Called in this morning in a pinch and Jacob was able to help me. I m disabled and not only was he patient and kind he also helped me replace a battery. He did this all while being the only person on staff so far that morning and giving good customer service to the rest of the people. Honestly, it was quite impressive. I would definitely recommend this place!Also had the opportunity to see him train a new guy and he was patient and kind.

The store manager of the store was amazing! He helped us secure down the battery in the truck with a great attitude and I ended up not having to purchase a whole new set. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great customer service. You can tell they care about their customers.

I have had 2 batteries go out on me in the last month, they installed both of them for me. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place.

Staff has always been super friendly with everything I need. Replaced a battery that was close to end of warranty and they did everything they could to make sure I didn t have to pay anything. Also helped install it

The AutoZone website said they had a part in stock. When I got there the cupboard was bare. only one other AutoZone had one in stock in the area. I needed 4. All they could say was we're sorry.

Jacob the store manager here was absolutely amazing, remarkable, great, all the above! I could not have been more pleased with his customer service. The store itself is amazing and all the staff. Jacob truly is the definition of amazing customer service!!! The service here was so good, I m willing to drive 25 minutes for a specific part or tool I need. Even if it is 99 cents.

By far this store has one of the best customer service in San Jose. Never too crowded, the workers give a warm greeting when you walk in and they are always willing to help you if you need help looking for anything. They keep the shop well stocked. My number one shop when it comes to auto repair in the South-bay.

My husband and I appreciate the manager and the staff who helped us this morning. Last night, our flat tire can not be come off by the car s lug wrench, so we try to buy a new one in this store this morning. Since it s our first time to change spare tire, we don t know the process exactly. When we came back to the store to explain that the wrench does not work, the manager decided to drive us to our car and help us. He is very professional and solve our problem quickly. Then, give us some very useful suggestions. Thanks him soooooo much!

I came to the store I didn t catch the guy name helping me , I ask to check my battery status on my truck he told me to wait , he did have 2 customers before me and less than 1 minute help me battery was bad he offer to change it and he did , he finish and I try to hand some money to him and he refused. I really did appreciate the help . It was today between 11:50-12:10 ,11/21/22 ,white male with prescription glasses . Thank you so much .

10/10 These guys are awesome. Jacob and Peyton helped me out a lot and even tought me how to do the work myself. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto advice, auto care or general trouble shooting for vehicle problems. Great Great team!

Just want to Thanks Robert for helping me out with my Lugnuts. My wife order tires from Costco but they told me they couldn t replace my tire because all 20 of my lugnuts was bad so I ran to autozone Robert was very informative and try his best to help me out but in the end I still have to pay over $200 for twenty lugnuts . Thanks again for helping me out.

Come here for parts never to get your check engine light. We went there for that and the guy that helped us didn't look like he wanted to help. He gave the tool to my husband and said "you can do it just bring it in when it ends." When it was done we brought it in so they could read the codes. Someone else grabbed it and simply printed a paper out and handed it to us not explaining absolutely anything. When my husband questioned it, the original guy grabbed the sheet from my husband and said you need to replace the camshaft and that was it. We didn't believe it and we took it to the dealer the next day. They fixed it for a total of $248 and it had nothing to do with the camshaft. Those guys are a bunch of jokers, they have no idea how to read the codes. I much rather they would of Saud they didn't know than to make something up. Shame on AutoZone for not training them on this. Don't advertise you check engine light if the employees aren't trained to do it!

The store manager, Joseph, is a wonderful human being and an absolute pleasure to do business with. We came in to check the code for a CEL and purchase the part necessary to fix the issue. Joseph went out of his way to make the whole process as easy for us as possible and to make sure that we had exactly what we needed. While we were in the store, we saw him interacting with other customers and he exhibited the same high level of helpfulness, dedication, technical proficiency, and professionalism. We're fortunate that his store is located very close to our home, but we would gladly drive much, much farther just to work with him specifically. 11/10 would recommend, best customer experience ever.

The store manager, Mauricio who helped me with changing the headlight for my Jeep yesterday right before my daughter s behind the wheel test. Mauricio was exceptionally professional, friendly and went out of his way to help me out with changing the light bulb. I couldn t thank him enough... without his help my daughter may not have her driver s license yesterday. Thanks again! Your customer service is exceptional !!!

a straight forward auto parts store.... staff is friendly and relatively knowledgeable and friendly. i go here for all my random bits and pieces i need here and there.relatively well stocked, and well merchandised. store is also kept very clean which is a huge plus. lastly, they price match (within reason, which is understandable, and i appreciate). i used to go to another competing store, but since they opened here and are a good staff, this is now my go to store and i always recommend to my friends.

Came in to get seat covers and a phone holder for my suv. Service was excellent the second I walked into the store. Staff was very friendly and helpful and provided their recommendations. I purchased them, and installed them right in the parking lot.I didn't like how they fit and returned them to the store, no problem whatsoever.Thank you for your help this morning and for providing excellent customer service.

Pretty much a standard auto parts store here in terms of what they carry. They are going to have all of your standard car care items in stock, windshield wiper blades, oil, etc.I once had a battery that I bought there which stopped holding a charge, they gave me a new replacement even though it was only a month away from ending the warranty and their little tester insisted it was still good. That saved me $200 and I didn't have to look up some ancient reciept, they just looked up my info from my phone number and didn't question my story.They have a good tool rental program and the employees are helpful and friendly. They can help you flip through a guide if you're not sure what the right out filter is. I'd recommend it for all of your regular at home car care needs or if you just need to buy one particular tool, they have a good selection of automotive tools there.

Joseph, the manager, and Gustavo were a tremendous help to me when my tire went flat on my way to the office this morning. They even walked me through the repair in the parking lot. The tire was patched and I was on my way in under an hour thanks to their knowledge and the $10 patch kit they sold me. I highly recommend this store.

This store provides great customer service. The guy who helped me was Joseph and he was very knowledgeable. He came to my car and found the issues almost immediately. Best autozone store in south San Jose Area. definitely will shop there again.
