Fast, efficient service. All repairs & maintenance checks done as explained by Thomas Findlay. He's very thorough. Added plus of getting rideshare back & forth and getting free car wash.

We have always had good experiences dealing with this Acura dealership. The people are professional, friendly and we never feel as though they are trying to up-sell us services we don t need. We know that our vehicle is in good hands when we get our car serviced there and we would highly recommend them.

People here are very professional and reliable. They have done a great work for my vehicle and even for the past few years and it has always been a great experience with them. Could not be happier. Ask for George Centeno, he's very honest hardworkign person and will help you regards to anything concerning your vehicle. He is an expert!

My car was serviced at the Capital Acura. The service manager Tom is wonderful. I recommend working with Tom. He helped explain what will be done on the car and got it fixed on time. This location provides complementary shuttle within the 10 miles range as needed.

Services department/George Centeno fit me in the same day. The wait was pleasant and staff is very professional. I was super happy about my service. This is my third Acura vehicle and I have never been disappointed by the Acura family- Fremont and or Los Gatos Acura now Capitol Acura. Thanks guys

Took my TLX and Giana in the Service Department took good care of me and make the repair on my car seamless! She made it effort to always stay in constant communication with me to keep me updated. Thomas and the service team at Acura of Los Gatos (soon Capitol Acura) have been great to work with. They worked to figure out the issue my car was experiencing and resolve it quickly without any hassle. I will be servicing my car there moving forward!

I'm glad to have the Capital Acura Service when my car is broken down this month.Not only fix the car within a day, they also take good care of customer's transportation and giving out free car wash.What's a Treat!!I really appreciate their help.

Even in the midst of their move the next day, they were friendly, thorough, efficient. I have only had my car serviced at LG Acura since I bought it and that speaks to the confidence I have in their good care.

As usual the folks in the Sevice Department were extremely helpful and thorough in researching the problem I was experiencing and resolving the issue. George Centeno was professional in his working with me as well as very personable and great to work with!

If I spent my time answering every survey request, I'd never be able to leave the house!! Pretty soon the US post office is going to be requesting a survey each and every day on their mail delivery!!! Stop with the freaking SURVEYS

I called when I noticed my maintenance light appear. I was pleasantly surprised that I could come in for a service that same day. Tom arranged for a Lyft to/from my office and the service staff waited until I arrived after I got stuck in traffic.

I drove all the way to Los Gatos Acura, and found out you guys had moved. I drove to the new location and late for the appointment, but I had to go to work on time. George was really helpful, talked to the technician and had my service done on time. I m an Oncology nurse and can t be late for work, and I always can count on you guys for my services. I met the customers who were interested in Acura MDX at the lobby, and I ve already said good things about you guys. Thanks again for your wonderful services!

Before I started coming to LG Acura, I used to dread taking my car in for service but over time I ve built trust with my client advisors, George & Russ. They take the time to go through each line item and review the history with me so that I m performing the recommended services based on what s needed for my vehicle, not just the manufacturer recommendations. Even though they are always busy, George has never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. He is patient, friendly, and, quite honestly, seems to genuinely be happy doing his job which I feel is rare these days. I always look forward to seeing George and I continue going back to LG Acura because I know I can trust George s recommendations which is invaluable. The icing on the cake is that they always have my car ready on time or ahead of schedule. Serviced my 2016 Acura RDX (100k miles) here: timing belt package, spark plugs, valve adjustment, oil pump gaskets replacement, and A14. Acura runs like a new now. The Capitol Acura team did a great job!
