Melissa was especially helpful from start to finish. I had a serious car issue and everything was handled by Mazda so I had no stress. She kept me informed throughout the repair process and arranged for me to drive a beautiful courtesy car as well.

I am never disappointed about the level of customer service and general experience I have at Capitol Mazda. Super efficient, I never feel like I am just sitting around waiting for my car to get looked at. Scheduling is easy, and everyone (from the scheduling desk person to the mechanics) are lovely.This time, my service manager went above and beyond to help me look at my key fob for a different Mazda than the one I brought in for maintenance. He was super helpful and really went above and beyond!My only suggestion is that the dealership improve the waiting room.I usually like to wait for my car and their setup is really tired. Especially compared to the one on Steven's Creek.It's not enough to stop me from buying and maintaining my cars there but it's just something that would make it extra nice.

Overall customer service was 5 star. James was very professional, greeted me as I drove up and addressed my car issues. He was very responsive via text and kept me updated on the status of my car. I was extremely satisfied with the experience and would recommend anyone to Capitol Mazda.

I can t rave enough over the amazing service I get from start to finish every time I come in. My Service Advisor, Eugenia, treats me with respect, is knowledgeable and always is very responsive to me. The loaner car is always an excellent perk. After years of owning Chrysler cars, I can attest to the fact that I have never received a rental unless it was a huge warranty job and it was always an ordeal. I ll never go back to that life. It s Mazda for me!

I wasn t able to meet the service department employee who worked on my car. However, I went in for the regular maintenance and I will say Capital Mazda has exceeded our expectations. The video that they send showing what they recommended for service on our car is much appreciated. Thank you to the Mazda employees for all of their help and for getting our car back on the road safely.

A very professional and efficient service center. Everything is explained in very great detail and everyone is helpful. Melissa, my advisor, was kind, nice and patient. I took away a star bc the prices are exorbitant. I was in a bind and I paid what I was quoted but next time I'll shop around. The total price and the coupons applied were presented to me at the beginning of service therefore there were no surprises. They are very expensive but they don't trick you.

My experience at Capitol Mazda was great! I was greeted immediately as I arrive at the dealership by service rep Jamie. She was very attentive & professional, polite & courteous. Took care of our needs & explained everything kept updating the status of my car, also provided & retrieve my loaner car. My visit exceeded my expectations.

Had a positive experience when I took my car into Capital Mazda. My representative promptly met me at my car as I drove in. She was pleasant, got my mileage after which time she took me to her desk and ascertain why I was there. Ensured me that it would take between one and one and one half hours for my car to be ready, since I was getting a minor service and I was waiting. She was right on target. After which time she checked me out. A really good experience. I will be taking my car back for my next service.

I was greeted by Dennis. He let me know that he was gonna take some pictures of my CX-5. He asked me what the mileage was and brought me inside to record the transaction. Dennis was very polite and explained to me the services that my car would get. He also reminded me that this was a prepaid service. My car was ready at the time promised. All personnel were prompt and polite. My car was in good hands. I loved the service I got

Dropped off my car for the 1st service. The team took care of the service as well as the recalls. Was provided a courtesy vehicle. Melissa was really helpful throughout the process and communicated all the updates.

I showed up 30 min before my scheduled service appt and was greeted by James, he made my service check in very fast and efficient! James is very professional and kind, letting me know what to expect as far as waiting time and cost of services for my vehicle. I will definitely be scheduling future services with him! They get the job done, but at a price. I want to give less stars because of how they always try to sneak in things to do to your car that you don t necessarily want and/or need at the moment, but at least when they do work on your car, the quality of service is great. I was definitely fooled, however, by the $50 gift card that they send you in the mail. It s not treated like a gift card. If you have any other coupons or discounts, you can t use the gift card like a real gift card. It s just another coupon to get you to use their services, which means it cannot be used with any other discount. My biggest complaint is that the services here are way more expensive than if you were to take it to your local mechanic. I guess you get what you pay for, but I will be going to my mechanic from now on because I get the same service and quality for sometimes half the price. I ve been fooled by the fine print on things from Capitol Mazda too many times, so it s time for me to move on. With all that said, even though I won t be coming back, the service center still does an exceptional job, but at a price. If you can t find a local mechanic who you can trust with your car, then just go here and you won t be let down.

My 94 year old mom s 2008 Mazda3 died and left us stranded. The service center located the problem quickly and took care of it. The car had not been regularly serviced for 15 years. They made recommendations and took care of everything quickly. Mom was happy.

I took my car to Capitol Mazda since my car was making a noise on the rear while driving it. Jamie was my service advisor, she helped me to get a loaner vehicle and stay on communication for everything, they had to place an order for caliper support brackets so they had to wait for it to arrive but as soon as the received it they start working on it and had it ready really fast. Has a great experience at Capitol Mazda with Jamie.

A lot of good things have been said about this dealership. I for one since purchasing my CX 5 in Aug. 2016 had been dealing with them since when it comes to my car maintenance. I would like to thank Ms. Jamie Godinez for her knowledge and always on time delivery of my car and of course the Service with a Smile that will make every customers day especially mine.

Overall a nice experience. Went for a routine service maintenance check-ups on a new car, so not much to do. Was able to get back on the road in 1-1.5 hour. They share detail video of the inspection and recommendation which is helpful.I really hope that they also did a basic carwash and a vacuum before returning the car though. This was my 2nd service, and both the times the car was returned unwashed, which hasn't been my experience at other service centers. Also, some more choices for snacks/drinks would be helpful while we wait.

I ve had pretty good service at Capitol Mazda over the years. My Mazda is a 2015 and I ve gotten most of my services done there. While the prices have gone up (like everything else), they re still around a range where I feel comfortable. My service advisors have been good and knowledgeable.

I brought my CX5 Mazda to Capitol Mazda on March 25 @ 9:30 am. Dennis McConnell was there to meet me, we went inside to discuss the reason for the visit. I then was given the loner car that I prearranged for and I was on my way. I had a notice that I needed one thing more that needed to be done, I approved the work. By 11:30 I was back to get my car and on my way to continue my day ! They were all friendly and helpful.I will definitely be back

Service at Capital Mazda has been great. Been getting my oil changes and any maintenance needed for my Mazda 3 here and they havent disappointed. Great attitude and great services. Sad they no longer offer the car wash with services but what ever. As long as my car is treated well and maintained im good.

Got my vehicle towed in after an emergency, and Capitol Mazda was very accommodating in getting me an appointment same day. As it was also time for my maintenance service, we were able to get the emergency addressed and service completed altogether. Response times via text can lag a little-- I understand things get busy. All around a smooth process.

Had a 10am appointment and they approached me as I was putring my car in park. Amazingly FAST and rental car process was easy enough I didn t even sign the papers at the counter!! I ve been a Mazda customer since 2021 and the experience has been beyond amazing since we ve drove off the lot . Thank you Mazda team on Capitol! Keep up the amazing work!!! I always recommend to our family and friends!!

I used to going to Steven creeks Mazda but the service there is getting worse.This is my first time to visit this location for my 80k miles maintenance. Everything works well and I will definitely come back. There is only one thing that I would suggest to improve to provide car wash after maintenance .

Easy and efficient reservation process to schedule maintenance services. Customer service (James) was excellent, and my vehicle was ready for pick-up within the estimated time frame. I received a service report identifying all items checked during the service, and any items in need of repair or replacement. Much appreciated!

They took great care of me, easy to drop off the car. They offered a free curtesy rental. Were done with the service in less than 3 hours, faster than I expected. Overall 5 star service!

Eugenia was very helpful from start to finish. Long story short, my car had check engine light and needed maintenance service. Made my appointment online and was serve right away. She informed me that my vehicle will need a few days for inspection and provided loaner car for the time being. Keep me updated thru the whole process. After a few days. My car was ready and Im glad to say no further issue from there. Thank you again Eugenia and the rest of the Capitol Mazda team members!
