I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding service and follow-up I received at your store. In an industry often characterized by indifference, your team truly stood out. I appreciate the proactive approach/phone call to correct mistake from other Costco tire center regarding to tire inventory. This enable me to change my broken run flat tire on same day. Thank you!

Every tire shop would say they cannot bit Costco prices but I bet you they can bit them in service and in expertise. this is my second bad experience with this Costco tire shop.I was in need of two tires and in this economy saving got the best of and I summited to a lower service. Couple of hours after i got my car back my tire pressure sensor went on that did not go away for several days. When i went to the shop, they check the sensors, the two old tires showed low air, the new two tiers were over inflated. That is what the technician told me. their sensor checking equipment could get a reading from the old tires and not the new tires. with his help, we adjusted the pressure but right after that he could not get any reading for all tires and he told me the sensor batteries, all 4 of are bad and they charge $15 to replace each one. I am sure whatever happened is their wrong doing. how could all 4 sensors go bad at the same exact time after they worked on the car. The first reading he got, the two new tires they sold me showed at 40 psi when it should have been to 35 as he claimed. the book says 32 psi.very unsatisfied with their service since he did not take responsibility for their wrong doing. Soon I am up for a tire rotation, I am debating if I should trust them with that and TPMS light is still on.:(

7+ hours and 900$ for 4 tires. Never again. Costco tire sucks and you re better off going to any downtown garage like I usually do, but the emergency happened half a mile away from here so I gave then a try and regret it so much. I showed up at 6:45am and I was 5th in line by the way. Any downtown garage would have been 300 max and 20-45 min. Customer service and the workers, nothing wrong I hope they don t get in trouble for this or anything. Helpful and kind and patient with my problems but again, 7+ hours and 900$. Costco tire center overall, prices, wait time, 0 stars and workers 5 stars.

Service completed as promised after scheduling appointment. However, after driving for about 20 miles, got tire pressure sensor flashing. According to my Toyota manual the TPMS system is damaged or needs service. They should have reset it after installing tires. I just hope it is fixed after the reset.--- Update 3/8/22 ------Several people and mechanics have mentioned to me that the TPMS sensors after like 8-9 years will loose their battery and need to be replaced. But I feel the tech at Costco could have just told me or warned me about this. So my rating stands as-is.

Maybe my favorite part of this Costco Tire Center - their public-access tire pressure pump is automated - just enter the desired pressure and insert the pump nozzle, and it gets there automatically and stops.

Previously this shop opened much earlier than the warehouse (around 8 am), and drop in appointments were processed very quickly ( usually less than an hour for a rotation and balance). However now they only take customers when the main warehouse door opens. Furthermore the wait times for drop in appointments are much longer now, as they are primarily reservation based (when I stopped by for a drop in on Saturday morning, it was about a four hour wait estimated, although it could be faster).

Front counter salesperson lacks customer service skills.Received car 1hr 45min after scheduled appointment to install 4 tires. Will go to Skip s next time.

if you come early you need to wait by the side entrance where they actually work on the tires to enter the tire shop when the main Costco is closed. Learn the hard way walking around looking for the entrance. Was first in line and they finish in 30 minutes. A lost faster than senter shop.

According to the personnel here, Costco tires don't accept Tesla cars for tire repair nor change. I guess it is just 1 bad apple.Use to get very helpful and good service here....

Super rude on the phone. I asked about walk ins for my husband who got a flat. Anything I said got a negative response. Sounds like they re too busy and don t want to help anyone.

Staff isn't helpful if it's your first time and the main doors aren't open. I stood outside for a but eventually just went in through the roll up doors and asked for help. While I was hanging around outside, two employees passed me by and said nothing. Their customer service could use a bit of work for that. That said, I brought my car in to get my new Michelins put on. I was told it would take about an hour, and they were done in less than 45 minutes.

Relatively new Costco, so the tire center isn't as busy as other Costcos. They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I wish there was somewhere to sit while you waited for your car during the early morning because when Costco is still closed, the food court benches aren't available.

These guys are great. Mounted my new tires. This visit was to torque up the lug nuts only. But they're always so accommodating.

I loved the ideas of changing tires and shop at the same time; however, I waited 10 mins for someone to come out from the back and attend to me.Maybe they need to hire more helps b/c it does get very busy during early hours.

I was paying for my items with cash, and the cashier told me I should apply for a Visa credit card. I told her that I already have a Amex Platinum. She replied that NO ONE USE AMEX anymore, and good luck trying to pay with an Amex card at Costco. I told her that I still can pay with cash. She then told me that maybe I might NOT GET APPROVED anyway. Is this how Costco treats its customers?Never again will I shop at Costco... in the process of canceling my Executive Costco membership card.

But Costco tires, make appointment here, get tires installed. Watch out as appointment time can go out a couple weeks when it's busy.
