Coyote Valley RV Resort is one of the best site that we have stayed at. We travel in our travel trailer when we want to get away from home and stumbled upon this place as we were passing through. The Premium lots were HUGE and SPACIOUS. Was worth the high rates that they charged. Super clean campground and the dog parks were big as well.

8 PEOPLE, hilarious. Good to know 3 adults and one who came to visit equals 8 people. It took you months to come up with that response, pathetic. Keep lying to people.Complaint filed with the DOJ about their ADA discrimination. This place is a joke....barely meets RV Resort criteria. For starters, it's ridiculously expensive. They've got a pool that's got no shade or usable chairs, a laundry room with no fan or AC and machines that leak, and a dog park with no lights. The wifi only works in the front office, so if you want to use it on your phone or laptop, you have to walk to the front office (don't ask about if they plan on fixing it, it's a hard no).And then there's the customer service which is non-existent. My parents have been asked to vacate within 30 days because I, their child, came to visit them. Ms. Hamilton actually took it upon herself to tell me how long an 'appropriate' amount of time to visit my parents was. The list of rules given when you check in is not accurate. Half of them aren't enforced, and the other half management 'changes' at their convenience. If you'd like your life to be micromanaged by the owner, then this is the place for you. Take a look at how she responds to customer reviews!

This park has different size spots for different price levels. I opted for the most expensive spot. While a very nice spot, I m not 100% sure it s worth the price, but I knew what I signed up for. There are 2 pools, 2 dog parks, and the roads are nicely paved. All of the staff I dealt with was very nice. The park as a whole is nice, quiet, and mostly full time residents. Unlike many places though, the full time tenants haven t trashed their sites, and they re well kept. The only negatives are as follows.1. Very close to train that runs all day into the night. Easy to drown out but it s there and you do hear it.2. The road in front of the park is often a race track at night with loud obnoxious cars.3. The resort may need to employ a different landscape crew. The company they use is not very attentive to detail and clean up which reflects poorly on the resort.

My wife and I have stayed in the Coyote Valley RV resort many times and it is one our favorite places to park. From the moment you enter into the park it is clean and very well maintained. We were greeted by several very nice and helpful park rangers the not only directed us to our spot but actually helped us back in and get situated. We have stayed in both sides of the park and while the spots are larger in the new side there are advantages to being in the original side. The trees are more developed which does minimize the amount of Sun/Wind.The bathrooms and laundry are very clean and well maintained. This is by far the best park we have stayed at in regards to receiving and distributing mail/packages. The people in the office are great about organizing and separating the mail/packages.There are two pools/hot tubs that are always clean and positioned perfectly to capture the most amount of Sun or Shade depending on your preference. There is also a store here in case you forgot or need common items. No park is perfect especially when you consider the wide range of guests they have to serve but we consider Coyote Valley to be one of the best places we stay as full time RV ers. They staff it appropriately and are extremely quick at fixing any issues that might occur. We highly recommend Coyote Valley if you are ever visiting the Morgan Hill or San Jose area. This is at least our 3rd time here and we will be back many more times!Nearby activities: Excellent golf course nearby!Food & drinks: Morgan Hill has a lot of great restaurants!

I was nervous about coming here because both times I called I felt like the female I talked to was very abrasive, her name started with an L. But after arriving, I think it s just because they are straightforward and busy managing a beautiful RV resort! Which is a lot of work! Because this is a large one! We checked in, and everybody was so nice, I absolutely love Jefferson! They helped us get into our slot, and just were so accommodating about everything else! The park is beautiful, and the amenities are outstanding! There does seem to be a lot of a permanent people here, but hell yeah I would be too! We just left yesterday, and even though I m not a fan of the traffic in the surrounding area would I make my way back here absolutely! What you need to know:If you re going to be in this area, should you book this place? YES, YES YOU SHOULD!!!Is it beautiful and a nice RV park that has a bunch of amazing amenities: YES, YES IT DOES!!!Would you regret booking here: NO, NO YOU WOULDN T!You re only regret would not be booking at this place!I m glad I booked early, because this place packs out!BOOK EARLY!Thank you all so much again!

Would give this place 5 stars if the owner weren t so unpleasant. Damon, Jefferson, Angie and Emily were all incredible. Way more accommodating than they needed to be. I left for a month for work and they put me right back in my original spot when I came back. Nicest park I have ever stayed at, hands down. Pads are concrete and level, everything is clean, north side of the park is basically brand new. never had any problems with other guests. A lot of ridiculous rules and policies by the owner don t give you a welcome feeling and her condescending attitude finally made me leave. (I personally don t have any kids but have heard multiple ugly stories from friends at the park about being harassed about their kids by management. Glad I didn t have to encounter that.) Seriously, the most unpleasant person I have ever met and if you stay here, avoid her at all costs.RESPONSE TO OWNER: Not sure how belittling and yelling at your contractors constitutes me negatively affecting other guests but, by all means, keep proving my point .

We stayed at coyote RV in November of 2022 nice resort , landscaping paved roads paved sights, level sites. very nice staff , was okay but washrooms were quite a mess don't believe they were cleaned daily it seemed only 3 or 4 days, showers dirty no hand towels etc, is okay place to stay for short time. Far away from any amenities would not stay there again it's okay if you have to stay somewhere but other than that not worth the money. This is full of workers with work trucks & not really caring about the washrooms.

We stayed here for a few months. It's convenient to Bay Area as well as south bay and Monterey. Staff are friendly--Angie, Elizabeth, Jeff and others were very professional and helpful. Well stocked market too! Very clean, quiet, nice neighbors, great pools, and decent shower and laundry facilities. We'd definitely stay here again. Trains run regularly, but we don't mind them. Nice access to Coyote Creek Trail. Cell/data services good for Zoom, streaming except T-Mobile, which worked best only during non-peak times.

This place is awesome! 1st I want to thank Tiffany, she spoke with me on the phone and helped me with my reservation. She went above and beyond for me and I am so grateful. Thank you Tiffany. When we arrived at the resort we were greeted by Jeff and he took us to our spot. Not only did he show us where to go, but he basically backed us into our site! He gave my husband step by step directions and we fit in like a dream. We know how to back in, but Jeff seems to be an expert. Thanks Jeff. So far I am very impressed with the customer service at this park

I would give it five stars but the internet is horrible. We've stayed at 30 RV parks and resorts in the last couple of months and internet varies wildly but this was one of the worst. I don't expect streaming but we couldn't even keep connection long enough to book reservations.Walkability: None.Food & drinks: The park store is very reasonably priced.

So nice! Clean with many amenities and all sites have a concrete pad. There seems to be a lot of full timers, but it's obvious that no lifetime of junk is allowed to be piled up around rigs. We only stayed 1 night as we were passing through but would definitely stay longer when in the area.

We love this place. Super clean, nice paved slots big enough for the largest RVs. Close enough to town so if you forgot anything or are hungry there are multiple places to choose from. Inexpensive, nice grounds, not too close to your neighbors, multiple pools, laundry facilities, dog parks, they pick up your garbage for you from in front of your RV & you can leave your propane tanks out to be refilled and brought back to you. Super fun at Christmas. I have never seen a reindeer bigger than a RV but here it is!

Pretty nice layout inmost of park. Access to great trail, pool, spa,all nice. Green spaces for dogs, nice. Many broken washers. Addresses ,space numbers hard to see, lost pizza delivery, fire engine and family visitors because spaces are not numbered clearly.

This RV park was very impressive. We are on our annual family vacation and in true style to my family things are unorganized. Coyote Valley RV accommodated our last minute very late request for a spot. The park was very nice and clean and well maintained. Cute doggy park, nice showers with hot water and the pool area looked very nice. 10/10 would recommend!

We are about to take our third RV trip to another 5 star resort. Looking forward to fun with our grandkids. We had fun swimming in the salt water pool. Hiking, riding bikes, and playing games. Our most favorite was the delicious ice cream and super nice staff. If there was a 10 STAR rating they got it update. We loved this RV campground. So far the nicest one we ve been too. Wonderful staff, quiet and so much to do. It s definitely family oriented and beautiful. We will come back soon. Thank you for making our stay so much fun.

We have been RVing for more than 10 years and have been all over the country. The term RV resort is thrown around loosely and is often undeserved.By far this is one of the nicest parks we ve ever been to. It s in a great, safe location surrounded by beautiful foothills, and right next to a great pathway system. All the facilities are new and sparkling, the showers are individual rooms, and everything is immaculate. Customer service here has been amazing. Wi-Fi has been great and they have cable TV. They even have a fitness room with pretty decent equipment. If there is a downside to this place, it s expensive, but you get what you pay for and this is the Bay Area. I would rank this in the top five nicest parks we ve stayed.

I m not a fan in staying in a place like this for more than I night here and there. They re usually noisy, crowded, and just too expensive. This place wowed me. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The whole park is clean. They even come by and pick up your trash. Outstanding amenities if you like that sort of thing. Everything in the Bay Area is expensive. This place is reasonable though and was easy to get into San Jose from the park. I ll stay here again.

Beautiful RV park! No wonder it is rated 10 with Good Sam. Very clean, friendly staff. You were escorted to your spot and he was also your spotter for backing in. Bathrooms and showers were open 24/7 with a code to get in. Market had a big variety of items. The only draw back was we couldn t stay longer but already booked another time to return. If you are looking for a top rated RV spot, this is the place.

Would not recommend to go there with kids. Facilities were very dirty with dog hair everywhere in the laundry room, also restrooms Full of hair. Very nice People though.

Been trying to get into a full time spot since March. They discriminate if you have more than 2 kids. Basically you ll never get in. I know this for a fact. Someone we know got in within 2 weeks of filling out their application in July with the same exact camper. Only difference is they have 2 kids and we have 4! I ve heard this rumor about this campground and it s confirmed fact.

Nice park with large cement sites. The biggest problem was little to no water pressure which is a big problem taking a shower & sometimes just trying to brush your teeth. We were parked close to Monterey Rd so the road noise was pretty bad & the trains going by were noisy, but definitely not a deal breaker. We tried to use the laundry facilities once, but after washing our clothes they came out covered with pet hair & lint so we had to take them to town to rewash. Would give a 5 star rating if not for lack of water pressure & would be nice to have clean laundry facilities.

My favorite place to stay during my husband's work travels. Newer side is roomy. My dogs enjoy the dog park. Nice amenities, but I don't use them personally. While I really like this place, customer service can be better. Once I called and told them to please stop playing phone tag and to leave detailed messages if they couldn't get a hold of my husband, or they needed to call me instead. They told my husband that I wasn't someone they wanted as a customer. Wow!Not a fan of the no mow grass, so I try to avoid that. If you're a dog owner just be careful of the people who ride on the scooters at night. One of them likes to bark at your dogs. When I called about it I got the feeling that either they work here at the park or the worker I spoke to personally knew them because he was snippy with me on the phone. Regardless it's not ok to bark at someone's dogs.

The place is a concrete parking lot with just enough space to park. Staff was very friendly and informative as well as helpful. Our location did not have a table when we arrived but Gabe who helped us park also went and got a table for us without even being asked. The facilities are clean and well maintained. As a large family with young children I understand that they make noise, but while this location was not hostile to children we were told no children in the spa because of state rules and there really is not an area for children to play that is not a parking lot or the pool. A slightly larger grass area and a little more space would go a long way. The grassy area and the corralled area are the open area they have and the dog walk area respectively.

Great RV Park! We stayed here for 3 months and loved it. Has lots of room in your rv spot, has a pool, two dog parks, two laundry rooms, and big lot behind the park to walk your dogs, and lots of trails around the park. Staff was great. Would highly recommend.

I am so disappointed in some of the staff and the owner of Coyote Valley RV Resort. It is a very nice place and that is why we came back for the second time. However, when the owner, staff and long-term residents are rude and make up false accusations about you and your group and video record and take pictures of our kids...that unfortunately, will make a place like this look very bad to customers.First of all, the office staff is not accommodating and make up their own rules for each customer/resident. When I made reservations for our second time there, I had requested a premium spot because the standard spots are fairly small, and they planted trees in spots where our slide-out wouldn't open. By the way, we made reservations about 4 weeks in advance. When I get there, they put me in a standard spot, which was too small for my rig. So, I went back to the office to ask about the premium spot that I had requested when I made reservations. She tells me there are no more premium spots available that it is based on a first come first service and they are unable to reserve them. So, I asked if I could be in a spot closer to my sister because there were lots of spots open near her. She tells me she's got people going into those spots. Then I find out that someone else from my group got put in the premium spot and they booked after me. I don't understand how they are a first come first serve if they have people going into certain spots. I feel they intentionally placed me far from my sister and the others in my group. This "resort" is geared towards long term residents not weekend campers. You are not welcomed if you are going for a long weekend with your friends and family. And if you have kids, don't bother going. They aren't fans of kids unless you live there. There are a ton of young kids that live there, and they run around with their scooters and motor-bikes up and down the road and through campsites. Which I didn't have a problem with. They are kids and having a good time outdoors. However, when my kids and the other kids from our group got there, they were told they couldn't run around outside and make noise. I also witnessed one of the boys that live there riding his skateboard in the clubhouse with no mask on. Not one single staff member asked him to stop.Ashley from the front office and Jeff that works on Saturdays are both very condescending. Jeff is very arrogant and makes campers feel extremely out of place. Not to mention, he was recording my minor son without my consent. I also caught Ashley snap photos of our group in the pool and then walk into the lobby and give someone a thumbs up. Not sure what that was all about, but I definitely felt targeted for something. Both Jeff and Ashley work on Saturdays and that was the day we had most of the issues. They both twisted the truth about us and caused most of the drama and had the owner come talk to us like we were children. If a staff member had an issue with us, then they should have come talk to us. Instead, they called the owner and fed her lies about our group there. The owner came to talk to us with a list of all our names and said that we had been "rude" to her staff. However, when she was asked to give us an example of how we have been rude, she couldn't. She said she would believe her staff no matter what. That is bad customer service! She also told us that "She doesn't need our business, but that she wants it", which was a slap to our face and again, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!I have been camping/RV'ing since I was very young. I am in my 40's now and I have never been treated or been put on a list at a campsite before. We have a big group of family and friends and like to go camping as a group and never have any issues when we go to other places. This group was big but that wasn't everyone. The group is much bigger! This place really could have had a lot of business from our group, but since they don't "need it", then we will be sure to not give it.

Beautiful landscape and very well maintained and safe RV Park. All back in, level concrete pads with side-by-side vehicle parking.Multiple bathrooms with handicap showers, pools, hot tub, dog parks and children's area. Outdoor BBQ available. Huge common room with leather chairs, large tables and a ping pong table. Upstairs game room, kids and adult activities. Very reasonable store prices and good selection of items for RV and food, including wine, ice cream and even baby food.
