I got an AC recharge kit for a Honda 2023 and I asked Jose if that was all I needed which he confirmedThen went outside to recharge the system, but couldn t, I entered the store again and they told me that i wasn t gonna be able to load it as another piece of equipment is needed,Finally I asked if I could return the item but they said no as we opened it to try and install itDon t trust their word they are not reliable and undertrained

Absolutely great service from Daniel and George at this location. They helped me find the light bulbs I was looking for and assisted with the installation in this summer heat. They were professional and knowledgeable, and easily saved me a few hundred dollars. Thank you both!

Great customer service. Walked in for a battery check. Turned out the battery was bad and we purchased a new one. Staff member Tiffany assisted us by changing out the old battery. Thank you for your help and providing excellent customer service

They are nice and are open late every day. They loan you test equipment or will test your car for you. They have a good selection of car products in stock. The store is in a plaza on Monterrey highway, so expect a lot of homeless people around. Don't get freaked out, the homeless are harmless. Nice auto parts store.

I felt a bit not taken seriously, like the guys behind the cashier were just there to goof off or help serious car mechanics. I had a simple question about a leather cleaning product and felt that I was as clueless as the person I asked for help. Maybe he is new though.

Horrible service, I understand because of covid they can't touch the cars. But just give me tools and a machine to run diagnostic I have no idea where to even connect the machine. The rude man came outside to help someone else and told me to wait. I left this place with rude staff

2nd store I try to get my battery checked this morning, these guys are pitiful on their excuses not to do it, don't even try! Guy told me he doesn't like the machine they got now so he couldn't do it, 2 gray shirts were next to him and didn't say anything. 1st store I went to 3 blocks away didn't want to check it either but wanted me to buy their most expensive battery claiming that it was all they had available while I knew they had 3 other kind as I had checked online before hand! Same guy referred me to the Oreileys a few minutes away saying I would have better luck there!

My housemate's battery died on him. The nice guy helping us recommended he try charging it before buying a new one. Saved my buddy from buying a new $180 battery for his Lexus. Highly recommend this place!

Went there to have my batteries charged. They were rude to begin with but after waiting over an hour for them to charge my batteries come to find out they barley charged them. So thanks Auto Zone.

1st store was very busy and the staff was very slow. The sales persons had to keep asking for a password. Waited an extremely long time to be waited on. They only had 3 of the floor mats I wanted. Went to a 2nd store that store was difficult to get into with very little parking. No one there but no stock of floor mats to speak of. However they had the one that matched the three at the original store. So I went back, bit the bullet and stood in that @$!#::; line.3 hrs I won't get back. Store 1 on Monterey Road near Blossom Hill Rd. And store 2 was at Almaden Expressway and Branham (I believe).

I like purchasing their better line, Duralast as it has very good warranty. A few items i have bought that have had lifetime warranties and gotten exchanged for new one without much hassle.

I went to this store to get strut mounts of my Nissan Quest 2006.since I was not able to remove the mounts with hand tools.Luckily I had taken the full assembly with me just in case so when a part was not available, Jose the executive asked me if I wanted to reuse the parts and I said I am unable to remove it since I did not have a power tool.Jose went out of the way and got hold of the tools and helped me in removing the mounts. He then asked me if I bring the the other one he will help with that too. It was almost closing hours on Friday but when I got the other one he helped me.Jose is an awesome guy not because he helped me but he is very helpful to other customers too and I saw this first hand. He spent so much time with the customers and helped them with each and every query.I believe Jose is a great asset to the company.Thanks You JOse and Autoze for the nice customer experience.

This particular AutoZone was very accommodating. They were willing to help me when I was in a bind with my car. My car battery was dying on me and was having trouble turning my car on so I figured my battery was getting old. Drove over to AutoZone and they were able to check my battery, find a replacement, and provid me with tools to replace the battery on my own. Normally, they would go the extra mile and replace the battery for customers. However, this was at night and they didn't want to be liable for anything bad happening at night to their employees, which is understandable. Nevertheless, they provided me with their tools (since I recently moved from another city and didn't have tools with me anymore) and I was able to change out my battery that same night. Thanks guys!

These guys helped me in a pinch and even have me a discount. Battery for my truck was dead and I needed a new one quick. They even helped me swap it out. Exceptional customer service.

Too bad. I can't give a half a star. They are frequently slow as hell even though not busy. They gave me improper parts and have little stock in store. My last resort place. Worth driving to another location in my opinion.

Very helpful, one of the workers noticed I was having issues getting the headlight bulb out so he came out and helped. Once we got it out he walked in and got exactly what I needed.

When my boyfriend and walked in we asked the first guy we saw if he can help us but he stated that he was to busy counting money to help. They close at 9 and its 8:02. Not coming back

There were four employees but only two were helping people. There was a line also, but once we got help the guy was very helpful and nice.

Worst service ever! Went in for an air filter and spark plugs and the employee gave me the wrong parts!!!! Horrible service. I called and asked them to wait (it was close to closing time) because I needed the parts asap and they had no mercy, they did not want to wait a few minutes to make the exchange.
