This is my second time going to this shop and I will continue to go here with whatever body work I need done in the future. My car looks amazing and they are very easy to talk to and communicate with. My insurance company was being very difficult, but Brad and Ozzy really made this experience great for me. Brad went above and beyond in my case. They even fixed more paint chips then asked for just to make my car look even better. I am extremely satisfied with my time here.

Not happy with my experience. They don t properly inspect your vehicle, they returned my vehicle back to me with damage that made it still not safe to drive (a dented rim), they didn t connect EVERYTHING back together (usb cherger) and i dont feel like they really handled my car with care since there are dirty marks on the inside that were never there before. If you re involved in an accident and searching for a somewhere to get your car fixed, take it somewhere where they do a FULL inspection. This body shop caused me just as much stress as getting in an accident. They dont do a full inspection & you may still have issues after getting your car back from them.

What a great experience! I had a few extra minutes over lunch and decided to visit the closest body shop to get a repair price for what some terrible neighbors have done to my car door. Ozzy was immediately available and so helpful! Turns out, I don t need much work! Not only that, he cleaned the rub marks off my car! I wasn t there 10 minutes! If I have work, I will choose this shop! I won t forget this. These are quality people. Thank you Ozzy

B&S did an amazing job repairing my tesla model 3 and all of the staff were extremely knowledgable, polite, and had excellent communication from beginning to end.They went above and beyond expectations by also cleaning/washing my car + repairing minor paint blemishes not related to my accident.I highly recommend this body shop!Service: Body & Trim

I was rear ended while driving my husband s car. We brought it to B&S and they worked directly with State Farm for payment. The staff were friendly and took care of everything for us. They even buffed out some other scratches that were on the car!

This the second time I had body work done here. B&S was very helpful, and accommodating. The parts arrived from Tesla just as I was taking two trips. B&S accepted the car and was willing to hold it until I returned more that a week after it was ready. Easy to work with and helpful.The work quality is also very good, my Model Y looks a good as new. B & S Hacienda Winfield has been the best body shop I ve ever had to work with. This is especially because of Tom. Tom won my confidence from the very first meeting as we observed the damage in my car. Unfortunately my car was a victim of a dumpster fire and had severe damage on the entire right side and rear of the vehicle. Tom saw little damages that I missed on my initial inspection and made sure to add them to the list of repairs. He kept me updated at all stages of the repairs and always was quick to answer my questions. When I found out that my covered rental time had expired, Tom went above and beyond to get my car drivable so I didn t have to spend so much out of pocket for the rental car that I was now paying full price for. Although we are still waiting for parts to come in to complete the repair (not their fault at all) the repairs they ve completed made my car look brand new again. Thank you to everyone at B & S Hacienda - Winfield for all you do! And a special shout-out to Tom for being the best!Services: Tires, Body & Trim

The B&S team was very helpful thoughout every step of the repair process. From the initial inspection, to assistance dealing with insurance, to being accommodating when they didn't need to be, this was an all-around excellent experience. I have been a customer multiple times with different vehicles and different situations, and every time B&S has been responsive, professional, and prompt. Thanks for making the repair experience painless and efficient.

Excellent, my car had been repaired a few months ago with no effects. Most importantly was the experience knowing my car was with the best. They will walk you through the process with ease and comfort knowing everything is under great care.

B & S provided my family with friendly, pragmatic, knowledgeable service, and fixed our little Honda despite numerous obstacles.Global supply chain issues delayed what would have normally been a routine bumper replacement by almost a month.AAA, our insurer, refused to extend our 30-day rental coverage despite the fact that our car was no longer safe to drive.Since this is our only car and we are not wealthy, we were very anxious to get our car fixed quickly.Our estimator, Jesse, heard our concerns and did everything he could to expedite the repair including contacting alternate suppliers.When one alternate supplier sent him a damaged replacement piece, he sent it right back even though there was no way I would have been able to tell after the repair was complete.This honesty was all the more impressive since AAA was pressuring B & H the whole time to hurry the repair and threatening to penalize them if they did not hurry (which was impossible without the correct parts).After this experience my family will go back to B & H whenever we need body work and we will not be renewing our auto insurance with AAA.Service: Body & Trim

Went to this place as my first stop to get a side mirror replacement.Was greeted by this sweet manager Ozzy who waited on me.we chatted for a long time about everything. He's personable friendly.I recommend this place.

I had my mother-in-law's car worked on here (front-end damage) and I could not be more satisfied and happy about the whole process, starting with the quote B&S gave me which was $1200 less than a quote I had received from another local body-shop, to having all the work done and completed. Brad worked with me from start to finish. I would definitely recommend B&S, and ask for Brad!Service: Body & Trim

Great work, and communication, they did a good job.Aside from a miscommunication with my insurance that cost me an extra $600+, they worked with me to bring the cost down from what it normally costs to make it affordable for me, and they didn't lose any money.I do recommend this Tesla approved body shop.

When I initially took my car here, they were very helpful and communication was great. The body work and paint was fantastic. However, when I had to bring it back for some adjustment and fixes the communication was not close to what it was the week before. Maybe because additional money isn't being made? I'm not sure. Don't accept delivery of your vehicle without properly inspecting, their inspection checks are poor and half the things they promise will not be done. And then they will come with some and other excuses to hide their poor internal process . Customer experience while accepting the vehicle and getting delivery post payment is totally different.
