Awesome experience!Steven was so helpful!I purchased 4 new tires and had an alignment done.He was very knowledgeable and had great customer service, very kind and knew that I was watching my budget.He found great tires that would work for my budget, and also did a full inspection on my car, letting me know a few additional things that need to be done.I highly recommend Big O Tires.Ask for Steven, he s a rockstar!It was also very clean and tidy in there, I like that!

I chose Big O Tires because they had great reviews. I made my appointment online the night before. My appt time was set for 11:00 AM. When I arrived, everyone was courteous, and I was helped right away. I was told it would take 90 min.-2 hrs. I had driven myself and stayed in their lounge area. When more than 2 hrs passed, I asked how much longer it might take. I was told they were almost done.After 5 HOURS, I went to the counter and told them I was getting really upset at how long it was taking. Only one young man seemed concerned. He asked which veicle was mine, went out to see where it was, and apologized for the delay! No one else seemed concerned in the least. I have no idea why folks seem to like this place.

I recently had an exceptional experience with Big O Tires that I couldn't wait to share. Their customer service was top-notch from start to finish. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me find the right tires for my vehicle.What truly set them apart was their same-day installation service. I expected to wait, but they had my new tires on my truck in no time, saving me from any inconvenience. It's not every day you find a tire shop that can deliver on this promise.And the best part? The pricing was impressively economical. I felt like I got a great deal without compromising on quality. Big O Tires made the entire process stress-free and affordable.I highly recommend Big O Tires to anyone in need of tires or automotive services. I had 4 new tires put on my 2017 Rav 4 today at Big O tires off Parkmoor. I made an online appointment yesterday - and spoke to a very nice and knowledgeable associate, Criselda. She helped me select great tires, confirm the appointment then give me a bit of information on what to expect. Once I arrived, the staff was very welcoming - and the waiting room is comfortable. I got my 4 new tires installed and a headlight bulb changed out. I want to thank the team at Big O tires for their service.

I have always loved coming here to service my car and have often recommended Big o Tires to friends. Steven was a huge part of that; I was surprised to find out when I took my car in for this most recent service that he had left. He was a real gem and truly valued the customer experience. Unfortunately, after this past visit (1/16) I will likely not be returning and certainly will not recommend them any longer. Prior to getting work done on my car, I asked one of the employees Sandra, several times if I could apply a Groupon gift certificate deal. She assured me that I could, so I purchased the deal. The next day, when I returned to pick up my vehicle I was told by two different employees, Criselda and another older male employee, presumably the manager, (working around 5pm) that this was impossible to apply and that there was nothing they could do to honor what we had been told to me by both Sandra and Steven (I had spoken to him the week prior before he left). The manager was particularly rude and not helpful. A few things that should be considered:1) Employees should KNOW the policies and be able to share them correctly with customers. The manager told me it was in the fine print; and I told him that one of his employees told me it could be used, even showing her the fine print.2) If an employee assures a customer that a deal is viable that should be honored in some way because THAT is the fault of the company and not the customer. Again, I was told by two employees that this was a viable deal and asked two or three times to confirm, even going so far as to show Sandra the voucher to confirm.This review receives 2 stars and not 1 because the work on the car is solid, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Top tier customer service. I felt like I was in a hidden gem of great customer service and care. I rarely do reviews as customer service should be something every business lives by. However, Mike (the owner) and his team at this location blessed me beyond words. Thank you for being attentive, understanding and helping me. Love mikes motto - That is what we do here, we take care of our people everyone needs to live and walk like Mike does. I pray an abundance of his life and his family. Thank you

Sandra is the most amazing, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service representative ever. She was quick to assess the issue with our tire and recommend a solution. Her mechanics were very thorough, fast and skillful. We were successfully back on the road within one hour. Big O Tires is the best!Thank you!

Big O is a long standing and well known company that has many services available for your vehicle. It was easy to get an appointment and the selection of tires was good. The tires and service were okay. However, the cost for brake service was on the high side. It takes a while, so be prepared to read or do some work while you are waiting. The staff that greeted me were great! Their interaction with one another kept me entertained during my wait (waiting room next to check in area..). Like the staff, but not the prices.

This location of Big O Tires is always very helpful and kind. Sandra is considerate and caring, she explains everything thoroughly and helps break down the receipt for you so you know what your costs are. Viet always does a great job fixing any issue brought to their attention. I go here for all my repairs - suspension, tires, oil changes, etc.

Unfortunately this is the last straw for me with Big O Tires. I'm glad people have had good experiences with them, but over the years it seems like a complete struggle Everytime I need something. And I should've taken the hint years ago. From ordering tires from them and then they put them on another vehicle before I showed up to get themselves mounted, to multiple people reassuring me the tires I ordered were there and to waste my time going down there for them to say they "lost" them. Today I left my truck there for over 4 hours with no calls until I finally called to ask the status on my single tire change just to have the employee tell me that tire also got "lost" after wasting my day and money for the Uber rides back and forth from my house. I'm never ordering anything from them ever again.

What an amazing experience all around at this location. Not only did they have a great set of all season tires that ended up costing ~$200-$300 less than all of the tire shops In a 30 minute radius (Sumitomo A/S), the customer service was SO PLEASANT. Prior to calling this location, I was hunting around for deals and getting prices over 1k for a set or being told the tires needed to be special ordered. In addition, most of the people I spoke with sounded like they could care less about my business. That's when a quick search led me to this location - the kindness, enthusiasm, professionalism was on point. After visiting the location the team was super helpful with guiding me to the right tire, the additional warranty you can pay for protects the tire for up to 3 years! Install took a bit long but they were busy so I can't blame them. 5 stars - don't think twice, give them your business!

After experiencing terrible service at American Tire, with over booking of appointments that continued to be helped in front of me despite me standing in line for over 30 minutes just to reach a counter person. I tried Big O Tires. What a huge difference... I was helped right away and they don't take appointments for the reasons I mentioned... I had my tires installed quickly and treated professionally.

Came here to splurge with 2 new Michelins.Sandra helped me with the paperwork and showed me options I can to choose from. Also added alignment.Overall it may be pricey, but it s done thoroughly and correctly.You can go to a cheaper store, but you get what you pay for, so watch out.Total time took about an hour. Went for a walk and it was ready when I returned.

This review is for the tire service. I made an appointment for a tire rotation for my sedan and Steven was my contact through the entire process. He was very polite and communicative. The tire rotation was done in about an hour and cost ~$50. They even torqued to specification, which some shops don't do.

The staff at this location go above and beyond for the well-being of your vehicle and yourself. They are knowledgeable about the services they offer and give you an exact time you will be waiting. Sandra was the associate who helped me with my appointment setup and she gave me great advice to swap the rest of my tires at the same location. I will be gladly doing so.

Had a concern about a tire puncture. Steve was very friendly and accommodating, walked me throughthe process, gave me an accurate estimate and was able to get me back on the road in less than an hour. Would definitely trust them with my baby again!

I m usually pretty happy with the work performed by Big O tires on Parkmoor Avenue in San Jose. Since I had recently bought tires and brakes for my car there, I took it back because the brakes were pulsing. It appears I have gone over the one year warranty on the brakes which I thought the brake shoes had a lifetime warranty but I guess that s for defect not Other issues.Miss you I have is that they replace my rear rotors and brake pads but only replace the front brake pads and not the rotors. I was told at the time that I might need to replace the rotors next time. The problem is is here we are now I believe 14 months later and the front brakes are pulsing terribly. I was given a rough estimate to replace the front rotors and brake pads again, since you should always replace the brake pads when you replace the rotors. Not real happy with that!

You know how you go in for an oil change and then there s a whole list of problems story of my life.I spoke with a nice girl in the morning (forgot to get her name), and then after was helped by Steven. Both of them were amazing and although they gave me a list of issues (tires and brakes), they were very helpful and friendly. I jokingly gave them a bad time about how they were trying to rob me, and they gave me a Christmas gift.. they suggested since I always use Groupon, that I get the gift card this time to help pay for todays damages. Saved me some money on things I needed done. This is why I always come to Big o tires the staff is awesome! See y all in a few months.

Got my tire replacement within a few hours. I didn't know three of my bolts was stuck so they were able to order replacement the same day. Receptionist was also funny too. Thanks guys! Now I get to places!

First time customer. Sandra and team got my oversized BFG KO2 tires from the Fremont warehouse and installed with alignment same day on a Saturday. Grateful as I was hydroplaning in the rain the night before. Big O Parkmoor has a new loyal customer from this stellar experience. Thank you!!

It started with the phone call. We called to inquire about tires, pricing, timing for an installation - and the friendly/professional man who answered was polite, smart, efficient...I was impressed and booked an appointment for four new tires.Carley was my onsite contact - very nice.The whole Tire installation was smooth and punctual - and professional.I am a Fan!Bonus: there were two rebates.Later, returned to get tires aligned - again, the staff is so cordial, smart and easy to work with.I

My wife was driving our van a couple days ago and it broke down on the freeway so she called me and told me what she should do. I said call the police so they can have you move to the side and then tow it to big old tires and ask for Sandra. And Sandra happened to answer the phone. She said we will take good care of you and the van. Don't worry we'll give you the best deal and so I thank you guys for such a great job and being a loving and caring operation and always taking care of my vehicles.
