body shop, didn t want them to repaint my factory paint and bondo my new car metal you know. Definitely would take any future dents to him. Super grateful of Ken and his work. Really reasonable person and gives great price for his work.

Outstanding workmanship..!! Ken & his staff took out a good size dent on top the front passenger fender without having to remove any part of the bumper or side 1/4 panel amazing work !! Not to mention he saved me hundreds of $$$ from what I got quoted from other dent repair specialist Competed the work way ahead of the projected time !! Ken removed a super ugly dent on my door I thought was unfixable via PDR. He did an amazing job and saved me about $1500 versus a conventional body shop repair. I highly recommend his service to anyone looking for any dent removal, big or small. He's a superb PDR artist.

I had a dent in my new Rivian on the corner of the backside. I had several repair estimates that exceeded 5k! I had my car fixed with Ken and the results were flawless! He also managed to do it at a fraction of the other estimates. So impressive!!! Hands down the best!!

OMG!!! Ken is amazing! When I tell you he provides top notch service, it's the best I've ever seen at any auto body shop. 5 stars is not justice... we need to be giving Ken and his staff 100 Stars. He not only gave me a extremely fair price but he completed the work QUICK & my vehicle looks amazing!! If you go somewhere else then you're going to the wrong auto body shop. Well, if you are looking for affordable & top tier PDR repair. Look no further than Ken s Dent Discount. I have four cars (BMWs and Mitsubishis) and Ken have fixed all unwanted dents and dings from them since 2020. And better yet - his glue pull skill is A++ tier! Ken removed a medium size door dent off mine M5 even without lower the windows. Now even if I moved to East Bay I would still drive 30 mins down to San Jose to find Ken. Best PDR guy in Bay Area in my humble opinion!

Ken is awesome! I had a door ding on the crease of the door on my van that was a constant eye sore for both me and my wife. Looked on the web for someone to fix it and came across Ken s company. Based on the many positive reviews from previous customers, I took my van to Ken s shop to get an estimate and arrange a time to get it fixed. Dropped the van off at the arranged time and he had it done a couple of hours later. My wife and I were blown away by the result. I would recommend him without any hesitation.

I highly recommend Dent Discount to fix your dent after a collision. After my car accident, I contacted Kent and he responded right away, we set up an appointment and he fixed the dent within 40 minutes while i was waiting comfortably on the sofa in a room woth AC, water, restroom and Wifi. Kents skills to repair the dent to original state and at a very reasonable price were very impressive! ;-)

Ken is a real professional. Based on my brief encounter with him.I would enthusiastically recommend him to folks looking for a pointless dent repair.In process of understanding the damage and giving me an estimate for rear panel damage of my truck, ken spent about 1/2 hour fixing the effect of another damage that was keeping the rear light lense from being removable. I offered to pay him for that work and he did not accept payment.

Getting my dent fixed was such a breeze - Ken made the entire thing painless from start to finish. I emailed him with photos for an estimate but ultimately ended up coming into to have him see the damage in person. He quoted me with a very competitive price and I was able to get in to have my dent fixed within a few days. I m very happy with the results and grateful to Ken for his hard work. He even took the time to work out some extra spots in the surrounding area for me. I highly recommend this shop and look forward to sending him more business in the future!

I had JUST bought my car when I clipped the front bumper on a road hazard. Body shops wanted to charge an arm and a leg, Ken gave me the best price possible and had it fixed by the next day ! Amazing quality and great service

I'm so impressed with Ken's work! Out of the all the people i contacted, Ken was the only one that was able to quote me 99% removal of the dent! He's a pretty busy guy for a good reason, so be sure to make an appointment with him to get a quote because he's definitely worth the trip to get your dent(s) removed. I've recommended him to several people and will definitely return to him for any future dings :)

A couple of weeks ago our car had an accidental run in with our recycling bin. While the recycling bin is one of those indestructible plastic ones that didn't have a scratch, our car wasn't so lucky. After parking, we noticed a pretty good size dent along the driver's side quarter panel. I first took the car to a local body shop that had done some work for me in the past for an estimate. They wanted to remove the bumper to do the repairs and repaint the entire quarter panel. As you can imagine the price was quite high for all of the quoted work.I immediately went home to look for other options and found Ken. I sent some initial photos, and he had me drive by his shop for a better look. His pricing was competitive and substantially lower than what the body shop had quoted. There were also some other minor dents in the panel that had appeared over time that he could fix as well. I dropped our car off with Ken and got it back a few hours later. While Ken said he couldn't promise a 100% result, I see nothing less than perfection in his work. The big dent from a few weeks ago as well as the couple of smaller ones are completely gone.You can let the photos below speak for themselves.Thank you, Ken!

Once again Ken brought his magic to my car injury! This is my 2nd vehicle and 2nd time coming to Ken to do what he does best. Had a few dings above my rear driver quarter panel on my Atlas Cross Sport. I am extremely happy with the results and the overall customer service from Ken! I was there today for my 2 small dents of my Mini Cooper and my appointment was at 9am. Ken, the owner told me it will be done around 11am. ButHe s so quick to fixed it very Professional. He was done before 10am. I ll recommend to all my friends and family. I live in Pacifica, Ca just to go there. He have good reviews to all he s work. Thank you again Ken

I called a few mobile dent professionals, then came across Kens company. "Dent Discount Mobile & Body Shop". pretty straight forward send pics of dings & dents. somebody put a pretty good ding on driver side... 2 days later I accidentally put dents on passenger side (pics). after talking with Ken felt good about his character. we set an appointment for Friday of same week! Let me tell ya Ken is a genuine nice person to do business with excellent pricing and a skilled expert in his profession.. upbeat & positive with integrity. pics. are attached. you will leave his "(Shop, that's where I chose go)". feeling as good as your car looks! Ken is a master who can make any dent go away. Before I called Ken, every other body shop quoted me $$$$ to ask me to get the bumper replaced. Luckily, I found Ken. Ken fixed my car in a very reasonable price and the dent is completely gone ! Ken is a warm, honest and trustworthy person. He even went extra mile to fix the front bumper for me without charge. If you are an anxious human or just nervous about bringing your car into a shop to get it fixed, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Ken was so kind and competent and made me feel completely taken care of. Within a day of me calling and leaving a voicemail, we were able to text and schedule a time to come in. He even coordinated with me to come in earlier when a cancelation popped up. He gave me an amazing deal and made my car look new again. He explained everything so even though I don t know anything about cars, I felt confident in what he was doing and why. Go see Ken. You won t regret it!!!!

Ken was absolutely awesome! I sent him photos of the dent to get a quote and then later brought my car in for a closer examination for free. Really appreciated how patient he was when explaining the pricing and process for removing the dent on my car. It was also really great that he was super efficient and kept me updated on the estimated time of completion. I was able to get my car back within half a day and the results were great! Couldn t even tell that there was a dent before (the scratches in the photos were there long ago before the dent happened...). Highly recommend!
