If I could give negative stars, I would. I received text message stating my vehicle would be ready today, April 8th. This has been the case since my car repair started, I was NEVER informed otherwise. Today, April 8th, my partner & I left work early (missed hours at work, therefore missed out on money to earn). I came to San Jose, CA from Salinas, CA, an HOUR away (time & money wasted). Upon our arrival, we were then suddenly told the car is not ready. Please note, our insurance coverage for our rental vehicle ended on Thursday, April 4th, we have been paying out of pocket since then, we were under the impression (as we were told) that we d be able to return our rental today. Obviously, that is not the case. Now we have to continue to pay out of pocket for our rental for an even longer, undetermined amount of time. As we STILL have yet to have a confirmed ready date. No notice whatsoever of the vehicle not being ready & now not even advised of an actual ready date. Absolutely ridiculous. Seek auto repair elsewhere if you can.

I took my 2021 vehicle to Pan American Collision following a motor vehicle accident. I was rear ended on the freeway and the rear of my vehicle was damaged. Geico recommended that i take my vehicle to this shop and to my suprise, i received excellent customer service. From the moment I stepped in, (Joseph Gallegos) heard my concerns and assured me that my vehicle was in good hands.I highly recommend this place. The service was fast and the staff was very professional. All replacement parts fit into place and my vehicle looks excellent. One thing i suggest is double checking your vehicle before you leave to ensure that every part listed as replaced/repaired , was indeed replaced/repaired. bad service. I hit a slope with my Benz convertible. I searched Google found here and stopped by at the first time. Then the front desk keep chatting with other customers and when I wait here for 20mins already and asked she said another men after me had appointment. So he should be first. Ok I m fine, but when I asked how long is the waiting. She said there is no ETA! And I can either waiting for endless(another one come in they can still jump to the front) or come back tomorrow. But there is no sign here said appointment only.! I asked about manager, she refused and said manager also on meeting phone for all day! And I asked for manager contact card, she refused again with the funny excuse: manager only answer meeting calls.They discriminate Asia people I feel. People collision already feel bad and the receipt made it even worse. They have no sign here for appt only.Worst body shop receipt I ever met.One word want to reminder the owner of the shop, I arrived at 1:15 and wait until 2:30, your receipt not back from the lunch, and I asked the for which time they will back, she said 1 hr, then I said I will wait. The she said no time limited for lunch! Does the owner read reviews? If so, do you know your receiptions took lunch as afternoon teas? Do you know they said their manager always on phones? Do you believed they are fully booked in Thursday afternoon but dare not to share calendars and manager contacts?

This was the best experience ever with any auto repair related business. I was referred from insurance here for body damage to my Tesla model Y. The service from the initial call to make appointment to the final delivery was excellent, only wish i could give the customer support team a 6 star rating.. They kept me well informed on the progress for the repair, with my primary representative even letting me know that they would be out for 2 weeks and who was covering. They called weekly as they said would happen with informative update on progress and ETA update. Very happy with the finished product.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We were very happy with Pan American. The team is very professional at all times. They take the time to explain and give advice. They follow-up timely. My 2014 Honda Pilot was involved in a collision where the driver side fender/bumper needed repairs and paint job. The entire process with Pan American Collision Center was very smooth. From the initial quote to scheduling an appointment for repair to them working with insurance. The office personnel is very knowledgeable, patient and very courteous. I worked with Jay who was very attentive to the car repairs as well as my schedule in order to make it work. He did an awesome job of keeping me in the loop while my car was in the shop and gave me updates.Once the repairs were complete, he personally delivered my car to my home and took my rental car which gave me one less thing to do. Upon inspection of my vehicle, I was very impressed with the quality of the work. My car looks impeccable. It looks brand new. I am so pleased and impressed by all of the people involved to make this happen. Jay even arranged for a detailing job and also noticed they took care of my fogged up headlights.I will definitely be returning for any future vehicle repairs and recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.I am extremely happy and amazed.Thank you guys!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The paint job was done very good .However, while picking up my car, the driver's seat power recline function did notwork properly. I am positive that it was functional when I dropped off my car and whatever damage might have happened,happened while the car was in the care of Pan American Collision center.I realize that no work was supposed to be done on the seat itself. However, the power reclinecould have been operated to perform the vacuum cleaning of the back of the car and there is no other way to reach therewithout operating the reclining function since the car is not a 4 door car but a 2-door car. I have tried to contact the company a number of times by email but did not get back a single responseService: Painting

Booking an appointment through your website was incredibly easy and quick. The whole team at Pan American was exceptional, Maria, Jay and Selena kept me informed and updated and the work got done way faster than I expected. Pan American an Jose who wrote the order for my car are The Very Very Best. They did a excellent excellent job on my car. Jose is the Best. Ask for Jose, he s calm, and listens to your needs. Great job in fixing the side of the vehicle. Looks as good as new! Time to repair was also reasonable. Reason for 4 out of 5 stars is because some old parts were left in the back seats. Car was filled with dust, and asked for the old tire to be left in the trunk but no avail.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They did an ok job on reapairs, the paint seems to be good. They stole all of my parking money out of my car and tried to return it to me with a completely different wheel. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!

I had a phenomenal experience with Pan American Body Shop and Daniel Avila. My car was so well taken care of, I was very pleased with the final results. Pan American Body shop did such a great job, Daniel kept me posted on the repairs, timing and helped me stay up to date with my car rental. Extremely professional experienced and kind. Highly recommend this collision repair company. Small business from Cuban immigrant. My car was well taken care of and constant communication. They have excellent partnerships with the insurance companies so you leave the work to them and in no time your car is back to the way it should be. I am honestly in awe of their customer service. My car was unfortunately hit while parked in front of my house and I was in need of finding a reliable collision center to fix my bumper. This is the second time I have used Pan American Collision Center and I would not go anywhere. Very professional and on time when it came to scheduling my drop off and pick up appointments. We have used this company on three different occasions, and they are outstanding! Their service representatives are polite, well informed and service oriented. The shop is spotless and you will be informed by email and text about the repair progress on your vehicle. I wouldn t use any other repair facility; our cars were a Mercedes Benz, Cadillac (twice), Audi and a Smart Car!

I Brought my new Honda Ridgeline down for body repair. I was impressed from the beginning how professional the shop was. The estimator Jose was very detail orientated and even recommended checking the alignment which is something I did not think of. During the repair process, the office kept me informed of the progress through calling me and texting. Repairs were perfect. Paint matched; It Looks as if nothing ever happened. The work was completed on time, and I was able to leave my car rental at Pan American which was very convenient. Pan American Has always worked on my vehicles. My vehicle always comes back in better condition than it was in prior to my accident. They really take their time on every little detail. Great service. The staff was very courteous. Erika, who handled my case was communicative and very prompt in letting me know of the status, over the course of ordering parts, paint job and getting the car fixed. She even got a few scratches on my car buffed for free. Overall, I would recommend this center to any one who wants hassle free car body work done.
