Exceptional service from beginning to end. Capitol VW made 2 service visits very positive. Brent was the service advisor for my car and my daughter's car on two separate dates. He was courteous and kept me updated on their finds/progress and let me know right away when the cars where finished. I also have to give a shout out to the Service Technician (I wish I had their names) who were competent, and kept Brent informed on the progress/outcome of the service. I was pleasantly surprised after 3 horrible experiences with VW Stevens Creek, which I will never do business with again!So hats off to VW Capitol and their stellar team...Bravo!

I've been using the service center for years now - i don't take my car anywhere else. Today's visit, like always, was excellent. Cindy is such a gem, and genuinely cares about doing the right thing for the customer. My service was smooth and completed earlier than scheduled. On point of contact, quick, competitive prices, and good work.We brought our 2017 GTI to replace both front struts and rear shocks and tires and have an alignment done. This was a follow up service from January where the mechanic noted cupping on tires. I loved that video of the inspection and pinpointing of the problem areas by the way!Jonathan was our service advisor and pulled together quote for us within a couple of days and the car was completed. Pricing was competitive so there was no reason to go to another shop given they're only 2 miles from my house. The whole process, request for quote to picking my car up, took about 7 business days.

Brought my Jetta in for a "check engine light" service...this was the 1st time I've used Capitol VW, and I have to say I will never go to any other VW dealership from now on! The service was excellent, everyone was very friendly (which is hard to find these days), and the communication was great. Brent was my service advisor and he was awesome!

I've had Capitol VW do the service on my 2014 Passat TDI since I bought it. They've always done a great job - courteous, prompt, and satisfactory results. This time I asked them to diagnose slight shudder when braking. They found front rotors had glazing, slight warping. Replaced rotors and pads and braking is satisfyingly smooth again. AC checked and refrigerant added as well - that works better too. Thanks for your service!Services: Brakes, Air conditioning

This is the best place ever to bring your VW. My service advisor, Patty is the best, and deserves an award for taking care of my VW needs each and every time. Mechanics are quite knowledgeable. I've been going here since I bought it. When you leave the place you're on your way for a smooth ride. Everything is done perfectly! My VW is quite old, not a hybrid or electric, yet it remains in great condition. Thanks for taking great care of me!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Great service team, Patty is awesome. Prompt service and response as well as updates to vehicle status. Got us a loaner vehicle without request and found 2 issues at beginning stages with our vehicle that might otherwise had gone unnoticed. Even applied a discount we weren t aware was available. We are really happy with the communication from Capitol VW. We worked with Cindy and she was great. She always checked in with us throughout our maintenance needs, and she was always easy to get in touch with throughout the entire process. We will always be with Capitol VW for our VW needs. Very good service center. Great staff. My only complaint is that I couldn't reproduce the rattling noise in my car when I was at the dealership since it happens only on rough pavements and they wouldn't drive the car outside of the dealership. But I am happy that they fixed at-least one of the issues with my car. I would definitely go back to them.Service: Oil change

Brought my new car in for a quick check (seat memory system). The two ladies that helped me in the service department were wonderful and knoweldegeable. First Cindy, getting the seat tested when I dropped in without an appointment and setting up some time for me the next business day. Cindy was awesome!!! She was so quick to help me the morning my car was dropped off and she even got me a courtesy car within minutes of me asking. Not only did they fix my cars problem a week sooner than promised, I asked a simple question about another issue and BOOM, she pickled my car in and got it fixed, no questions asked. How amazing. The tech was also great and helpful, giving up some time to fix my small issue super last minute (forgot his name).They are super helpful there! Thanks, Cindy!

Recently purchased a certified used car from Capitol VW. The car needed a new windshield and the passenger side mirror was very loose. Both concerns were resolved in a timely manner and the interior/exterior was fresh and clean when I arrived.Thanks for making this purchase hassle freeSteve

My experience was great! I had originally came in for multiple things to be done on my car, but forgot wallet at home so I had to downgrade to just free oil change. Micheal Rudolph was the guy that helped me and he was totally understanding and had us out in no time. The place even let me have my dog inside. I just had my 3rd yearly service and got new tires at Capitol VW Service, and everyone there is awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and they offer a shuttle service for customers. Chris was great, and the repair crew took great care of my car. They send a video of a run through of the undercarriage/shocks/etc, and let you know if anything is leaking or needs to be fixed. They kept me updated with texts throughout the service and even offered to stay late to wait for me to get there after work. A++ service, definitely recommend.

Took my car in for 50,000 mile check in. They found something that needed to be fixed so I told them to keep the car the next day and to fix it. They told me it would be done by the end of the day. I didn't hear anything the next day. I called on the day after and didn't receive a call back so I called in, but got voicemail. I waited about an hour. I called again and talked to someone else to find out my car was ready. When I went in to pick it up, they kept my car for a whole day and didn't do any of the repairs. Very disappointing. Now I have to bring my car back in another day to get these repairs done. So basically, my car sat there for a whole day for no reason and I was without a car.Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change

My 2018 Atlas with 53k miles was making some odd noises. Svc rep Jonathan was very helpful, ensuring things under warranty were covered, explaining the options for semi-elective repairs to minimize costs. They were fast/informative (video) and washed the car pre-delivery. Capitol VW is truly the best of the best when it comes to customer service and getting the job done right. I've gone to this location multiple times because the service staff is fantastic and always makes sure to go over the details with me before proceeding with service. Jonathan was super helpful at my 20K check up and offered helpful advice re: my tires and brake fluid when we went over the 28 point vehicle inspection. I didn't feel rushed out of the service department and they even went so far as to run my car through the wash (definitely needed it). It's little things like that which brings me back to this dealership. I've tried other VW locations but Capitol VW is my go to!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I bought my car from Capitol VW (easiest purchase ever) and have it serviced there. Why? No other dealership I've ever been to with my other cars is so professional, efficient, organized and straightforward as Capitol. We purchased a used vehicle last week and had an amazing experience with our salesman Andrew. The experience at the dealer was great comparative to others we have had and we felt the whole experience was seamless. I originally was going to leave a 5 star review, but we discovered a minor issue with the car a few days after purchasing. I have hearing problems so could not detect it but my husband got in the car and realized a speaker was blown. He called them seeing if we could get in to get it fixed since they clearly sold us the car with this issue and we have had the vehicle less than a week, and the manager told us we should have purchased the extended warranty (even though I'm sure that wouldn't have been covered on that either) because they won't fix it. I'm not too annoyed by this due to it being just a speaker, but if this happened to be a larger issue I would be pretty upset know that once you drive off the lot they are no help.
