Need to replace a cracked windshield on my wife's car. Gave a call for a quote and set up an appointment right away I was able to get one for the next day, price was great. Fast and easy, just went to drop off the car and picked it up a few hours later, I will definitely come back if needed hopefully I don't have to. Definitely recommend coming in

I had an appointment with him by over the phone. He was very gentle and kind response for me. He also called me for re-confirmation. I think he is very skillful and good customer services. I really strong recommend when you have some car window problems.

Bill takes pride in his work. He did a great job. He is very honest. He's been doing this for many years. Very reasonable price. I would definitely take my car back to him again. He builds his clients through word of mouth because his work is great. Fast, friendly, and well-priced service. I got an estimate in 5 minutes. Affordable and fair pricing. I dropped off my car and it was fixed before lunch. If you need auto glass fixed, Bill is the guy you want.

I had a small crack in my window. I called a nearby car wash that was recommended to me, but talking to them it became apparent that's not their core expertise, so I decided to look for a professional.Autoglass Masters had consistently great reviews on Google and many other review services, and I'm very happy I've chosen Bill's shop. Interestingly, Bill didn't promise a specific amount of time the repair will take, as he said he prefers not to rush the job and do it properly. He said it will likely be between 30-60 minutes, but at the end of took about 25. The repair is now hardly visible. And the funny part is that the cost of a professional repair was a bit lower than what a car wash quoted me :)

Update:I thought I was saving money buying parts on Amazon but the parts didn t hold up for long enough. After less than a year I had to replace it.This time we got parts from the dealership.I m so happy to have a properly working window again.Bill felt bad about the situation and charged me very little for labor.What a wonderful business! Bill took really good care of me.The motor on my driver s window burned out and the switch was bad.Encouraged me to shop around and get a good price on parts, which I did.Lovely people. Bill and Autoglass Masters are absolutely deserving of their reviews/ratings everyone has given them. They are VERY legit. I've taken the time to write this review which I wouldn't do even with great service to make sure that everybody and everyone knows who to go if you need excellent customer service and help. They were able to fix the chip on my windshield before a long road trip to Santa Barbara we were taking. They were able to repair and replace my Camry's front windshield after it cracked. Even cheaper than the deductible I would have paid through my car insurance. Trust me, give Bill a call, setup an appointment(and actually show up please ), and get ready for all the assistance you'll need. I chose this place based the good reviews on Google and its proximity to where I live. My vehicle needed a special windshield glass (auto rain sensing), which needed to be special ordered. Bill gave me a call and explained he's waiting for the part so I knew what's going on after the initial call. The appointment setup and the actual job went very smooth. Bill was fantastic from initial call, welcoming and friendly when arrived and exceeded my expectations for completing the installation quickly. Friendly staff as well. Very honest and great prices. Less than half from Safelite quote and would rather support our locally owned shops. I'll be bringing my other vehicle in soon.Definitely recommend!!!

Bill the owner and Mark who works with Bill r such a amazing team. No matter what they r always there to help you calm you down and let you know they will treat your vehicle the same loving care the way u would want your vehicle taken care of. Bills prices r also amazing and he works hand in hand with insurance companies and takes away the stress of that. You don't see that much anymore in this time and age Bil and Mark will actually pick u up the phone to schedule, see if the glass is available (Glass shortage like most people r going through). With everything going on Since as we all know lif is stressful not having a vehicle and also coming in contact with other people but Bill and Mark make u feel relaxed, family, great friend, and safe. As far as the amazing work they do I will tell you what they do is first class. I have seen Bill and Mark install windows and I will tell they r amazing. I do not work for them I am a long time customer and had some bad luck with broken glass. But I find myself every time I show off what amazing work they do. But the best part is by the time I leave Auto Glass masters I'm laughing and feel safe back on the road again. Thank you,Bill and MarkHappy 2022.

So.. I drove up to San Francisco for a work dinner, even parked in a lot. My car still got broken into :( The next morning I was hunting for a repair shop and I found Autoglass Masters. Due to supply chain issues on German auto parts, he was transparent sourcing my window might take time. Bill was an absolute delight and professional to work with! He clearly explained the process and timelines and delivered even earlier than he said. Autoglass Masters is absolutely deserving of their stellar reviews on Google and Yelp. Upon inspecting my car, he noticed a chip on my windshield, he brought it to my attention and fixed it super quick. Best price I found to fix my passenger vent glass. Super fast, nice job, cleaned off my tape residue, and even vacuumed my carpets! Bill kept chatting with me the whole time and was super welcoming and friendly. Didn't talk to the other staff much, but they were professional when I did! I will definitely be recommending this place and returning (hopefully I won't get another busted window tho!)

I cannot rave enough about how spectacular my service was with Bill. From the very beguinning of my car winshield experience I was having the worst of luck with other places, I decided to give Bill's shop a try instead and he took care of everything for me. I truly appreciate the amount of thought and care he puts into his business and taking care of his customers. My car was done withhin hours and Bill went out of his way to make sure other details regarding my car maitence were expalined to me. If you want real down to earth, old school, hand shake service, Bill is the real deal. Not only that, his prices are as good or better than anyone else because he is not paying for all that expensive TV advertising. Word of mouth is all he needs. First and foremost the folks who work here are very friendly and reassuring. They did a great job replacing my rear passenger window on my Lexus 2015 CT200H and cleaning up any glass shards that fell into the crevice of the window slot and interior. Overall I would highly recommend this place.

Made an appointment by phone, brought the car in around 8am, took the car out after 12pm, no problem. They even vaccum the inside of my car. The price is reasonable. You might find cheaper price somewhere else, but this place is fine with me. I like the service.

Called at 730am to get my shattered car window replaced, they ordered it as we spoke, went in and it was done in a couple of hours. Very friendly, professional, clean and convenient.

I had window break on my commute. I spoke to my insurance and their recommended service quoted a repair that would take 4-5 days at a very high price. I searched for alternatives and found Autoglass Masters. Bill was extremely friendly and helpful over the phone and quoted me a price around 1/2 what the insurance companies preferred vendor quoted.I dropped off my car and the repair was completed in just a few hours. Autoglass Masters' wonderful customer service and attention to detail made the best of a day that started out pretty poorly.I hope I don't need a window replaced again anytime soon, but if I do I know 100% where I will be going.I could not have asked for better service.
