I consider Steveen's Creek Audi the exception to the rule of avoiding the dealer for service. I use them for service on my 10 yr old Audi and have always felt very valued as a customer. I did go to a non-Audi shop twice but went back to Steven's Creek Audi as I felt I got not just better quality but also better value at Audi vs. the non-Audi shop.

The job got done but the experience was poor. I made an appointment to get my car's antenna replaced after a previous inspection done by them and when I arrived I was met with, "so it's going to take about a week to complete and oh it'll be about $200 more than the original quote since the part also needs to get painted." Seems both of these could have been mentioned earlier. The job got done but there was residual adhesive on the headliner and on the driver's side door card upon pickup. I asked about an advertised service special and about price matching the part to another Audi dealer and was met with a "no" and zero interest in even considering it. I was told the service director was out that day but I could call later if I wanted and of course multiple calls during the week amounted to nothing more than a run around from the answering desk. The rest of the staff I interacted with weren't professional and seemed distracted when speaking with them. Don't think I'd go back.edit: I was able to get in touch with Casey, the parts and service director, and she was very receptive of the feedback, apologized for the poor experience, and made an effort to rectify the situation.

The service department here is outstanding, from the time you drive up until your newly washed car is returned to you. The work is done in 1 day most of the time and the attitude of the service personnel is always positive and friendly. Overall a great experience!

We ve always had outstanding 5 Star service at Audi on Winchester avenue. They keep you informed on the status of your vehicle through timely customer service.updates. And, the work on the vehicle has always been 5 Star. We have both of our Audi s serviced there and are always pleased with the results!

Stevens Creek Audi Service is always top notch. From the greeters to parts department. Very courteous and helpful. Eric the manger has also taken the time to assist me with questions! Kevin Pham is my service advisor and never misses a beat. I m very particular when it comes to my vehicle and he never disappoints. He is honest and upfront never have to wait for a follow up. He is on it. Most importantly he treats my vehicle as if it was his own. Love that!

Great service, advisors always looking to help customers explain any problems well give honest advice on what to do and what can be done to prolong future maintenance or any issues that could lead to bigger issues. Always have loaner vehicles for customers.The new services center as it s been open for over two years has really transformed and making Audi Steven s creek a premier dealer/ service center the best in the Bay Area

Would love to love this place but it has let us down too many times. Don't be fooled by their 4.6 average as they beg for good ratings and offer promotional deals in exchange. There is absolutely no communication, no professionalism and they simply dismiss all of your concerns and then repeatedly fail to fix the one issue you bring the car in for. For their prices this level of service is just unacceptable. Also multiple times the car has come out of the shop with more problems than when we brought it in. Routinely what they claim will be a one hour fix takes two days which really messes up our routine and my schedule. I wish I had one good thing to say about this place but I don't. If you are reading this I recommend avoiding this place and just going all the way to the Audi service in Palo Alto or find an independent mechanic, trust me its not worth it.

AVOID DAMION TRUJILLO AT ALL COSTS!! He should not be allowed anywhere near a car. Did not address the issue the car was brought in for at all. Thanks to this kid I no longer have a car to get to my wedding. Thanks for the added stress buddy!! Not sure now this place got so many good reviews. Was promised the world and delivered nothing. Wasted a day of my time to not even get the promised loaner; and got an inspection which was never even part of the request for bringing the car in originally. I was also told that I was lucky they even looked at the car because they were so busy; which makes no sense. Why tell me to bring it in KNOWING the time frame and PROMISING the loaner just to absolutely waste my ONE free day. Horrendous service and how dare you put that on the customer?! That s the opposite of customer service.

Worst service experience ever with Kevin Pham. I asked for a timing belt replacement cost as they were replacing the water pump already. No response. He offered me after the job was done.He got confused as to the warranty and dealership arrangement (car came with a 1 year warranty)They charged $325 to diagnose and tighten strut bolts.Last they charge me $600 ($300 labor and parts). When I looked for the cost the parts should have been $110 and the part was already disassembled so the labor was also excessive.

This review for the service center, which is absolutely terrible. For the record, Palo Alto Audi has been our go to for service, and they've been fantastic. Stevens Creek Audi service is complete trash.I realize I'll probably get some sob story about how the dealerships are independent, not truly Audi owned, service / sales are different, etc., but it honestly doesn't matter to me. I think of Audi as a more premium brand, but clearly, there's some mental disconnect at Audi Stevens Creek. Our vehicle tends to burn a little bit of oil over time between servicing. It's very slight, and not even enough to affect emissions. We typically go to Palo Alto Audi to top off our oil, but being close to Stevens Creek, we called to see if we could drop by for an oil top off (which they said yes to). Once we got there, they send someone out to look at the car, questioning if we ever service the vehicle (we service VERY regularly at the dealership). He then mentions they can top it off (mind you, it's maybe half a quart from what Palo Alto told us in the past), but they need to charge us for the quart of oil. First of all, I don't appreciate being accused of not servicing the car. Not everyone is an idiot, and if you're just going to charge me to fill the oil, why even bother asking? They're probably trying to upsell me on some scam of a service I don't need. Second of all, I guess topping off what is probably $2 worth of oil (in actual cost to them) is not worth the customer experience tradeoff.We have a top trim fully loaded model which I'm sure we paid way too much for. It's good to know that we will never buy a car here and that we'll make sure to tell everyone else the same. We've literally had far better service with all other Audi dealerships we've dealt with. Then again, I guess there's so much money in this area, they clearly don't care about a few customers here and there.TAKE YOUR SERVICE NEEDS AND NEW CAR BUSINESS TO ANY OTHER AUDI DEALERSHIP! Trust me when I say it'll be worth the inconvenience of taking your business elsewhere.

I came in for a recall service and the car is practically brand new. They did a check up on the car anyway. I arrived at about 8am for an 8:15 appointment. There was virtually no waiting and the advisor approached me almost right away. Can t say what can happen later on the day. My experience this time is much better than the AutoNation Mercedes service center nearby in all aspects. - update on 2020-09-01Came for service with an appointment. There s a long line, and the service is not great. I was told that they have few staff working because of the COVID situation but there are actually more customers. The waiting room wifi is broken. I alerted a service advisor. He said he would reach out to someone to reset the system. It s been probably 20 minutes. There has been no reset so far.-- updated on 2020-12-28Had an oil change. One staff seemed a little tired and was not as courteous as expected. The rest of the staff, especially my advisor Calvin Chan, were all very nice. Mr. Chan was quite patient and responsive. It was not too crowded so the experience was fine. The service was performed expeditiously. updated 2022-02-08. Penske Guest wifi doesn t work. They don t seem to have anybody to try to fix it. I suppose it s an easy fix but they don t care much about it. Recently visited a Mercedes dealer for tires. Mercedes dealer has a much better system to let customers track the status of the repair. I have oil change and two recalls with audi today. They DON T offer loaner and they cannot let me know how the repair work has been progressing. Audi is second class to Mercedes, I suppose the message is.

The service at Audi Stevens Creek is exceptional. The staff was very accommodating of my needs, offered me a loaner car without any questions. Calvin! You are the best service advisor on earth!1. Very fast check in process, they have people waiting outside to check you in instantly so you can step inside the waiting room and talk to your advisor. Unlike BMW or Mercedes, you have to wait outside for your advisor to come out and they don't pair you with the advisor you wanted.2. Advisor is very knowledgeable, part ordering is blazing fast. The estimate is accurate and the communication between customer and advisor is super easy because they offer a dedicated text line to your advisor.3. I got a text reminder and a digital PDF version of my vehicle report and invoice before my advisor notified me. A peace of mind.4. They washed your car and dry it good, free coffee machine and snacks. I wish they have a food bar like BMW where they cook breakfast for customer.Overall, amazing experience thanks to Calvin! Promote him please!

RUN from this place with all you got!!!. Worst ethics on both sales and service front. I bought our Audi here and also took it to service here, and I was burned by both ends. So on the sakes front, I discovered the car had an accident despite clean report..unfortunately I saw this way after buying ... On service front, I recwntly took the car there to replace the cracked windshield and they charged me 4 grand for this and 1650 JUST for labor for a caliberation that takes less than an hour??!! if that isn't a rip off what is ?

Do not go here if you expect to treated without prejudice and respect. Also be prepared to be upsold and lied to with issues with your vehicle in an attempt to have you do unnecessary repairs, tires changes, or do things out of insurance coverage. I had them tell me I needed to replace a tire I had just replaced and had only 1k plus of drive time. And once I challenged them and called them out they admitted they made a mistake. I complained to management and they said the person helping had a job to sell tires. So they admitted to shady business tactics where they attempt to make sales based on you trusting their expert opinion . This upset then and they senior advisor began to be disrespectful to me and condescending. Be prepared to be profiled to see if you deserve their attention and respect. I had their supervisor Casey Angen email me but after a few back and forth emails where she promised me to give me extend warranty and waive of fees for warranty covered issues, I told them I wasn t sure I wanted to think about because I rather just sell my Audi and not deal with such unprofessional and demeaning and biased office. I thought about because I do love my car and told me I would accept there offer and decided I would try to repair the relationship since I was going to keep the car and they proceed to just ignore me. I sent emails over months and no response. Prior to them not responding they emailed me and addressed me with the wrong name and I addressed that and asked to be addressed properly and later Casey Angen purposely addressed me improperly again and began to ignore me. I am genuinely appalled by their immature and unprofessional and it s a black eye on the many professional Audi workers. Hopefully Audi address s this location as they will up sell you, lie to you about needed to repairs to gain profit and discriminate and treat you differently if you don t seem worth their time. AVOID AND GO TO ANOTHER Audi dealership if you can.

I came here for service - I was hesitant because of the Yelp reviews which absolutely trash this service department - I should have listened to my gut and went somewhere else.They did a basic oil change and a $200 diagnostic. When I got the car back home, I looked under the hood to check the work - and saw compartments still open and plastic compartment covers loose and sliding around in the top area next to windshield area of the engine compartment.This is the second time I've gotten a vehicle back from Audi Stevens Creek Service Department for service and it wasn't put back the way it should have been - and for basic simple stuff. I'm glad now I declined the $1800 worth of service they say the car needed - I'm going to have it done, but by a dependable mechanic - for about $500 less.I should have taken the uppity and smug attitude of Sean - who took in the vehicle - as a warning. I left several messages for Eric, the service manager about this issue, he never returned any of them - until I started calling his bosses.Incredibly unprofessional and infuriating. Especially considering the premium you pay for service here. You want work done on your Audi by professional Audi techs? Go somewhere else.

I literally hate going to a dealership for service because I usually get treated like l am asking for something annoying, lol. But this Audi service department is different. My advisor was John Lopez and he knew exactly what he was supposed to do. He came talk to me prepared and knew exactly what I needed. Bonus is that they have real nice waiting area so if you are a weird person like me, you can enjoy waiting for your car comfortably.

Great team & service!Thanks DAMION!I booked a last minute service appointment and Damion was able to squeeze me in the next day PLUS arrange for me to have a loaner! My S5 was taking care of and now I can come back to a fully functional and problem free car.Thank you to the service team and Damion form taking my life easier!Ps. I never write google reviews ever (just on yelp) but this was to thank you Audi Steven s creek team for taking this brain hurting issue and resolving it for me asap before I left town.

As expected, I received very good service from AUDI Steven's Creek. I was greeted by the Service Rep courteously and on time.I especially appreciated the video from the Service Technician.This Service was for 35K mileage on my 2012 A5.
