I'm very pleased with how they did the aliment on my Sprinter with a long wheelbase. They start working early in the morning and manage to get a lot done. I recommend the manager Andrew.

They performed great job by replacing all 4 tires of my car. It was mounted and installed well, also well balanced and alignment too. I will go back again for these types of services next time I need any of them.....They also have nice crews.....

I went to Bruce Tires looking for quality of work on mounting a tractor tire on an oversized rim. What I got was an excellent customer staff making sure that quality of work is most important no matter the size of the tire .

They know when you're between a rock and a hard place. I had a blowout at the inner duel on my 23ft. motorhome while traveling south from Port Angeles Washington. My lug wrench was too short to get to the rear lug nuts so I decided to let them mount my spare and sell me a new tire. They wouldn't mount the spare because it was seven years old. After asking them to use one of my steer tires that was six years old they wouldn't do that either. A single new tire on the back could have been problematic because of the difference in wear so I asked them to install a newer used tire. They refused and insisted on selling me two new tires that would have been incompatible with the other tires on my rig. I said "you're not letting me out of here for less than $600.00 are you?". The representative said "nope". I left, got a bigger lug wrench at a local O'Reilly's, and did the job myself. I had another shop mount a five year old used spare that was compatible with my existing tires. These people will take advantage of your bad luck if they can. I didn't let them and you shouldn't either.

**UPDATE(4/25/23): BRUCES RESPONDED TO MY REVIEW AND STATED THEY WOULD REACH OUT AND THEY NEVER DID!*ORIGINAL REVIEW: Worst service I ever had from a shop. Went in to get my right back tire fixed and they broke the sensor. They stated they replaced it. When I got my car back the sensor they replaced was not reading. I went in and told them that the one they replaced was not working. They told me I was wrong, and it was the front right tire sensor that was out. I explained to them that that one was reading and the back one was not. They continued to tell me I was wrong and if I wanted to replace the front sensor I need to buy a tire. They put me back on the road with an unsafe car. I took my car to another tire place to confirm what sensor was broken and IT WAS THE ONE THEY REPLACED. Do not go here!!!

Went to Bruce's tire was recommended from a friend they were able to correct my 2016 Ram Cummins alignment. From the time I walked through the door I felt welcome and the friendly staff were great to deal with, my truck is spot on correct, lifted or lowered these guys get it done right thanks to all the staff at Bruce's Tires.

Fantastic tire place...they fixed my flat tire/with embedded screw in less than 20 minutes and less than $24. On top of that they are polite, responsive, and personable, and wanted to serve me well. Highly recommended.

Needed inflation valve extension stems installed on my RV to replace factory tire stems which with dual wheels are almost impossible to access! Purchased a kit on-line from Borg and had Bruce's team break down all my wheels/tires and install. Great job by Kevin P. and his team. Reasonable price, knocked it our in a couple of hours. YES, I will come back here for my RV Sprinter tire/wheel needs.

Asked about brake pads on a truck f350..was quoted at least 300.00 for ine wheel... bull shot the pads are 50.00 and its as difficult as a honda civic to put them on.
