Many thanks to Robin from AutoZone. It was around late evening and we had a flat tyre. I wasn't sure how to get this fixed as I am new to the country. I expressed my concern with Robin at the cash register. Robin said that they don't provide tyre repair service but he said if it is simple, probably he could guide me. Robin took a look at the tyre to understand the damage situation and suggested a tyre repair kit. I bought the same and he guided me to fix the issue. This was out of the way and I am extremely pleased with the courtesy and soft spoken attitude of Robin. Employees like Robin are the ones who are shining stars. Keep up the good work. Thanks again.

Bought a new engine air filter at the store. Their customer service was awesome, helpful and friendly, and the price is reasonable and clear.btw, thanks for helping me replace the filter today :)

Last night I found out that one of my tyre was flat and all the other tyre repair shops were closed but Robin from Autozone auto parts really helped us to fix the flat tire by helping us to fix the tyre by using a self repair kit which we never used he literally saved our day by fixing our tyre . Would strongly recommend this place for any Auto parts as the staff was really co-operative and helpful.

Best AutoZone Parts Store I have ever been to. Their customer service is awesome. My battery was tested first and made sure it was the one I needed before completely making me purchase a new one. I thought my battery was still good but it ended up not being able to be charged so I had to change it. I am satisfied and relieved because during the charging of my battery, I did some research on some causes of a dead car with good battery and the results were bad. So knowing that it s my battery that s causing it is a relief because it s an easier fix with a lower cost of $200+ versus the other problem with is $1K+. So yeah, I m very satisfied. Thank you so much for helping me test my battery as well as install it. You re the Best AutoZone :))

Had problems with my truck battery and knew it was time to replace. First, the associates greeted and was friendly. Second informed Bernardo that I bought battery from their store and he tried to get replacement under warranty. But battery was out of warranty. Bernardo replaced battery out in parking lot with no hesitation. Good togo. I like this location most of all others. Thanks for the great customer satisfaction Bernardo.

On 8/10/23, I bought a head light for my car at another locatiin which couldnt install it. So i call this particular location and they said YES they can install it. As soon as the sales associate sees me, he says NO they can't install it. Discriminate much?!?!Thank goodness there was a kind and helpful African american associate who intervened and got the job done with no hassle!Idk what kind of power trip "Jose" was on, but he needs to evolve and lose the nasty attitude

I came to this Autozone with a complicated transaction core charge refund. Jesse A. s ability to navigate and go above and beyond to be able to handle my situation was amazing customer service. 10/10 customer service from Jesse!

I experienced the store on Capital Ave in San Jose 2 separate days the week of 6/20. The first visit was great (see my previous review). I can't say as much for my second visit. The employee helping us (returning wrong Alternator) had a very cocky attitude.(withholding name(s) simply because is not my intent to make this a complaint). Nevertheless, he was very knowledgeable and found us the correct Alternator at one of the other stores.

Needed a battery replacement but the shop was slammed. The 3 guys working really moved the line along though and worked very efficiently. Joey C helped us get in and out quickly and knew his stuff. Tested the battery, went in purchased a new one, then came out and replaced it for us. I think the total time spent was 15 minutes which is about as long as a person wants to spend at a auto store.

They have good deals and most generic parts you d need for trucks. I appreciate them carrying windshield wipers and the fast customer service.

In the last year this store is staffed with new faces and things have really improved quite a bit. The staff is friendlier and checkout lines better managed. Some hard to find parts are still much pricier than internet prices but the price of commonly available parts can be surprisingly cheap. Overall this is still my go-to place for quick parts shopping runs.

Bought 3 wipers, the rear one didn't clamp on to the arm like it's supposed to so I returned it. 3 guys working, 2 in the back bs'ing while another was helping someone on the phone. Waited more than 5 minutes for the guy to finish on the phone before he processed my return.

I bought XtraVision Headlight and Fog Light Bulb 9005XV-2 for $33.99. Autozone did the installation for me without charging additional labor. The service is quick and efficient, recommend unconditionally.

Had to wait half an hour in line today. There were two cashiers. When I commented "you guys are super slow" the cashier simply stated "I know." No apologies for my time offered. I followed up with an online survey rating them appropriately.

store is clean and organized all the time employees are friendly and always helping costumers what they need love this store...i went onetime in different store location there open till 10pm buy a code reader employee told me no retuned or exchange store is an mess need to organized even employees needing organized Alumrock store by the way

Came in for a simple check of my check engine light. Rep Eddie in the front desk was quick to help very polite and printed out a sheet for me with diagnostics. Thanks for al your help Eddie

This is the best autozone you can go to. Every other autozone customer service are just cashiers at best, don't even know what's going on, but this one. God-tier

Rushed over today as it was raining for a new headlight. Arrived minutes before Auto Zone closed and Christian the store manager found my headlight, and put it on in 2 minutes!! He did say all cars are different, but definitely tried his hardest and got me back on the road safely driving again. Thanks so much!!
