I would very highly recommend Ben's Auto Body to anyone I know who needs auto body work.I came in needing a repair of my bumper, as parts of it was ripped off and dangling off of the brackets. While other body shops said the repair wouldn't be possible and recommended a full bumper replacement, Ben from Ben's Auto Body quoted me a reasonable price to repair it on short notice with no frills or upsells. I really appreciated the up-forward pricing and timing estimates on top of the high quality of repair.On top of that, I mentioned initially that I didn't care about the looks and just to repair it (I had some scratches on the bumper and nearby panel), but Ben fixed the scratches and buffed it up to make it look almost brand new for free. He went above and beyond my expectations and I couldn't be happier with the job.With a friendly demeanor and excellent service, I couldn't recommend this place enough.

Ben has done a fantastic job on providing great service as well as a reasonable price. Work does not feel rushed and if the car isn't ready he will let you know and give an accurate ETA for you to expect your car to be ready. During the repair job, he goes above and beyond to your expectation to further showcase how much he values in the work he does.I asked only to replace Fog Lamp bezzles + trim cover as well as touch up paint some scratches on the bumper, but he also repainted my whole bumper. The car looks as if it came out of the dealership and I couldn't express how happy I was.I happily would recommend his services and if there is a need of an auto body repair, I would without doubt come back to ask for his service.

My car got scratched on the side in a parking lot. I gave my car here and the job done was so awesome, it came back as good as new. Moreover my car was looking very shiny and new. Really great job by Ben!

I use Ben s to do repairs to my 2021 Harley Davidson CVO. Harley Davidson would not allow me to purchase the bronze armor paint from them. A very good place to fix your car, reliable, the job was delivered on time, good price. I went there to fix my VW GTI, and Ben did a really good job. I had one of the doors changed and Ben matched the color perfectly, they also patched some scratches and the bumper, now all car looks like brand new. Also, they took care of all negotiation work with my insurance, I didn't have to deal with the process at all, just drop and pick up the car.

First, the lady in the office was very rude. I brought my car in for front bumper cover replacement.They charged me $2000. When the car was done and ready for inspection, found that there is a big gap between the front cover and the body on the driver side, which they did not want to fix. Also the paint on bumper cover does not match the body of the car. I had to pay another shop $400 to repaint the cover.Watch out! they don't guarantee their works. I had a bad experience with this shop.

I didn t have any work done here but I d guess they do a good job. I m a transporter and I delivered a truck that had one wheel just about falling off. I had no idea how we were going to get it out of my enclosed trailer. Ben and his crew were unfazed. They handled he task swiftly, efficiently and professionally. The truck came out of the trailer fine with zero damage to my equipment. If I ever need bodywork done in the San Jose area you bet I m giving these guys a call.

I needed work done on a Toyota Solara 2001, and got quotes from 6 body shops. Ben's was the lowest, but he was clear about the work he was going to do and how he was going to do it, so. The work was done on time and on budget, and the car looks great. I would use his services again without hesitation.

It was Sunday and I was looking for a local auto body shop that was open so I could get an estimate. All of the shops that stated they open on Sundays were closed, and I couldn't find one that was open. I googled across Ben's shop, and even though I think they were also closed on Sunday, he took the time to drive out and meet me. My First impression was he's warm and welcoming and sounded like a technical guy who knows how to get the job done. My car, with the extensive damage.. was repaired only in a couple of days and I have to say his team did a wonderful job. I would recommend you give this place a try if you're shopping around to get your vehicle repair.

I went to Ben's auto repair to replace my cracked bumper. Not only was the price that they quoted me a third of what I received from another body shop, the new bumper looked as good as new, and the car came back cleaned and vacuumed. Thank you so much!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
