My first visit with my newish vehicle for its 8000 mile scheduled maintenance. I m new to the area and I had several options for service but Capitol had the most efficient way to make an appointment and has several time and day options, which was convenient. The staff (Anthony) guided me with patience and care. They were helpful and courteous. It was a busy Friday morning and everyone was being assisted in a timely manner. I will return for future servicing of my vehicle.

I recently took one of our cars in to address a few outstanding recalls and was surprised at how efficient they are at this service location. The work was completed earlier than expected even though they had to order parts. Great! There was never a wait during drop off and pickup and it was an overall pleasant experience working with the folks here.

Everyone is always so nice and check my cat in right away. I make sure I set my appointment ahead of time or around the time it's service is needed. I have never had a problem with my car in the two years of having it. The service department does their jobs well and always makes sure my car is in tip top running shape! Thank you for always making sure everything on our car is running great! I am looking forward to my car being serviced for years to come.

Capitol Kia Service team were amazing! From start to finish, I got taken care by Anthony with a smooth check-in. And he also asked when I wanted my car ready.And, when I came to pick up my car, I was greeted right away. I loved that kind of customer service! Absolutely recommend them to anybody to get your service done!!

We dropped the car off the night before for maintenance appointment. Next day before 9AM, received a text informing me that my car was already ready to get picked up. When I went to pick it up, my car was parked right in the front so it was easy to drive away from the lot. Very organized!Thank you!

Kind customer service. Decent speed of service. Too expensive though. 60k mile service was ~$1500. They had cheaper tier options. I would appreciate the cost more if they framed it differently. Start everyone at the lowest cost tier and if they determine through the physical inspection that more needs to be done, then tell me and I'll approve additional expenses. The 'negotiation' seemed like if I didn't approve the highest cost tier then the service wouldn't be good or they'd ignore things that should be done. It's a family car so I paid the most and expected the most. Which is fine, but it's still expensive.

I arrived at my appointment on time and I was immediately met by my service tech. We discussed what needed to be done to my car. I knew with 61,000 miles on the car that more service requirments would be needed than a normal service. Vehicle inspection pointed out three areas of concern which I agreed to have fixed. This was done through email. So, I assumed delivery of my car would take longer to get done. To my surprise all work was completed in a timely manner and I received a call that everything was done and my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived for pickup the service tech explained what was done and why. I was satisfied with the work completed. Great service department.

The service tech was great. Everything went smoothly. All of our questions and issues were addressed. We asked for "expedited" service because we had a long drive ahead of us, which they were able to accommodate. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 is for Kia's new policy to charge customers a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. The maintenance service was already over $1,000, and then when I'm ready to pay, they tack on an additional fee. Highly irritated by this.

The rep got me checked in quickly. He asked if I was waiting at the dealership or if I was going to come back. He asked if I needed it back by a certain time. Then let me know an approximate time it would be ready.Later I needed my car back due to a family emergency and he personally went back and checked status and let me know that I could come in about 20 minutes. I greatly appreciated his effort.

I took my car in to fix a broken side view mirror. My Advisor was Anthony, and he was extremely helpful, professional and kind in taking care of my problem. He made sure to place the order for my parts and get it in a timely manner. During the service to change the mirror, he made sure that it was done quickly to minimize my wait time. I highly recommend Captiol Kia for car servicing needs, and special shout out to Anthony for making my experience feel smooth and positive.

You were treated with courtesy and respect. They let you know when your car was finished. You were give a time when your car would be competed. . It was done one time. My car is running great. I am happy with their service. As far as I am concerned they are rated number one.

Honestly, I've gone here for service for almost 7 years now, and I won't be going back. This place used to be so customer friendly, and now it's not. There's no ride service anymore for me to wait at my office. I was also told that if I decided to leave it would take 6hrs to finish my car, but if I waited there, it would only take 2hrs. I tried asking questions about things I might need in the future and was basically dismissed, and told that they haven't seen anyone needing those yet, so I don't need to worry. However, I'm fully aware that some parts don't always age with mileage, but just actually age... The last straw was that now they have implemented a 3% service charge if you use a credit card (other than the one they want you to sign up).

They were very nice the only problem I had was I was from out of state here working they said they didn't have any cars they could loan out. And they told me hopefully they might be able to look at my car the next day to see what was wrong with it maybe they said. So I go and get a rental car for five days just to be on the safe side because I had to get to and from work. So I go and spend around 400 dollars and then they call me two hours later and tell me my car is done. And of course I can't get my money back on the rental car.. If they would of just said we can look at and tell how long it will be to fix it I could of saved myself 400 dollars if not more. And also the fact I was here from out of state don't know anyone here and they wouldn't even give me a ride back to my hotel or come get me when the car was done. More money that I ended up spending that I didn't need to spend all because they said maybe they might be able to look at it the next day. Here I could of just waited for two or three hours and saved myself.around 500 dollars. And I think that all of it was messed up if you ask me. But it wasn't there money.

The team at Capitol Kia has been great. I bought the maintenance package for my vehicle and I have used them exclusively in the 3 years I have owned. My service advisor Alfred Te has always been responsive, advised me exactly what is necessary and got me back out on the road in a timely manner. I will definitely be more likely to work with Kia again in the future because of this service team.

Usually when I schedule appointments with the dealership I get to enjoy all there luxuries and amenities. The waiting room was packed. It took them longer than expected for an oil change. So I Uber myself home. I also asked for a wash after my service and I didn t get my car washed. To me it was just terrible customer service

Totally missed diagnosing a problem with our vehicle despite us telling them exactly what was wrong. Assured us there was no problem then charged us for a cabin air filter and tire rotation. Car died within days. AAA technician diagnosed serious problems with battery- immediate replacement required. Called Capitol KIA and left message. Also left text message. Two days later and still no call back.

I was greeted as soon as I arrived. Time frame for service was given. I was promptly notified when there was an issue with my tires and options were discussed. Service was completed within the quoted timeframe. Everyone was polite and helpful

They kept my car for 3 months, kept upping the bill and charged me way too much money to fix my car. I wanted to get a new car but nobody had the good sense to talk to me about it. Thanks but I am taking my business elsewhere. The only thing that I can say Is one of the service guys took the time when I picked up my car to put a fuse in and got my dashboard working again! Which is not what I brought in the car for...just being kind.

They don't use Uber anymore so it's your cost to leave the dealership. $78 round-trip. Had reservation at 8:30am and they didn't get back to me till next morning with the problem. Over booking customers. Not a fan of this place.

Yesterday, 6/19, I drove the car to the capital KIA service center. From the beginning, it said that the waiting time was two hours. Finally, I waited for four hours and charged more than $400. When I started the car today, it showed that I still have more than 400 miles to be maintained. , it hasn t been maintained, why is it showing such a picture I won't go to this kind of service again, and I won't introduce it to my friends. It's really bad service.There's more .... , I came capital do my routine maintenance the past one year , but 1 month ago my battery just totally dead on the street ..... , I spent another $200 call AAA changed batteryMore....., about the 6/19 maintenance, at beginning I called to schedule for a emergency ( I got flat tire) , on the phone , they told me their schedule was full , but I didn't give up , I hung up the phone n went to their website, you know what , all the schedule was open , eventually I made appointment n for fixedThe last n the most important is , whatever I told the receptionist or advisor, I didn't get any response, the just keep saying they would check , they would see what's going but eventually I didn't any answer or response.This was already not the first time , they seem didn't that care about how customer feel , my English is very limited, but what I wanna express is they didn't even show the very basic care for the customer, I total asked them n requested 3 to 4 questions, but I left without any response from advisor ( he promised me he will check)Felt so suck continuously so many time bad experiences

They no longer offer free ride sharing (Lyft) from/to the service center but besides that my service (37.5K mi) went smoothly and quickly as always. No waiting on drop-off/pick-up, no unexpected charges etc.

Thank you my car was done in time and they even offered to wash my car. I told him no because it was raining. I m just gonna keep an eye on the motor because it was having issues Before 90,000 miles

Devon was helpful in working and navigating through the warranty process even though it was not covered. The issue was due to using a third party or personally to perform oil changes. It was also a hassle that I had to pay for a car rental for about a month because of the wait for the warranty review. All of these issues has caused my wife and I to reconsider looking at a future Kia purchase.

This Kia dealership is far better service provider and friendlier than Stevens Creek. I bought my Kia from Stevens Creek but received better attention to my concern by Capital Kia.I received the tire service here and can give my review just for this matter, and don�t know if in future they will be great since it seems with all businesses after they receive good review they have tendecy to go down.Service: Tires

I was skeptical when I decided to take my car into Kia. I had taken it in before and I just got told they couldn't do much. This time it was taken care of and quick! They sent me videos of their findings and explained why they recommended fixing the suggested parts. Plus it was a lot cheaper than some if the other places that quoted me. Im throughly pleased with their efficiency and communication abilities.
