Don't ever go to this location, especially if Junior, their manager, is working. He has a hatred towards specific people, is very rude and won't follow through. This company as a whole is terrible and they don't represent themselves in a positive way to where I would spend money there. It's really sad the kind of place they are. I could go on about how bad this place is but don't have enough to space to write.

I've had a good experience with this location. Alex has helped me twice on two different occasions and he didn't disappoint. The part was a exact fit for the car and he always able to get it quickly if it wasn't in stock. The prices were fair and Alex was helpful I helping me get a find a affordable price. Great job you guys, signing up for the rewards does help of you fix cars often. The coupons do add up quickly if you are okay with using online accounts.

I highly recommend this store. I came in for a battery replacement because i forgot to turn off the lights and it died. After I jump stared my car I drove to this store for a battery replacement. The manager at this store used a device to test the health of my battery. He showed me all the readings and explained to me that my battery is still in good working health and there s no need to spend close to $200 replacing it. I really really appreciate the honesty and friendliness and professionalism of this nice gentleman. I tried to offer him a tip for his time and effort to help me save money but he refused. If I need any auto parts I will definitely come back to this store. Highly highly recommended!

As of this review they do not take QR codes. No scanner. Guy I called before going was nice.

Great experience! The salesman was very friendly and helpful. He tested a starter for me and sold me a new one. I felt very confident in his expertise. You get much better service here than from their competitors. Will shop again!

Great place for automotive and truck parts with helpful and friendly service. It's mostly a wholesale parts supplier, not a full blown retail customer store but even so the staff gives you all the attention you need. Aaron, the GM was my introduction here and he went out of his way to help me figure out what I needed and the best way to take advantage of discounts, lower priced alternatives and made sure that I was in the rewards program as well. Highly recommend.

They offer in-store pickup, I ordered a car battery online and they are not offering installation for covid-19 concern.Then I replaced battery myself and returned the used one to redeem deposit. The battery was already charged and looks in good state.

Aaron's a guy that knows the material science behind what he does and is also just a great dude. I went in knowing nothing about my dead battery that suddenly decided to come back to life AFTER Aaron already pushed a new battery out from the back. Instead of getting annoyed, he offered to test it for me. The test said to fully charge it then test again, so he offered to charge it for me and then test it again. Conclusion was it's a good battery and that I can keep using it. He didn't even ask for any labor fees.I'm definitely coming here to buy any of my future car parts.

Struggling to get a battery replacenent urgently on a Sunday... Checked around with all major repair centers.. None were helpfullMr. Collin at carquest immediately got my battery checked, replaced... N im done with replacement in less than 20minutesGreat customer service by Mr. CollinThanks n kudos

Car quest had a my Delco alternater in a couple hours at a reasonable price when others only carried other brand named altermaters that weren't compatible for a diesel truck. Good customer service

Bought parts nobody had for my s10 Sway bar and they broke Had a conversation with a worker he explained mannager aaron Was understanding didnt have time Up untill my fuel puml needed replacing Again they Were able to get me a pump that would take napa 5 days In one day They even went ahead and gave me store credit after seeing the parts and pictures of it breaking Awsome People better prices V.I.P service chris is The best And very respectful guy

I very recommend this store. A staff found my car's trunk light bulb very quickly. I believe that I will come back, if I will need some other parts in future!

Went here to purchase tools I needed to replace the wheel bearings on my car. Walked right past it. Its in a large white building that looks like a giant warehouse. The entrance is a plain glass door with white walls on either side and a small white sign above the door that blends in with the white walls of the building. Inside is tiny and cramped. Tool selection is very limited. Only saw a single employee there who was friendly and tried to help but said they were sold out of most of what I needed. Not impressed, went somewhere else.

Their website advertised that I can order online and pick up in the store. Their website as well as Google shows they re open until 7:00pm, so I got there around 5:00pm and they were closed. I tried calling the store and kept getting hung up on.

I walked into this place not knowing what you could get here and wow this place is so small, but has a GREAT AMOUNT! Wish there was bigger signs. The customer service was very friendly and asked if I need help right away.

Difficult to find. Waze was incorrect, Google maps was better. It's in an industrial warehouse shipping complex. Other than that, it's fine.
