Was referred to David from a friend, He was able to take in my car right away and turn it around the next day with dealer oem parts. He's friendly, honest and his prices are very competitive. He will definitely be my go to shop from now on.

My parents have been going to David for years and have always had great service from him. I ve also been going to him as well for any issues with my car. Recently my car wouldn t start when I was heading home, and he was nice enough to let me get it towed to his shop late at night. He was able to look at it and replace my battery the next day. David is super friendly and he is able to fix most car issues quickly!

David and his team are the best when it comes to working on M cars like M3, M4, and M5 s. He installed downpipes and maintenance items like water pump and thermostat on my bmw 535i! Very professional work and honest! He also works on GTR s and more exotic cars! Definitely a hidden gem and very affordable.

Just wanted to come on here and say I recommend David 5/5 100% as a mechanic. I have taken my 2008 BMW 5 series to him 3 times now.He is a punctual, friendly, honest, forthcoming and very communicative mechanic that does the best work at an affordable / fair price to him and his mechanics. On top of that, he lends out a car (while yours is being fixed).While other mechanics may be penny-pinchers and take advantage of unaware / not knowledgeable customers to make a quick buck, David is up-front, honest and sincere with his pricing.He always goes the extra mile to deliver the best job (above and beyond) in a timely/speedy (usually 24-48 hour turnaround depending on repair) manner for his customer.Already sent over 2 of my office co-workers to him for their car troubles and will continue to have him as my trusted mechanic.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

David knows his bimmers really well, and I won't be the last person to say it. He WILL go the extra mile to make the customer happy. This is the *Go To* place for all Bay Area BMWs.Bonus: His pricing is very fair!!I went to David's for some work needed on my 228i. I'm glad I went with his recommendations. He doesn't recommend anything that's not needed. Appointment was instantaneous despite the number of cars he has in the workshop. The job took longer than he planned because of the bad part I got from eBay, but he went out of the way to make several adjustments to fit it and made sure I left his garage smiling.5 stars fully deserved. For any Euro Car maintenance or upgrades, look no further than David's workshop. He's the expert you'll ever need.

So glad I discovered David's through the help of Yelp. I have been here three times and I love the work they have done. David is great! When he gives the estimated time of when my vehicle will be completed, it is completed right on time or sooner. Love these guys!

David and his team are great! So happy to have come across this shop from the positive google reviews that led me here. I got an oil change and check-up on my BMW 3 series. They were nice, friendly, fast, and all at a great price. Another shop ~2miles away quoted me 3x price and 3 hours what took only 35mins here! David is fantastic! I told a friend I was concerned because my trusted mechanic of the last 20 years just retired. He told me about his experiences with David with his last BMW and his current BMW. Sounded great! I brought in both my '04 Lexus RX that's getting long in the tooth a couple times and our E350. I am very impressed with David's skill, and his prices are very reasonable. Most importantly, I trust him. I'll keep bringing him our E350 and the GLE350 we're replacing the RX with.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Absolutely perfect experience in every way. Some thieves attempted to steal my catalytic converter but failed to cut through the front all the way. David welded everything back up together and reinforced the exhaust line to help against future attacks. My car sounds and runs like nothing happened and he managed to do all this in just a couple hours. I also really appreciated the before/after pictures I received at the end. I highly, highly recommend bringing your car here if you are able to do so.Service: General repairs & maintenance

David s shop is hands down a gem in the Bay Area. He s a super experienced technician with great customer service. He won t rip you off, and will make sure your car continues running great, without the need to waste money where you don t need it. Been using him for about 2 years for my BMW M3s but started using him for my Toyota Tundras now too.

I highly recommend David's Autoworks as one of the elite mechanics in the bay area. He has deep knowledge of BMW and Mercedes too. I wouldn't take my ML 500 anywhere else. David is honest and he really dose have a love for the cars that come to his shop. They have a "leave it better than you found it" culture there and will hopefully be expanding operations into a bigger location. He's been servicing my vehicles for over a decade now and is my go-to guy when I can't fix my vehicles at home.

Best mechanic in town. Honest and very good. Works on any car from American, asian and European. I've even seen Ferraris and Audi R8 in the shop. David is a very nice guy and takes good care of his customers. He does all maintenance, modifications and also has a paint/body shop.

I found David s Autoworks online an read the reviews all where very positive and well recommended. I had been having an issue that my BMW repair shop (German Motor Works San Carlos) wasn t fixing the problem after several appointments. I stopped by David s Autoworks, David stopped what he was doing put my car on the computer an immediately informed me of the issue. I got some adjustable bilstein front shocks for my Toyota Tundra pickup truck, and David and his Master Mechanic installed those for me, I also got the brake calipers paint in blue color that matches the color of the bilstein shocks. Their rates are very reasonable, and the quality of the job is great. I'll definitely refer David to my friends and family.

Took my 328xi GT in for rear brake pads and brake fluid change. David provided a very competitive quote for an independent shop and schedule me in for the next day. Work was completed on schedule and also took a look at a trunk issue I had for free.
