I had issue with the tire pressure with air and this was happening even after it was fixed. A friend recommended to got Bruce Tyre. They checked and found two nails and fixed it. They were really professional and helpful. I would recommend them.

Bruce s Tire is staffed by kind and considerate employees who genuinely care about their customers. I take both of my cars there for tires and tuneups and have always been well satisfied.

We came in just for an alignment and wheel balance because Capitol Ford couldn't get it done due to it being Super Duty and too BIG. We took it here and had it completed within a day. Basically if they can work on this then it's easy to say they can work on anything. It was nice working with the friendly staff and they did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend and thanks again Bruce's Tires.

Great service. Fast turnaround off of a walk-in. Alex helped me - he was so nice and knowledgeable. Price was transparent and fair. Juno was there too, I believe he is a manager. I had a great time chatting with Alex and Juno. Everything about this place seemed totally trustworthy and competent. Alex spotted stuff on my tires and brakes they never mentioned at my dealership, and he patiently explained what it all meant to me and what my options are. The mechanic who worked on my tire did a great job too though I don t have his name. I would absolutely come back here. Highly recommend. This will be my go-to tire and brake spot from now on in the South Bay. Thanks guys

Went in on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment to patch a tire with a leak. Tire was fixed within 30 minutes. Outstanding customer service & an extremely positive experience. I had filled the tires with nitrogen from another Bruce's Tire store & it's awesome that it's a lifetime refill from any of their locations. The nitrogen fill has been so stable that the tire PSI has not dropped or required refill in nearly half a year. That's how I noticed the drop in PSI for the tire with the leak. Get the nitrogen fill, it's worth it.

I went shortly after they opened on a weekday (thanks for opening early) with a slow leak in one tire that had been bothering me for couple days. They mentioned that a couple cars were in front of mine, but accurately quoted about a 45 min wait, after which I was out the door with a patch in my tire. Price was fine. No hassle. Thanks!

Aside from a roof over your head and food on the table, one of life s main necessities is a trustworthy auto shop. This shop just helped me feel secure and in peace that my child moving far for college will have a safe car. The are fast, efficient and the offer the beat price!!!! I highly recommend this auto shop for your vehicle needs and most importantly.. peace of mind.

The team here does amazing work! Tony and the team helped me with a nail in my tire. Everything went by quickly and they patched it up perfectly. I couldn't ask for a better customer experience. Recently moved into the neighborhood and I think I found my tire spot!

They had a glitch on their computer and as a result didn't have the tires I ordered, but a worker made the trip special to get them. Good Hankook 225 50R16 for $138 per tire, $30 per install... Rest is taxes and Cali BS, so $379 for two tires. Waiting room with TV, coffee, and donuts. Bathrooms.Very friendly service, highly recommend!

I live around the area and had 2 puncture incidences on the same tire. On my 2nd puncture, I went in right before he opens and Bruce was already in. He kindly re-arranged the work order to get me in first. Rod who worked on my wheels/tires was extremely professional and cautious of removing the tires so it doesn't scratch my wheels. He carefully removed the nail, sanded down and re-patched it. At the end Bruce made some recommendation on tire replacements but did not pressure me. Overall experience was good. He also have WiFI available in a waiting area if you need to wait around.

went to multiple car shops to get my tires fixed and was told multiple different things and was given such high prices. I called Bruce s Tire to get a final say, I spoke with a gentleman name Tony. He provided such great customer service and asked me to stop by. I came in immediately and was greeted by him and Juno, Tony walked my vehicle and knew exactly the things my car needed and provided even BETTER customer service !Tony told me everything about my BMW and went over all the mechanical terms with me. He had a lot of patience. I was told it would take more than 2-3 days for my tire to come in from the other shops, Tony got mine in the very next morning!!Not only did they fix my tire, they did a walk through to see how the car was running. When I came in, I thought I would be waiting hours, since they re so busy. Nope, service was done within 30-40min MAX. Their entire team made me feel so comfortable and didn t make me feel like I was jipped for my coins since I m a woman. Juno was also very helpful, I can tell by the way their clients come in that their hospitality is REAL and they truly care about helping the customer.I just want to give a Huge thank you to the team for being so informative and providing service outside of my tires, when you didn t have to. I will be sure to come to this shop from now on.Ps, the tires they recommended have made the biggest difference!!

Came here after I blew out my tire on the freeway and had damage to my car because of it. Not only were they very transparent and kind, Tony was very understanding of my situation and did his best to help me through the process.The parts that were damaged had to be ordered, but Tony made sure to find the quickest way possible. They fixed my car and advised to keep an eye on the alignment. I ended up bringing it back in for a full tire replacement and some brake and alignment work.Once again, the guys here took very good care of me and my car. My car was definitely a big headache, but everything was handled so carefully and professionally I have zero complaints.I ll be bringing my car into Bruce s for all future issues and services. Really happy I found this place!

Would give 0 stars if I could. My 98 wrangler threw a P0301 code all of a sudden. I wanted to update my smog and register so had to get the cylinder 1 misfire fixed before taking it to smog check. I usually work on my cars and but this time around I was held up at work and needed to get things sorted on a time crunch so decided to take it to a well reviewed shop near me. Found Bruce's Tire and Auto.I took it in and asked them to fix the P0301. I was told I would be charged 150$ to "diagnose" the issue. The issue was obvious but I agreed to the charge. I was told after they would diagnose and fix it in 2days.4 days and 1300$ later, I picked up the Jeep and 0.5 miles from the shop, the vehicle the check engine light came on, the vehicle idled high at 2000 rpm and rode really rough. I called them back and they said come back tomorrow.Next day morning I go in and the guy I was working with was out and the everyone bluntly refused to look at my car.Was asked to come back the following Monday. Went back Tuesday cause work and basically was told to leave the car for a day. Got a call saying there is a bunch of new issues in the car and that they needed to bring the car back the following week for them to "diagnose" it again. A car that ran worse after paying 1300$ to fix it.Came home, worked on it, swapped out a couple sensors, an IAC and voila everything was fixed.This is probably a good shop to change tires. If you have any other issues, avoid it like the plague. They make it sound like they are diagnosing rockets when my wrangler is one of the simplest cars to work on. They upcharge you and are really frustrating to work with. Hopefully you save a few bucks from this review.Never coming back.

Had to bring in my car for a nail in the tire. Somewhat of an emergency. The service was outstanding. They took care of me right away. Took out the nail and repaired the tire. I would highly recommend them.

We had a flat tire when we came back from a trip and showed up to his shop first thing when they opened. They patched our tire in 20 mins! Tony was super helpful. Never had a better experience with a tire shop.

I greatly appreciate the staff's professionalism, knowledge, and timeliness. I had a tire "slow leak". Not only did Bruce's Tire & Auto get me back on the road, they didn't charge me! I am thankful for their service and recommend them to anyone in the Santa Clara or Downtown San Jose area.

Our fleet vehicles for the company I work for have been going to Bruce s for some time now. The manager, Tony, has given us nothing less than awesome service. Because of their quality work and reliable service, I now bring my personal vehicle to Bruce s. They don t try to upsell and have been reliably transparent. Tony will present you with options to fit your budget. They show exemplary customer service and definitely show for it with quality work and attention to detail. There s a reason why we trust our fleet vehicles with Tony and his staff at Bruce s, and now my own personal vehicle. Five stars all the way.

I found out this place on the yelp due to the high rating, and it's my first time to work with Tony. It turns out to be the most wonderful experience that I have ever had in the Bay Area. Tony is very patient and educational. He replied to all of my question and provided the supporting information for me to understand the car better. He is quite honest about the service and cost: his service is certainly not the lowest, but he can make sure his quality is always great and safe. I would love to pay a little bit more to trade the quality of service at Bruce's Tire again.

I found this place unexpectedly as I found a slow leak in the tire. Tony working at the customer service is super helpful and friendly. When I told him I was in a hurry for my doctor appointment, he prioritized my vehicle and asked a technician to patched my car within 20 minutes. I was able to make it to my appointment, thanks to Tony. He also told me about tire rotation and said to come back to get this done as he knows I was racing for time, very thoughtful. FYI tire patching cost $25 which I think it is very reasonable.

I had an issue with my tire pressure. I took it to the dealership and they didn't bother to take a look at the tire, they just filled it up with air and reset the tire pressure sensor.I still had the problem and someone suggested to take the car to Bruce's. I went in and they were able to take a look at the tire and found a huge nail in it. They took out and patched up my tire and my car was ready to go in less than 15 minutes.It was an amazing experience, very helpful and fast.I totally recommend using them. They're also a family business which makes me appreciate their service more.

Had a nail puncture in tire and after waiting in line for a while at tire shops on Stevens Creek, ended up going to Bruce following my wife's advice. She had been going there many times for her tires and always got top notch prices and service. I was not disappointed: very easy to get to, I was in-out in 30min, and price was close to nothing. Very nice guys too. I saved $400 compared to the dealership which wanted to replace the entire new tire. I highly recommend this Bruce!

I had a nail in my tire this morning, and for the second time, Bruce's Tire was able to patch it at no cost when I took my car in. I got there when they opened, and was finished 30 minutes later; I'm definitely going to come here when I need to replace my tires (which they told me would probably be in a few months or 5000 miles, since they're getting pretty old). The service was excellent, and they've been extremely helpful!
