I have to say that I am truly disappointed in this dealership. I have got several cars from here. Dave was a great guy and always got me into a good car I wanted at a good price. So a good friend of mine was looking for a knew car and I thought she might like to try a a couple vehicles here . Called the sales department 7 times in a two week period asked for Dave each time I was told he was not in on that day and they took a message. The last time I called he was there and I told salesman my name, they put me on hold. Then they put me in to his voicemail. It s now Monday and I haven t heard a word. In the meantime last Monday my friend and I visited Stevens creek Hyundai a young guy came out and was very inexperienced but he showed a 2 vehicles but didn t know much. He went we all went inside the sales people where all talking to a Redhead female employee and could not be bothered to help. I rarely recommend car companies snd you all let me down. As a result my friend got frustrated, we even tried your Fremont dealer ship. Not one salesperson there would even come out to help. Horrible customer service I will never recommend you guys again. I may like you cars but since DGDG took over the sales people don t seem to want to make a sale

Bought a used jeep here, salesman was nice, no high pressure tactics. Car didn't have current registration so they paid it and said they'd send me the stickers.... never got the stickers after several attempts of getting them from the sales dept. Also, definitely get an extended warranty on any car you get from them. My jeep has oil issues in less than 2 months, I should have taken it to a mechanic when I bought it but ran out of time. Buyer beware.... would look elsewhere for used cars.

It was my first time coming to Dgdg. Juho was very professional and was able to answer all our questions and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience while looking at cars. Fell in love with my car and the whole Dgdg team was super attentive while we processed the paperwork. They treated us like family. Will be recommending family and friends going forward. Hand to GOD this company SUCKS. They sold me a LEMON back in 2020, I went back to the dealer to ask them to take the car back and let me trade it in because of the constant clicking sound from the engine, manager told me it was nothing and he couldn t hear it, told me I could leave it there but they wouldn t give me anything for it 1 year later (2021) I finally got a recall notice about that clicking sound, got it fixed then my hyundai elantra recently had an attempted theft, where they ruined my connection from the key fob to the car so it currently does not lock unless I do it manually, I came once to try to fix it, no dice, EST $150 for diagnosis, told me i had to leave my car 2 weeks and they could not provide me with a loaner so I decided i d come back after my trip to LA as I was taking my car. Now my car is EST at $264.88 and when i questioned why i was told it was Miscommunication and if I can find the RO that says $150 they will change it. Isn t it illegal to withhold RO s??? Why do they not have it in their system!? Told me they weren t sure when it would get fixed hopefully today, but they refused to provide a loaner and told me I d have to pay. Makes no sense. Every other dealer i ve been to provides with a free loaner or rental car except DGDG.such a greedy selfish company. so many better companies out there PLEASE do yourself a favor and steer clear.

On August 31st, I visited Capitol Mazda with the intention of purchasing a used 2014 Toyota Prius Plug-in Hybrid priced at $10,888. This decision was made for my girlfriend's son's transportation needs. However, this seemingly straightforward purchase led to a series of distressing events.Shortly after leaving the dealership, a parking brake warning light appeared, leaving me stranded at an intersection. I contacted Mr. Steve Valentone, our salesperson, who promised to help, but two Toyota employees assisted before he arrived. The warning light disappeared an hour later but reappeared consistently, triggered by various activities.We returned the car to Capitol Mazda, and they attempted to fix the issue by replacing the battery and sensors. However, the problem persisted. On October 16th, the car's battery drained, and the warning reappeared, causing temporary immobilization. The warning persisted on subsequent journeys.Mr. Valentone advised us to contact General Manager Rusty Bumstead for a refund. After returning the car on October 19th, the dealership refused a refund and encouraged us to explore their inventory, which didn't meet our needs.The Prius spent 38 days at the dealership, surpassing the 19 days in our possession. After persistent requests, on October 26, Mr. Valentone informed us that they would pay off the loan. We received a refund of our initial $550 deposit.Despite this challenging experience, Mr. Valentone's dedication and professionalism stood out, and we were satisfied with our sales experience. Our experience with the Prius did not diminish our respect for the dealership, and we promised to return if we found a suitable vehicle on their lot."

DGDG has been my go-to car dealer for a long time. Andre has been a great contact throughout the years to my family in helping all of us find wonderful reliable cars! I ve personally purchased 3 cars from DGDG. In my opinion this is the best used car team in the Bay! I recently purchased a newer car from Eric Wong, one of the sales representatives at the Capitol Hyundai location. He was extremely helpful, transparent, and matched me to a vehicle with everything I was looking for! He was respectful of my budget and ultimately assisted in securing the best option long term for myself & family. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend this team to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable vehicle!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Capitol Ford. I saw the vehicle I was interested in online and filled out a request for information.Josh Schmidt sent me a extremely fast response and set up an appointment for me to come and look at the vehicle. He was not only able to take care of my pre approvals but had the car ready upon my arrival to test drive. The vehicle was exactly as advertised and was exactly what I was looking for. Upon talking further we both grew up in South San Jose and even went to the Same High School only graduated 2 years apart and now welcomed me to the Ford Family. Thank you again Josh and Capitol Ford.

Steven, Ninous and couple others from Hyundai of DGDG have been absolutely wonderful to work with. Exceeding in customer service!I've had my new Hyundai Kona EV for a month and love it!Would highly recommend DGDG to anyone who is looking for honesty and a no pressure sales experience.I've purchased two other (NEW) vehicles from other dealerships in the last 10 years.DGDG (in San Jose) has been recommended by others I know. That is what I have went to them. Happy I did!My experience is 5 out of 5 stars!

Describing Jon Grande's service as beyond exceptional is an understatement. I was disatisfied with my previous car and he helped me achieve what I thought was far from reach. He did so with great enthusiam and helpfulness the whole way through. I'm now extremely happy with my brand new Subaru BRZ! Would absolutely reccomend Jon to my friends and family without hesitation! I know I can always count on Jon with any future car concerns or needs. Thank you so much Jon!! :)

They tried sooo hard to sell us a broken car. We took the car for a test drive, and had a mechanic review it who saw that engine parts were rusting. The dealer refused to fix these issues before we signed for the car, and promised it would be fixed after. so we left.

Our sales guy Jose did a fantastic job at helping us out! He was friendly and answered all of out questions. He made the application process feel like a breeze! 10/10 would recommended, the next time im looking for a vehicle im going with him ! Also the location is very clean inside and out , and the service is Great:)

I've known del gonde dealer group as a customer and as an employee I have purchased 3 cars from them. Buying cars was not only frustrating but an overall bad experience. Some of the finance. Things they are doing are borderline illegal. It was even worse when I was an employee. I worked at the dealership as a sales associate. My work environment was constantly toxic my fellow employees were rude And would constantly be degrading me I did not feel I could ask Anyone for help if I needed it even worse my manager would randomly blame stuff on me even if I had nothing to do with it he would also call. Me names in abusive manner and not even let me say a word. If I wanted to explain myself I was just expected to listen to him and stay quiet at all times , And this happened on a daily basis. I would get back to the dealership after working with a customer my manager. Would yell at me to come into his office And then he would start yelling at me and calling me names about something. I knew nothing about just cause he could after working there for only 3 months. I became so stressed that it Starting to affect my health so I resigned working with them and haven't wanted anything to do with the company since.UPDATE-I would like to point out that del Grande dealer group commented on this review apologizing for the experience and giving me contact information to resolve the issue. Saying that a specialist would reach out to me right away. I email them thinking that they might be willing to improve however no one responded to me. Despite multiple attempts I am simply horrified that a big company like this would take no effort to improve a very toxic work environment that not only affects. Its customers but the mental health of their employees. This type of conduct in the workplace is severely illegal very disappointed with this company.

I will never do business with Fremont cdjr again,I just picked up my Ram 1500 from the service department early because I just found out that even though they said several times over the last few day its been there that theyre trying desperately to diagnose my transmission problems in reality it hasnt had anything done to it even though my apointment was monday at 8am and its now Thursday afternoon. they staff obviously has no problem lying to their customers and they should be ashamed. I didnt even receive an invoice for any "diagnosis" let alone an in person sincere apology for wasting my time.

I brought my car in for service at Stevens Creek Mazda in San Jose for an oil change and a factory recall. The car was left overnight and when I picked up my vehicle in the afternoon the following day, I returned home and discovered a fluid leak. Upon inspecting the fluid and where the leak was originating from, I was able to learn that the leak was coming from the hose below the chassis that connected to my windshield washer container. After examining the hose, there appeared to be several chewing marks along the hoses.Once I brought the damage up to the attention of Neff Castro, Service Director at the time and now the dealership new General Manager. He quickly dismissed my claim and denied any responsibility despite the fact that this had happen to other customers vehicles being serviced.I have to say, the damage is a small fix and the cost minimal, but it's the principal and the lack of respect and unreasonable service that I take issue with.In conclusion, I will no longer purchase or service my vehicles at this dealership. It's a real shame all things considered, because I had purchased two Mazda vehicles from this specific dealership in the past. In fact, after my experience there, I will no longer do business with Mazda or purchase any future vehicles from this manufacture or dealerships.Note: everyone be warned, I hope this information and my negative experience helps you before it hurts you.

The sales guy who helped us was great. That was where the good review ends. They sold us a LEMON, check engine light came on literally on the drive home from the dealership. We brought it back to be worked on, they kept it over the weekend, still couldn't fix it, tried to get us to keep a dud of a vehicle and only after a ridiculous amount of back and forth with financing, service, and eventually working our way all the way up the chain of management to get our issue resolved. Unfortunately we left with no car, 5 days wasted, and heaps of frustration sustained from unhelpful and rude employees. Will NOT be coming here again, would not recommend, and buyer beware! They sell lemons :(

I would've given the dealer a 4 or 5 stars until I realized I got scrwed.Purchased a new vehicle in December, the sales were really nice & helpful. Price was reasonable, with some markup aligns with the current market situation.What went south was the all the protection/service package they are selling. We've picked what we want until the finance manager added a few and told us the price would be the same & it's a Kia promotion to include everything.But there's a catch, the extra paint protection & shadowmark are not cancellable. Also, you don't have to purchase them together, It's not a package. And there's a 30 days grace period for you to cancel them that they don't tell you either.How did I find it out? Contacted DGDG and the corporal office was nice to share with me the details.

I bought a car from the dealer less and a year ago. They sold me a lemon .. I ve only put 7k miles on the car and have had a countless amount of problems from the wheels sensors to the engine and the electronics. At this point I feel like just driving the car through the front window of the dealer ship. I highly recommend staying Away from this dealer to save headaches.

I was really considering writing a review after our second interaction with the staff at dgdg. My family and I have bought 2 cars here, and I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the lack of professionalism and communication at this place. The second car we purchased was damaged in the trunk area, and thankfully we noticed before the 72 hours after purchase. We took the car back, so they can repair it, and at that moment, the staff looked bothered by the request we had to make it for selling us a car with that specific damage. They landed us a car, and we ve been calling many times, NO ANSWER, so we can figure out when our car will be ready. We spoke to sales person because the staff also doesn t provide the number of the service department. And the sales person was also not helpful at all. The sales person supposedly transferred us to someone who can help us and every time we requested that, it was a number that never answered and never returned our calls. We have to show up in person, so they can listen to us. And I quote that because my husband showed up today to find out when our car will be ready, and guess what? They don t know. Terrible customer service. No clear answers or no answer at all. Watch out if you go there, after they take your money, you ll see what I m talking about (but you shouldn t wait for that moment). After we get a car, who knows when, we are not going back there.

Aaron Ulrich was amazing! He was so helpful, answered all my questions, took his time with us, and didn't make us feel like we were being taken advantage of. He gave us a great deal and I would recommend his services to anyone. This was the best experience we've had compared to other dealerships we've been to. I am super excited to have a new car and I owe a huge thank you to him and everyone else who helped at DGDG Subaru. I am a happy car buyer .

Aaron Ulrich was absolutely fabulous to work with! He came highly recommended and I was very impressed. I was treated very well and ended up with a spectacular deal on a new Jeep Cherokee. Julio Perez in finance was also EXTREMELY helpful. I would recommend DGDG to ANYONE looking to buy, lease or trade in a car! I've already been referring my friends and family and it's only been 4 hours since I bought the car!

My car salesman at Buick GMC, Gabriel Fuentes Vazquez, was amazing!!!!!! He made car shopping fun and actually enjoyable. I had had some really bad experiences at other dealerships, in particular with car sales people lying to me and trying to confuse me and charge me more, but Gabriel was super helpful and just wanted to help my partner and I find the car that was right for us. I really had a positive experience with DGDG and with Gabriel. I will absolutely be shopping with them again and would highly recommend that people buy their car with Gabriel. He cares about you and cares about making sure you are happy. He is also efficient and will literally run to get anything you need (he really did run fast to get us keys to test drive a car)! I can't thank Gabriel enough for making our car buying experience fun and worry free.

Good pricing with no commission employees made it a straight forward process and I love my new car. I had an exceptional experience buying a car from Aaron Ulrich of the VIP team. Aaron made every step of the process incredibly easy, worked around my schedule and went above and beyond to make sure I got a great deal and that I was happy and comfortable with the process. He shared my level of excitement and enthusiasm about the car, which showed me he truly cares about the experience I have both during and after the sales process.I took delivery of my new car around 7 pm, by which point the detailers at Capitol Ford had already left for the day. I had told Aaron that it was no problem and I was okay with coming back later for a detail, but that didn t stop him from personally detailing my new car. I am eternally grateful for Aaron s commitment to delivering an exceptional experience. Capitol Chevy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Service Dir Jorge Rodriquez is horrible. Took my car back due to repairs weren't completed, was promised my car would be looked at right away, instead of sitting for 2 weeks prior, well it sat for a week, I complained about the horrible service, hrs later car was stolen. The Service Director Jorge and GM Khalid basically laughed at my face and are refusing to help me, all they have done is lie and give me the run around. I will NEVER buy from Chevy or DGDG again.

Just bought my first car today and Joey was extremely helpful with guiding me through the process! Not only do I have a car I love, which has great mileage for the price, but it was much less of a hassle than I'd have been led to believe. Joey was awesome to talk to, and we didn't have to sweat out in the sun long until we found something for us.Once we found the right car Jorge from finance did an excelent job getting me driving right away. Outstanding service for him coming in late to wrap up the process and got me driving that night!

Aaron is a superstar! We couldn't be happier with the entire experience. We got a great deal and everyone we dealt with was extremely professional, but more importantly, they were all very friendly and anxious to help, but not pushy. We financed the car and that process went quickly and seamlessly. I'd highly recommend DGDG for your next car!
