Highly recommend finding an advisor that s fitting for you and your service needs. Not everybody will go above and beyond to accommodate and make sure the mechanics are doing a thorough job. Not every advisor has all the answers to basic questions. I m a new car owner that pays car insurance, so as a customer I expect the work being done to include the bare minimum: check tire pressure and windshield wiper fluid, fill and add if low. If you don t ask it likely won t be fundamentally done. Kenneth Harris was very thorough while tending to my windshield replacement. He was in contact with my insurance and squared away the cost. He ordered my OEM glass. And scheduled me a day that best suited my schedule. He contacted me when the repair was done and allowed me a complimentary loaner vehicle to use while my repair was being completed. I appreciate him for following up ensuring his contact information for any additional assistance, needs, or immediate request I may require in the future. I appreciate exceptional customer service, feeling welcomed, someone going above and beyond to accommodate. For me this is paramount for how I choose to remain a repeat customer continuing to spend my hard earned money, conduct business, and recommend this dealership to others; these could easily be allotted elsewhere.

Was provided prompt attention upon entering Service driveway. Service Advisor Alex explained that they were busy and repair of my flat tire will be completed at the end of the day. They finished early and I was able to pick up my car much earlier. Service Advisor Alex was not on his desk but another Service Advisor was so gracious and offered to help me and brought me to the Cashier. Cashier was courteous and payment process was quick. For a first time client, the service was very satisfactory!

Yvonne provided great customer service when I checked my car in and out. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly. The cost for my maintenance with the on line coupon was comparable to other Honda dealers. I was very satisfied with their service and very much appreciated the car wash voucher I received afterwards.

I have had a great service experience there for the last 2 year's, with my Honda Pilot.DANIEL L. is my service writer. He kept in great communication with me about my vehicle and called me when it was ready. They also have a great email service that notifies you with communication. They re up with the times I also in 2015 bought my daughter, a brand new Honda Civic to this day we ve only put tires and brakes on it. It s been a good car too. and I will be going back.

It was easy to make an appointment for the next day. I brought it in for a recall and also the starter. They did the recall and replaced the starter. It took a couple of hours. They offered a ride home, but not a ride back. I took lite rail both ways. It's just easier. The service person was easy to communicate with, and the driveup people were nice. The whole process was really stress free. I have to say, the place is really efficient.Car runs great. My only complaint:The cost. But everything is expensive.

I meant to post this a few weeks ago but the guys at Capitol Honda are as always upfront, reasonable and a pleasure to speak with. I usually come here for routine maintenance but this time around my car had damage to the struts and I moved. I had warranty from an outside dealer in Sacramento & called ahead & everything was processed right away. I had some real issues at Hayward honda in which my car was held hostage for 6 days without any claim filed & no communication if my car can get fixed. Instead of telling me they don't take outside warranties they held my car & played the blame game on the warranty I had. But little did they know I called as well and no claims were filed. It just goes to show you how much I appreciate Capitol Honda. I drove all the way from Oakland to get my car serviced and do not regret it. Shoutout to Eber he was great. Thanks guys

Honda dealer recall to change 12volt fuse battery cable After changed it at honda capitol dealer , my car was like that. The front bumper has a line on it. The technician guy was working so bad.

First time visiting this dealership. Was not able to do the recall service due to lack of the parts. I also had some noise from front at lower speed or from park. Although they were not to find anything wrong, they did checked my suspension and told me everything was fine. Didn't have to pay anthing. Overall seems like a good place to get Honda vehicles served.

I was regularly visiting this service center from long time (More than 8 to 9 years). Initially was very good and recommended few of my friends too, but these days lot changed, not satisfactory and with bad experiences.Some of my last few visits were having bad experiences. Service agents were behaving rough and not paying attention to what we are talking about. My recent visit (few days ego) was worst.Went there with an appointment and waited for a long time. Also, I noticed that other cars taken even they came after me, that I didn't care. But my service agent over behaved and didn't even listening what I was trying to convey, and he behaved like "listed what I say" and offending.Tried to convey something but he was unwilling to listen and finally my car service was half done and now have to go to other service place to complete it.I felt very bad to go there. Not going there again and definitely not recommend anyone to go!

John osborne was the BEST advisor, he was very nice fast and very efficient! He had me in and out in no time& provided excellent customer service as well as having knowledge about the topic was extremely helpful. Honda is lucky to have him! Also the waiting area was super nice and stocked up with snacks & coffee :)

In my last visit, I worked with Yvonne. She was welcoming and helpful and made honest recommendations and directions on my maintenance needs. Unfortunately, not all my experiences have been as good. Last time, a rep refused to give me a ride back because my service was not expensive enough. So your miles might vary depending on the agent. That's why I am giving a 4 star. Yvonne was 5 stars of course.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I have been to Capital Honda twice and both times I have had excellent experience. John has been really helpful in explaining how to keep up with my car services. The best part of this dealership is that they have Uber and Lyft to take you back home then pick you up back to the dealership when your vehicle is ready so you don t have to wait hours for you vehicle getting serviced. I truly recommend them best service!!!

I always go the Capitol Honda Service for my car's needs because I own a Honda. Quick friendly service and having all the equipment that can accurately inspect a Honda and repair at a decent price. and of course piece of mind.

Honda of Capitol service department is a great establishment and operates with integrity and honesty. I came for a service to my car recently and was provided with useful information towards my car's operations. That is, I came to have my car diagnosed, and the service advisor was skilled and professional. The service advisor provided me with information needed, so that I may consider if I want to opt-in on the repairs needed. In details, the service advisor provided me with feedback from the technician and provided me with recommendations. The service advisor gave me a tentative/possible and honest quote of the finances that I needed to be prepared for, if I choose to embark on the repairs. The service advisor was straight forward and provided honest feedbacks and recommendations. The service advisor did not promised me repairs that could not be done or tried to add on repairs/services that were not needed. Although there is a diagnostic fee, but if elected to opt-in on the repairs, the diagnostic fee will be applied towards the service repairs. My father recommended this location to me, since he bought his car at this dealership. I trust Capitol Honda Service and Sales Departments and will be doing business with them going forward. Thank you for your honesty, integrity, professionalism and services to my family and our community. Your work professionalism shines through with pride, and it is without a doubt - the reason - your establishment is always busy with patrons. I appreciate Capitol Honda.

Overall, extremely good interactions with both service and parts, nothing to complain there at all. The only thing that could have gone better is if they had used my email and/or SMS (they have both on record) to let me know that my ordered parts had come in, instead of sending me a postcard by snail mail.

Call me back when I leave a message.Super annoying being ignored.Cashiers are pretty self absorbed and seem annoyed when interrupted to help customers.Quality of work is top notch but customer service needs improvement.Maybe your people are underpaid or your work conditions are awful, idk, but these people sure seem unhappy, and it shows in their attitude and customer interactions.Also you bug me for a review and when I try to leave one I get a message that something went wrong and I should try back later. no more.

John Osbourne the service advisor really took care of me. Good communication and did what he said he was going to do. Sean K was my tech and he was also amazing and made sure everything was fixed and correct and I was back on the road quickly and safely.

Ask for Daniel Lopretta if your car needs service. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and explains things clearly and upfront. He always goes above and beyond. I've never had an issue he didn't fix right the first time.

Service & everything about my visit to have my car serviced was good, everyone was pleasant, except having to wait 3 1/2 hours for it to be serviced. even after making an appointment. All the other times it 2 hr., which isn't to bad.

I made an appointment for 10am with Angelo for my 2009 Accord maintenance services. As scheduled Angelo met me at the service center, greeted me and go overe the details service with me. He was very professional and super friendly, made me feel comfortable with the service. I came to Capitol Honda many times for services but have not met anyone with the pleasant personality like Angelo. Make sure you ask for him if you ever need to have your car services at Capitol Honda.

Came in for oil change and a recall service. Easy to drop off and the time they quoted to complete was almost accurate. Not a big problem since they were busy and it was raining. Payment was simple and they had coffee/water available. Will come here again for sure.

Nice service. But 3 hours for oil change even after making an appointment is hard to understand. Yes, you have shuttle service to take me home but not for getting me back when my vehicle is ready, effectively making it not very useful. Thankfully, you do have nice lounge to wait in. Thank you!!
