The woman who helped me, Johana was great but as far as the work done was horrible. My you get brother naive to the world took his Tesla in to get repaired at this Tesla certified shop. Over month goes by due to parts being delayed and when he finally got his car back they returned it with used parts that were not even polished to remove the surface scratches. Not only that all his windows and his trunk had deep gouges that you could feel with your nail. I as his older brother stepped in and demanded they repaired the car correctly. The shop repainted the bumper and trunk but declined replacing all the glass. They did not let higher management know because they knew it was costly and they d notice the money it took to repair. We re currently trying to get the insurance involved because they re denying fault even though when the car was brought in they did not highlight these area as previously damaged as the estimator does upon inspection of receiving the car. As I was there waiting to pick up the car the second time another Tesla owner came in and had complaints as well, saying they forgot to connect a bunch of sensors. Their response was they d need to take the car to SAN FRANCISCO!! This shop doesn t even do the reprogramming in house. They take your car to another city. Steer away from this shop if you own a Tesla.

I have to go back to fix the paint and the hood alignment. It s the whole front clip of the car. Bumper repair should have been a replacement of the front clip. Can still see damage and artifacts from damage. They put over 80 miles on my car for a calibration they said they did in SF. They said it was a one way trip?

Carstar should change their name to five star. I was amazed with their efficiency and diligence from start to finish. We were set up with a text message at the beginning of the claim, And it continue to provide update throughout the process. Office staff, arranged for Rent-A-Car company to Deliver the vehicle during the drop off. They also asked me to drop off the rental car and arranged for the rental company to pick up their vehicle when my car was ready. When I picked up my vehicle, they had cleaned it inside out, and it looked better than ever .This was hands-down one of the best customer service experiences ever.

I was encouraged to go to this shop by GIECO.based on my experience I am guessing, GIECO and this location are possibly running some dubious operation.When ever there is some body shop work needed by gieco , they channel folks to this low quality shop. They probably save money by doing this.The work on my car was very poor and low quality . The painting they did was so bad that you could see the Mismatch of the color from 15 ft away .On top of it , their communication with me was full of intimidation and unprofessional. I am left with no choice but to file a complaint with the California insurance regulator now.Based on my experience I won t rule out the possibility that many of the positive reviews are actually fake .

Kept getting emails from them for a repair I did not do. When I called to follow up with them. They did not get back to me.They first sent me a docusign file then retracted it. Then a few days later they hounded me for a good survey.But here s the kicker. This place is in San Jose California . I m not from there. I m from Toronto Canada. So where did you get my information from????

The actual body work was great. But, when I picked up my car, the girl checking me out could barely be bothered. She was texting on her phone constantly. My car was completely empty of gas. I barely made it to the gas station approximately 5 blocks away. I had to turn my car off to pump the gas, and the battery was dead. I had to call AAA to jump my car.

The ENTIRE staff was very professional! Savannah is awesome and has GREAT communication which is calming and kept me informed on every detail! Ashley is phenomenal she was patient caring and made sure i understood everything and I was comfortable from the time I first walked in until I picked up my car! Ashley and Savannah were great ,as-well as the repair team they attended me very quickly and had a great experience overall. My car was there for repair and any questions I asked they answered and if not they would find a way to help. I picked up my car and my lights weren t working and they didn t hesitate to help me out and get it fixed. Overall I really enjoyed my experience there and felt comfortable when I was there.

Let s start with the customer service from Savanah she was great for her not having a receptionist she was handling everything pretty good kept updated on every move my car made so I thought that was pretty good and the staff in the back did a great job had my car looking like it had never been a accident so my hats off to the crew in the back that got me back on the road again so want to give a great big thank you to. Wow! What can i say? Savannah Soliz at car star hands down 10/10 ! I am blown away by the customer service. I was updated daily. I had questions and concerns about my claim process and savannah answered every single question. Savannah helped set up my rental, my tow and calmed my nerves as this was my first and hopefully my last claim. They allow apprentices to do inspection and doesn t write down and attached to pictures they have taken to do the work. After nearly three weeks, I went to pick up the car only to find out work is not complete in it s entirety. Waste of time and money for renting car. I request mgmt supervision and mindfulness of the work being requested. Have questions, please clarify with customer. It is a frustrating experience to say the least.
