It was a displeasure working with this shop, given I was paying for a repair that was my fault. I was then hung up on and met with such hostility from the GM. I only questioned their staffs training because I wasn't suppose to know certain information which I can understand due to I wasn't the owner of the car however they gave information previously. This was more than I expected of a lesson to learn and pay for but also in how they treat people in general. They could have said we apologize for giving information we shouldn't have released but unfortunately since you are not the owner and the owner didn't authorize to release any information we can't give you any information. Customer service definitely could be improved, but the inspection and fixing of vehicles is absolutely faster than another collision place i worked with..

I can not recommend this place to anyone. They rushed my car repairs and refurbished parts, which I was given an estimate indicating would be replaced. There were defects in the paint job on the right fender, and scuff marks from the accident were still visible on the front clip/bumper. When I pointed this out, I got an attitude from the service lady. Messed up because I was called at work by the manager informing me that my car was in fact ready for pick up, so I left work 4 hours early, (I work 74 miles away from thus place), all to see my car was not in fact done. The service lady said I could bring the car back, but I will not let this place touch my car again, nor should you. But hey, if you're looking for a fast job with sub-standard work at maximum cost, this place is for you. If you're looking for quality work by people who take pride in their craft, go elsewhere.

I do not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have a Tesla. I came here blindly thinking it was still what it used to be when it was Pan American, I figured it would resemble the service I received back then; that was my mistake. Here s my experience:1. My wait was longer because I had to wait for another part that they didn t know they needed until 1 month after I dropped my car off (they should ve identified this as soon as they diagnosed)2. The communication by my service advisor, Maria was terrible. Every time I called for an update she never called or emailed me back. I had to go in to get an update and would get an attitude from her like it was my fault. Like, I m sorry for getting crashed into and following up on my car so that I can continue my life.3. Once I received my car back after months of repairs the alignment went bad, only to find out that they didn t replace the damaged subframe even though the insurance advised them to, according to them they didn t need to because they misdiagnosed and said it wasn t needed. Not only that, but they wanted me to pay for the alignment and bolts which I refused since it was their fault until Maria accepted with a response I m tired of dealing with this case, I ll just have the shop eat it . So here I was, driving my Model Y with a crooked steering wheel for another month until the subframe arrived. Once it did and I brought it in, I was expecting to get a rental car or uber credits paid for, only to get another response Oh we used to do that as Pan American but we don t anymore , I had to pay out of pocked for this even though it was their mistake.Customers need to be put first in my opinion, I did not feel this way at all in this business. I will never return, nor will recommend anyone here.

The workmanship is great. Crash Champions Burke South did a good job restoring my Tesla 3 vehicle after it was damaged. The customer service is polite and attentive.Would have liked the car back sooner, and overall they did a nice job. Thank you.

To be fair, my first half of the experience with Crash Champions was fairly good. They got my Tesla repaired from a major weather damage, I got my car back in one piece in a fairly reasonable time frame. I could have given them 4-5 stars if my story ends here. But once they got their payment from my insurance, the customer service went quickly down the drain. At the pick up, I was told two small items were missing from my car. I can still drive it safely so I agreed to take the car and wait for them to get those two items repaired/installed later. So I waited and waited. Two months. No good communication after many emails. Empty promise again and again. They lost all the stars I could have given them, and they definitely lose me as a potential loyal customer.

I was told to pick up my car on 06/28/2023, since my rep Maria called me and told me the car was completed done. I was there at 4pm and did the quick check. Then I found out that the front light is not working, and one rivet on the front is missing. I told Maria, and she asked me to wait a bit she will ask mechanical to check. I waited till 6pm and the light was still not working. I asked if I can come back after dinner and other front desk lady said no since they are close. So I spent 2and half hours to wait for picking my car and I could not pick up my car eventually since they actually did not fix all parts.Maria offered me to deliver my car to my home on next day, and I agreed with it.Next day, right after the car delivered, I found out one component on rear wheel is off and the rivet is missing from that component. I immediately contacted Maria about this, she said they never told this part so she asked me to contact my insurance company. While I checked the itemized Bill, they did 4 wheel tracking correction which means they did touched this part, and they actually brought 110 rivets to fix the car and still missing one. Moreover, since I did not drive the car to my home, someone from Crash Champions did, I do not know if the damage happened during the trip. (I do not have evidence since I did not check this part yesterday, it based on my guessing.)It was frustrating on 06/28/2023 already since I postponed many things to pick up the car at afternoon, but I did not get my car back as they did not fix it completely. It is even more frustrating on the next day after the car delivered since one part did not fixed.Maria is good to communicate with but all other parts of this experience are the WORST.

Shoddy work, zero quality control and LIES!My car was returned to me on Friday, Sept 8 after minor body work to the door and paint on the door and front quarter panel. I immediately noticed that the hood looked open (unlatched). I popped the hood and re-latched it, only the misalignment of the hood on one side remained. It was significantly off (as I said, it was so far off that it looked unlatched!).Brian (the rep handling my car) blamed Tesla All Teslas have gap problems. I told him that it was worse than when I brought it in. He said No, it s the same. He brought up pictures they took when I dropped it off and realized that it WAS worse. He drove it back behind the gate and called a couple people over to work on it. After about 15 minutes he brought it back. It was significantly better, but still way out of alignment. Again, he said that s how it was when you brought it in. I argued and he brought up pictures to prove his point, and realized that it STILL was worse than it was before. He said I could bring it back Monday and they would work on it some more. He also said he might need a new hinge.I brought it back Monday, Sept 11 and they improved the gap further. It s still not perfect, but close enough to the before pictures that I guess it s passable. I then asked what I thought was a simple question: Do you know what happened that cause the misalignment issue in the first place? Brian then lied this is how it has always been. I asked don t you remember how far off it was on Friday and having your guys work on it? His response No, we never touched the hood. It matches the before pictures and was never any different while it was here. Needless to say, I went ballistic after hearing him lie to my face like that. Unfortunately, I did not get pictures of the unlatched look, but I did get pictures after the initial adjustments and can prove that Friday afternoon the hood was worse than when I brought it in. Monday, they did make additional adjustments and now the hood is at least close enough. But, Brian, in front of his coworkers, denied all of that, sticking to his story of It's always been the same as the 'before' pictures. After that, I looked the car over and found a dried drip of paint. Brian said That s just in the clear coat, and tried to dismiss it. I looked at him sideways and he said I ll have the guys knock that down. I should hope so. He should have caught the paint drip and the hood alignment before telling me the car was ready! On a previous visit from a different incident, my car was returned to me and I got home to discover that the charge port wouldn t open! I brought it back the next day and they made some adjustments and got it to open without interference. There were also some trim alignment issues. They went into their stock response of Tesla gaps this and Tesla gaps that. I pointed out the one place that was truly misaligned from the factory and asked them to fix the others. They worked on it and I guess it s ok now,, but these issues also should have been caught before returning the car to me.While I was there Monday morning, it sounded like 3 other customers were back for issues with their cars as well. Seems their lack of quality control is not a fluke.

Showed up on time for apointment to get an estimate, estimator said he is busy and cannot give estimate. A front desk clerk gave an of the top of their head verbal estimate, twice the amount of other bodyshop estimates. Attidude dismissive on top of that. Poor business practices.

My experience with Crash Champions Collision Center was a complete nightmare. Brian, my rep for the service showed indifference, provided poor communication, and lacked accountability. My vehicle was delayed week after week and Brian said its due to Tesla delays. Not once, did Brian ever been proactive to give me a call to update me about any type of status. I would have to call in to get any type of update. I ended up taking it into my own hands and contacted Tesla to see if the parts were actually ordered by the shop. I come to find out that the repair shop did not follow set procedures when there are missing items from ordered parts that were delivered and was pending action from the collision shop to get the rest of the parts delivered after speaking to Tesla representative. If I had not called Tesla about this, who knows when my car would have been out of the shop?? The repairs were subpar and the car was returned to me incomplete, missing the brand emblem, unaligned hood, and had system errors regarding airbag. I spoke with Brian about these errors and we agreed that I would bring in the vehicle when the Tesla emblem has arrived. I bring the vehicle in on the date we agreed on to find our Brian is not in that day and had told no one about my situation and what needed to be done for the car. Avoid this establishment at all costs.

What a bad experience First contact person was Brenda, front desk. She took the picture and everything.I was concerned about the performance on my vehicle not just cosmetic Appearance. They will be checking everything before continuing the repair. When I m found out, that they will not be able to fix the internal issue.I do contact back to stop the process We ll to lake.. all the piece s are out and you have to pay from your packet.I m tell them to stop the process but no they make a mistake on my vehicle and keep it to the paint shop process.I m still have the same issue in the back side.I do pay $500 deductible and still having the same issue.I was trying to talk to the manager but no luck. They don t listen to you. They do what ever they want. There was no professionalism. Not even a apologize..just like. It is what it is.. what do you want me to do Not what i was expecting from a body show.If you go there, please ask everything, if not, x This will be a headache for you.Just be careful with this Bodyshop.Service: Paint repair

I came to Pan American for help with repairs to my car. I was fortunate enough have had Selena help me out. Her level of professionalism is beyond anything anyone should expect from a business. She was able to help me through the entire process of working with insurance and was an advocate for my case. The levels of perfection Pan American and Selena showed would have me referring this shop to everyone. God forbid I ever need more body work done, you know without hesitation Pan Am will be my first and only call to assist me. 11 out of 10 stars.Service: Body & Trim

I was a customer of a previous business that Crash Champions has since bought (Pan American Collision). They repaired my Audi's passenger door last summer after someone backed up into our car in a parking lot. Everything was handled perfectly or so I thought. After a few months when I had a passenger in the car, they noticed they couldn't open the door from inside, it would open just fine from outside though. This was something I had failed to check when I picked up the car.I have been calling the new business, Crash Champions, since February, leaving my information with the promise that someone will get back to me to no avail. I even visited this location to try and get a hold of someone but a very rude agent/receptionist was reluctant to even answer my questions or look up my information. I am at a loss on how to get a hold of someone to get traction on their responsibility after they took over Pan American. The irony is Pan American told me that the fixes on my car were guaranteed for life...

This place is awesome! Great communication, friendly people, great customer service, and my car was finished early! Marie was especially fantastic. When enterprise wouldn t pick me up, she called me an Uber to be picked up and dropped off to get my rental. She also handled all the dirty work and straightened out the minor details of paperwork and estimates gone wrong. I didn t have to do anything on my end hardly. She even ordered me a front license plate for my Tesla. She went above and beyond for me! I highly recommend this place and will be back if I ever need anything done on my car. Thanks so much!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Pan American was referred by my insurance, I let my insurance know that we picked Pan American as our chosen auto body and I got a call from them within a few hours to schedule an appointment to come in for an estimate. My car was in the shop for over a month waiting for parts to come in, however Selena was wonderful at communicating on whether or not the parts came in on time. She was constantly giving me updates until the day the car was ready for me to come in to pick up!

Selena has all the skill sets to make any customer happy with their experience here at PAN American Collision. This was my first time in a car accident and dealing with the insurance company is a huge pain. Once I called Selena she walked me through the steps on what she will do talking with the insurance company and what documents I need to sign on my end.I find the process very pleasant as they were clear with their timeline on how long the car will take for the repairs, what parts are still on back order. During times and back order on shipment of parts I can tell that this was going to be a long process, but it was not.If you have a Tesla this is the place to bring it for any repair needs.I have had other shops tell me they are 3 months out, but once a spot open Selena called me right away to book an earlier appointment.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim, Paint repair

Recently we had to get our Tesla repaired due to an accident. First thing, these people took their own sweet time in giving it back. Delayed by more than a month. Second, they stole the spare charger that is stored inside the trunk. We have been calling them and asking to locate it. All we are getting is very irresponsible answers. The manager Maria, has no leadership skills, has no idea how to manage this situation. I suggest everyone going to this facility, to be very careful with their belongings. I will be filing a police complaint right away.

They helped me to work with the insurance company, get the payment processed fast and efficiently, and the work itself was really great and they kept amazing communication with me by text giving me updates every step of the way. Would never hesitate to use them againServices: Body & Trim, Paint repair

My Tesla had to go through a rear side dent and paint repair. My insurance agency AAA helped me to locate Pan American Collision Center at Burke Street, San Jose. From the very moment I stepped in, the facility looked great, neat and welcoming. I was greeted by Tammy and ever since I have had the best customer experience that I had never imagined. Thoroughly professional, with a pleasing personality and customer care to the core, i have truly loved every part of the dealing I had with Pan team. From coordinating with insurance, with car rental agency to providing timely proactive updates and making sure they deliver on time, they did their part brilliantly leaving me truly delighted. Tammy not only made sure that my repair is attended to, but also attending to other areas that were slightly outside the repair scope. Overall a truly delightful experience and I do strongly recommend this place .. and specially ask for Tammy. Thank you Tammy for all that you did, my car looks beautiful and Im grateful.

Excellent service, friendly and helpful representatives. The team helped us with a repair on our car which was restored to perfect condition. This was no small feat given the delays and unresponsiveness on the part of Tesla as well as the complications on the car repair. They went out of their way to keep in constant communication, elevated the delays issue to Tesla as needed leveraging their relationships, and went to the efforts of inspecting the car again (even fixing damages Tesla inflicted on the car to the body during their portion of the repair), and spotlessly cleaning the car, to make sure we were satisfied. I also highly recommend Destiny Mosbrucker, who was our account representative and main contact, who assisted us from beginning to end. She is one of the best vehicle service representatives we have ever worked with and truly a gem!

I had a great experience from the point dropping off my car until coming to pick up my car. Excellent work. I was very impressed with how Tammy prepared and managed the entire process by being one step ahead of the game anticipating the customer needs all the way from explaining the detail process and contacting the rental car to pick me up and after I dropped off the rental car at PanAmerican. Everything that she promises she delivered.Very impressed with the entire experience and will definitely recommend you to others.

I dropped my car off for just a simple wash nothing more nothing less, and to my surprise I didn't know my car was black until they washed my car, I've owned my car for over 3 years, gave it plenty of washes on my own, and I always thought my car was gray, until Pan American washed it. I got my car back and WOW! My car is actually black, and not just that the interior was also cleaned! Big thank you to their detailer who made sure my car was spotless!Service: Full body wash

I recently got work done on my car with Pan American Collision and was highly satisfied specially interacting with Tammy. I was impressed by her proactive ness and professionalism. I did not have to call up on the status of my car. She promptly informed me regarding the status of every step during repair process. This definitely adds to the value of the work done by Pan American and boosts the confidence of the customer knowing your vehicle was in good hands.

They did an amazing job!Initially I had opted to take my car to a different auto body job out of convenience which turned out to much more of a hassle as they were not able to provide the quality I expected. But once I took my car to Pan American Collision, they did a fantastic, professional, high quality job.Christian was great and so was Aimee! Also had a chance to speak with the owner who really knew what he was talking about when it came to exposing the work that would be done to my car.I will definitely return for any work that needs to be done. Thank you!
