I am impressed by the professionalism, speed and quality of work at Capitol Chevrolet. I got my Chevy Bolt repaired recently, they did a great job with the diagnostics and repairs with very reasonable turnaround times. Service Advisor Jose was amazing, took note of all my complaints that I had shared over text and took care of them all, kept me updated throughout the process. They work with vehicle service contracts such as Protective, made it seamless for me. They even took care of an issue that was not covered by the contract as a courtesy! Happy customer!

My service advisor Jose Masangcay was nothing but amazing as my previous visits were not good ones. He was super helpful with what my vehicle needs were and what my warranty covered. My vehicle was in the shop for a few days and he was able to provide me a rental to accommodate. I highly recommend him to anyone servicing their vehicle at Capitol Chevrolet. I will only use him moving forward. He is definitely reliable and provides you with honest feedback and options. He is definitely an advisor you can trust.

I brought my car in for spark plugs, then was told I had a leak in the oil pan. I received my car, it was not washed or vacuumed, some thing that dealerships do for their customers. The person that brought my car up told me that mother nature washed my company car.After picking up my car, I found a pool of oil on my brand new driveway the next morning. took my car back and I was told I was going to be given a loaner. I waited for about 45 minutes then was told I can either wait 10 more minutes or walk across the street to get a rental car at enterprise and please make sure to get the economy.rental. The day before I had surgery and was surprised being told to walk across the street. I did not like the option I was given at Enterprise so I used my fleet management company to obtain a rental car that was suitable for my line of work.Now I receive a call telling me that the car has an oil leak in the transmission.

My service advisor Andrew Cervantes was exceptional. Walked me through the details of necessary service while making sure car was delivered as promised. Andrew was a great service advisor and will definitely be asking for him again.

Service is great but Capitol Chevy service centers don t take credit card as payment form. This is a big let down. Other automotive service centers do accept credit cards. For large service fees this could be a real problem. I would refrain from going to Chevy for my car service due to this from now on. It is highly inconvenient to the customers.

Very thorough and detailed. They provided pictures and comments all wrapped into a report. Service writer was continually communicating with me. Keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle with pictures from the tech.Wasn't too pushy with other services and gave me honest feedback on the services I had questions about. Overall experience was very good.

I accidentally popped my tire while parallel parking, so I had the tow truck take my Bolt EUV to Capital Chevrolet overnight. In the morning, they evaluated my car, called me with the estimated cost, and replaced my tire. I was very pleased that they had the tire in stock and were able to complete the repair on a Saturday, which I didn't expect!

Great experience. Had a warranty issue because of a propulsion power reduced error. Car was checked and error confirmed during check-in. Repair was significant and taken care in a timely manner during the holidays without any problems. Andrew kept me notified of the service and was quick to answer any questions I had. Will definitely bring my car back there for service. Thank you

As usual, I appreciate its excellent customer service. This is my second tyre rotation service within 9 months after sale. Most employees at the service center are consistently friendly and helpful. Steven helped me out this time. He personally deserves a five-star review too.

Continue to be frustrated and feel nickel and dimed by Capitol Chevy.When getting service I was recommended 50% more that the recommended manufacturer service.And now a massive company is charging their customers 3% to use a credit card.Way to take care of customers and provide good service. Good service doesn't exist here. No other retailer/service industry of this scale would ever try and charge their customers for using a credit card. Eat the cost and provide good service. Nope, not here.Would not recommend for your service needs. Expensive, terrible customer service.

Getting appointment and checked was very good, service advisor explained in detail services needed and cost which I appreciated.As an area of improvement I would suggest to offer customers updates if service is running late past the estimated time of completion. I checked in before 9:00 and did not get my vehicle back until after 12. I did wait while it was being serviced as I was told it would be two or two and half hours. If it was gonna take over three hours I would have made other arrangements instead of waiting.

I dropped off my vehicle on Thursday to have the water pump fully replaced. I did not receive a phone call from the service advisor on Thursday. I had to call him on Friday to get a status of my vehicle. The service advisor said that he was waiting on a call back from my warranty provider. He would reach out again and give me a call back. Again, I did not hear from him all day on Friday after that phone call. I called the dealership only to find out that the service advisor was gone for the day and because he was gone I could not get an update on my vehicle. That did not sit well with me and I asked to speak with the service manager. Trent was very helpful. He tried everything within his power to get my vehicle approved but unfortunately the warranty providers offices were closed on the weekends. That was really bad news for me as a dad of four it s critical for me to have my truck to be able to move my family around in one vehicle instead of two I had to rearrange my plans And disappoint some family that we expected to see my vehicle sat there all weekend not being worked on Monday came around around 10 o clock in the morning and I had not received a call from the dealership I called spoke with Mike my service advisor who apologized for not getting back to me he told me that the warranty provider denied the claim because my truck was still covered under the dealership powertrain warranty. I lost four days because somebody didn t do their research. To say the least, it was a horrible experience, and do not wish this upon anybody else.

I was greeted promptly by service member when I arrived, and talked to my advisor regarding the scheduled maintenance work and the approximate time of completion. The work was completed on time. Overall I'm happy with the services provided by this organization. Although, the customer waiting area has changed somewhat, the free water and coffee were no longer there.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance, Oil change

While I like the service department here and think they do a good job, know my Silverado and are competent they inflate the price of parts. Last time in I needed new speed sensors and wheel hubs, knew what it would take in labor (several hours, I have done these on another vehicle). But the cost of parts was crazy 744 each for the wheel bearing and hub assembly? The same part online is 350 each at the highest price I found. I did get good communication from Steven and they got the job done as quickly as parts available would allow.

I bought my 2021 Chevy Colorado February 2021. I had ordered the truck with 5 matching rims. The service was excellent at first. But after about 5 or 6 services on the truck by them. I was getting charged for oil changes that where not getting done. The last time I was there. That 5th matching rim was not under the rear of my truck anymore. It was another tire with a rim to an older truck. To beat it all the spare was left loose and fell out from under the truck and nearly caused an accident. I have not been back since.

Extremely satisfied with the work that was done on my vehicle as well as the office process. They did everything they could to have warranties checked and covered the expense. What was needed to be done as well as captain contact and got prop service excellent job

I had first service for my 2023 Chevrolet EUV BOLT in the past weekend, it was wonderful experience, my card was picked up 10 minutes later after i arrived the service lane, followed with a detail explanation about my service; and 45 minutes laters, the maintenance was complete; the entire process was smooth and the technician was wonderful to communicate with.

I'd like to thank Andrew Cervantes for always exceeding as a Service Advisor! He possesses extraordinary customer service skill that provide unquestionable resolution to issues regarding our vehicles. His extensive knowledge supersede other dealership Service Advisor's I've had in my 40yrs as a vehicle owner. Second, Andrew is prompt on returning calls within hours after leaving a message with him and that is important to me because it show that he values his customers concerns. Third, Andrew, not only provides us with the service required, explicitly explains the values of other services provided by Capitol Chevrolet to consider to maintain the validity of our vehicles. First time coming here to get service on my car. Had an apt at 830am . Stood outside for about 10 min waiting for somebody to help . The gentlemen inside was helpful. I only had an oil change and tire rotation . I thought maybe since it was my first time there would be a coupon or something but there was not . Never paid so much for an oil change and tire rotation. Car took about 3 hours until it was ready . A little ridiculous because I had an apt . Overall it was a ok experience .

Advisor service was good, even do parts were coming from Chevrolet Network they arrived 1 week late from date given at drop off day,.so truck was kept 2 weeks instead of 4 days , Low fluid message was displayed on dash next day after we picked up truck, according to advisor apparently after system burped coolant level went down, totally unexpected coming out from a dealer shop, not the standards of work a dealer should be held to. Overall I wouldn t rate this as a good experience

I called and spoke to a service representative and asked if he could confirm if my warranty was still active. He looked my warranty up and said yes still active and expires January 13 2024.Turns out it was the date in January or 80 thousand miles .I feel that the service representative should have been able to get that information from the warranty the first time I asked and saving me $299. Diagnoses fee telling just to me what I already knew. This is far from excellent customer service but definitely inconvenience financially for me.

Bring our 2021 Bolt for a recall to update the battery software and Henry was our service advisor. He is very helpful and we are out in minutes afterwards went through all needed info. And got the car back within the promised time frame. The overall experience is relaxed and professional. Highly recommended.

Service was fast and seemed to be ok but they left exposed wires hanging out and asked me to come back during the week when I pointed it out to have it fixed. Unfortunately, during the week is tough for me which is why I had made a weekendAppointment to begin with. I asked if I could come in Sunday just to have the wires tucked away, but was told that the shop was closed and there would be no one there to assist me, so I had to fix it myself.

I Was happy with the service Henry Palacios gave me but i am upset with the technicians . My tires were supposed to be rotated and my report says they were, but when I got home the tires were in the same place. How am I supposed to be sure that my Major service Was done correctly If the simple task was done.
