I got two tires flatten after ran over a crack on the road. Calderon responded to my inquiry timely and provided good price and service. I appreciate that they helped me get the tires replaced in the same afternoon, so I don't need to carry the feeling of a bad day forward.

The experience at Calderon is a easy, fast, and affordable experience! The customer service is great. Highly recommend. You must know it is located on story rd on the east side of San Jose and it s usually busy so be prepared and have some extra time.

Would recommend. Service is pretty immediate and the prices are good. I don't leave there feeling like I've been hustled. Definitely a Spanish spot but don't hesitate to speak English.

This is my second time coming here. They have done a great job and the customer service is pretty decent; however, they need to be consistent with their quotes. Yesterday, I was quoted $125 for a new tire. I went in this am and was quoted $140. They ended up honoring $125.

I had a nail in my tire, and I could hear the air coming out. I pulled in and they fixed it within 10 minutes. Incredible experience!

Great shop, great people, excellent service!! I bought 4 almost new, used tires for less than half of retail. I noticed a defect in 1 of them about a week later (today). Like a true gentleman, the manager remembered me and my purchase, swiftly grabbed another tire and replaced it (writing this review as I wait). No hassle. No worries. Just great, honest, fast and friendly service! They've definitely earned me, and anyone reading this, as a lifelong customer!! Thanks Calderon Crew!!

Reasonable price compared to other shop around and very quick serviced, Tmps replacement in 40 minutes. However, not very professional. Your wheel get light damage and scratches. � knew it will happened so yeah

We had a nail in our tire. We were referred from another tire shop to Calderon s because they were too busy to see us. Calderon s assessed the issue in 30 seconds. Within five minutes a technician arrived and promptly ripped the nail out of our tire and plugged it. He moved faster than lightening with our tire repair. It was impressive. $15 later and we were back on the road.High high praise here to these guys. Thank you!

This place is amazingly fast. Before I was out of my car they had taken the tired that needed to be replaced off. And really great prices.

Went to Calderones, and I have always heard good things about them but I think they are getting to their own heads. I ve never had to pay $80 for a used tire and wish I would have called other places before going in but I trusted them for so many times already, that I figured it was just that way. 3 stars for the heck , but they didn t offer with their expertise to rotate my tires to make sure we are safe. I forgot to ask. They are pretty much in and out just worried about money in ,money out it seems. I don t mind having to pay for my stuff to keep my family safe but they aren t the same. Just saying. Not just price but customer service as well.

On a busy Saturday, they got me in and out. Within an hour installing tires and Balancing all 4 tires. Friendly yet professional I recommend .

The guys there are professional. One person is directing the work load for each worker and assigns it. Very efficient. Tires I got were good for 2 used tires...with installation included. Next time I will bring in my own tires and have them install it.Again, not bad of a place and prices are decent for used...not so on new. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. This place does tend to get busy so plan accordingly.

Pretty happy with their service and pricing.In and out in less than 10 minutes.Charged me best price but my family usually tips the guy a 5 because of how great the price is.Taken both of our vehicles and havent had any issues.

Don t even think about going here. These charge ridiculous amount for any kind of service. I wouldn t go here next time for sure

Great pro is the fast and easy service. I came on a Friday afternoon to replace all 4 tires, and my car was done in about 30 minutes.Reason for 3 stars is because they didn't have many choices for my tire size. They only had one cheap brand available, so I took it because I needed replacements ASAP. Overall, good service.

Getting the tire patched was a quick process. However I did misplace my wallet while I was there. I did ask to see if there was any cameras to maybe help and see if I did lose it there and someone picked it up. They said there's no cameras facing towards the lot. Which is hard to believe because it's a gas station as well. I feel like I was just brushed off and I needed a little bit more help. Long story short lost my wallet with all of my major credit cards and everything in there ID bank card kids Great America passes fishing license in about 200 and some cash. It's horrible they need to put a surveillance system facing towards the parking lot especially where they are fixing tires

Once again I ended up with a nail in a tire. Happily there is a convenient Calderon tire open near downtown. The service was nice and friendly, and it was nice to chat with others waiting. I think the work took around 15 minutes beginning to end. I m addition, I had left my tablet on the counter when I was paying. They took very good care of it until I realized what I had done and returned. Thank you!!!!!

Third time coming here but for a second car. Service is super fast. This recent and last times we've been here it's usually just us in the waiting room and like one or two people being helped outside. Prices are reasonable. Paid $380 for 4 tires on a 97 Honda.
