This was a quick trip for motor oil, the guys weren't busy with phone people calls and was in and out with what I needed. The guys were in a better mood than usual kind of took me off gard but I handled it.

I went to the store last night trying to find a headlight bulb for my car. Before I left for the store I checked the parts online and found it, but when I talked to the store staff, I was told the price is much higher than I got online.I will never go to this store .

Went for a return and the store manager Carlos was to busy bickering with another employee and though was only customer in store it was too much for over stressed Carlos. Horrible customer service if you can call it that

Excellent and personable customer service. The staff went above and beyond to help me with my needs. Very quick transactions and an order arrived when promised. I am impressed with this place and will definitely make it my "go to" place for my car's comfort and well being. It was actually fun joking around with the employees. Give it a try!!

I tried to turn in a used can of air conditioning refrigerant but I was told they never sold this brand. I am positive I bought it about a year ago but the person in charge told me I must have bought it from a different auto parts store. I have been going exclusively to AutoZone for many years so I am confused why I was treated this way. I finally found the date of the transaction but decided not to go back because what would be the point. It was only a $10.00 core deposit and why go through the aggravation.

Employees were helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable. I appreciate all the hard work the young man did to help replace my old battery, and replace with an Autozone battery. Considering they were short handed the employees remained professional stance with every customer they served.

The salesperson was very helpful. I had a check engine light on. The salesperson read the code and it reset the light. I took my car in and got it repaired.

I have interacted with Javier a couple of times at this store and he has demonstrated a very high level of knowledge and customer service. Today he helped me diagnose a bad headlight connector, if he hadn't done that I would have just bought another bulb which probably would have failed in a few weeks. Kudos to Javier, and thanks.

Went there to purchase an oil filter. While there, found the engine oil I was looking for, but was about $9 more than Walmart. Figured, just for convenience, that they would be able to price match it for me, so I don t have to make another stop at Walmart. However, when I went to pay, the manager there said that AutoZone s price match policy means to match the competitive price plus any shipping and delivery charges by the competitor. I tried to explain that this is not how price match works, since I could just pretty much go to the Walmart a few minutes away and get it at the lower price, but that didn t seem to make sense to him. In fact, he wasn t just being rude, but seemed to have zero experience on how to speak with a customer, and kept saying that he knows better than I do. Sure, why not. I hope he also knows that nobody needs this kind of poor treatment, and if you don t wish to earn my business, I ll go somewhere else that would be happy to, which is what I ended up doing.Really terrible customer service. Wouldn t want to step in that place again.

It's cliche, I know, but I'd give these guys negative stars if I could. Do not believe anything that you see on their website as far as what they have in stock!!! Placed an online order, all of which was shown as being in stock at the Hillsdale store. Stopped by to pick up my order, only to find that NONE of the items were in stock. Was promised that everything would be there next day... and you guessed it, the next day I received a call saying that at least two of the items were not available. All the while, the items STILL showed as being in stock at the store!! Their corporate-level customer service is equally poor. Don't even bother; just go somewhere else.

The manager at this location seems to know parts and cares. Wish they had parts in stock. Twice now I've left without the parts I need. Today I realized, after I left, they called two locations to find what I need and only gave me the details on one. What a waste of time.

As soon as I walk in, I am greeted by all the staff. The store is very well organized, and they have everything in stock. I was assisted by the Store Manager Javier Tienda, he helped me understand more about my car. I definitely recommended this new store.

I was trying to buy car batter for my Honda CRV. I went there late Saturday afternoon, Feb 27th 5:05 pm, waited 5 mins to have one guy coming to help, ask him whether I can buy car battery and have him replace it, got told it was too late for the day, and then I ask him whether I can come in next day, he told me try not cause it will be too busy. Seems to me he just don't want my business. Really disappointed with the attitude.

I'm sure this store is great given other reviews I've seen, unfortunately this wasn't the case during my visit. The employees were both rude and unhelpful. I try to be patient when stores are under staffed, but the two working seemed to use that as an excuse for their rude behavior and lack of help. I understand that busy times can be frustrating, but that's not a customers fault.

This is my go-to place for all my auto parts needs! I would give them five stars twice!! The staff is professional and knowledgeable and helpful. If there is a part they don't have they will order it for you. Definitely a good bang for your buck!

Just called the store to see if they were open so i could make a purchase. Christine(don't remember the name exactly) was quite pleasant and looked for my item and put it on hold for me for later pickup. I was surprised someone answered when the webpage stated that they wouldn't even be officially open until the next day. Thanks! Good customer service is a rarity these days.

Good place for auto parts. Very helpful staff. The only complaint I have is that don't have the customer catalogs per department on display anymore. Because customers keep stealing them. Other than that an excellent place for parts.

Yes they went the extra mile you have a manager there that is excellent great customer service and he goes extra mile for all his customers he is the bestI would recommend AutoZone to everyone I talk to and especially the store because the manager is just the best I can't remember his name but I do know he lives in Manteca any drives all that this way just to come to work everyday that's remarkable
