Arseen Auto Body is awesome. Matt S. came through on the clutch. My wife's 23 Model 3 was banged up like an accordion in the front and I was looking for a miracle. The car came back brand new and better than before the accident. Thanks for making our car whole again Arseen!

Appointments were readily available. Estimates were quick and staff was easy to work with. Car was ready for pickup sooner than expected. This is my first experience with a body shop so I don t know if this is standard: they offered to return my rental car on my behalf at the time of my car pickup. I had deep scratches on the front passenger side. After repair, the car looks good as new. The process as a whole was simple. They also offer lifetime warranty on any of the work they ve done. That gives me peace of mind and would recommend their services to everyone. My insurance specifically recommended them for Tesla repairs (as not all shops are certified).Service: Body & Trim

Took my Model X for slight fender damage. They were able to make the repairs quickly and deliver the car same day. Really good work, very economical and awesome service from begin to end. Sarge is awesome. Highly recommend them.

Not your typical body shop. It s truly one of a kind! Everyone there was so amazing and helpful. Answered all my questions in a timely manner. Nina was very sweet, caring and sympathetic to my situation. I am forever grateful for everyone at Arseen and for getting me my car back.

Overall, I m extremely satisfied with the repairs to my Tesla model 3. I was worried about going to any body shop. But I read Arseen reviews and the reviews seemed to be pretty good. Even though I had to have my car towed 230 miles it was worth it. I would recommend Arseen auto body repair to anyone who s wants a good quietly job for their Tesla vehicle.

I had always been parking my Mustang GT in 1st gear for the past 7 years.10 months ago, after a tired work day, I walked to my car, started it, and released the clutch while not pressing the brake firmly. DING, the car hit the wall :( and the spoiler on the front bumper was falling off...I went to Arseen Auto Body, where I had my wife's car repaired just a month ago, to see what they can do with my Mustang. Matt inspected it quickly, and just zip-tied the front spoiler for free and advised me to not repair it because it is going to be really expensive.After 8 months of highway winds, the zip-tie broke and the front spoiler is dragging the ground again. I put a new zip-tie on, but this time I really want to repair it: I want to restore my car back to normal. I went to Arseen Auto Body again for help. Matt was super considerate, he sat down with me, compared the aftermarket parts and tried his best to find the most cost effective way to get all the parts and have it repaired at the lowest cost. Some of the parts I ordered did not fit, so he worked with me patiently on having those parts returned and getting new fitting parts.Finally, the car is fully fixed and shiny as it used to be. From my experiences of repairing two cars here, Arseen Auto Body will always be my go-to place for future auto body repairs.

Took my Rivian R1T in after I get rear ended. Sarge ordered the parts, got me all set up. Work was quoted to take 1-2 days, I got a call 4.5 hours after drop off that the truck was ready. On top of that, there was a sensor that was damaged that wasn t noted on the initial inspection, they had one in stock, pulled it off the shelf and I was good to go. I can t recommend this shop highly enough, great people, great communication, great work. Make sure to check in with Chief when you go in, he s a fantastic ambassador.

The service was very professional, they provided clear communication, and every person I worked with was cordial. Thank you all very much. I dropped off my Tesla with damage to the front of the car and also part of the side. The car was in the shop for a total of one week. When I received the vehicle back, it looked better than new. 10/10 service! I would recommend their service to anyone and everyone. A tree fall on my car and damage my front bumper and caused lot of scratches on the front hood, side fender, side mirror and part of the passenger side pillar. They repaired the front bumper with repainting. First they called me after the repair and I got to pickup the cart and the scratches on the hood, pillar and side mirror were still there. I had to come back to pickup the car. The scratches were gone. However, after driving few days on freeway noticed that the bumper started coming out of its alignment with the body from both sides as shown in the pictures attached. I had a quite bad accident on my new Toyota RAV4 a month ago and was looking for a good place where it will be fixed. My friend suggested me this place to go and I have to say that I was not disappointed. There was a lot of work to do on this car but they did it very good. Below you can see before and after shot. Before I took my car in. I had been getting in through the passenger door to get in the driver seat which was not only embarrassing but uncomfortable. I took my car in this morning to get the keyhole replaced so I could open the driver side like a normal person , not only was I able to pick it up less than 5 hours later...but the inside of my car was given back to me cleaner than when I dropped it off!! All people I came in contact with in person & on the phone delivered superior customer service. EXCELLENT JOB!!

I took my Tesla Model 3 here after a bad crash- front bumper, fender, hood and headlights all needed to be replaced.Sarg explained in detail what needed to be replaced, how long Tesla would probably take to send him the replacement parts, and how long he would then take to perform the repair. He gave an optimistic estimate of about four weeks.Two weeks later, I came in to pick up some tools I thought I had left in my truck and he surprised me with a completely repaired car, good as new and 10 days early! They were quick, thorough and really good at keeping in touch through the process.

Arseen is an excellent body shop and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a place to fix your Tesla.Nina was the estimator and did an excellent job keeping me up to date and providing me with all the information necessary. They understood the problem really well and my car came back perfect.The team at Arseen is very organized and tries to get you in and out of there as quickly as possible.They also really went above and beyond to address other work I needed with the car (scratched rim) and provided a completely separate invoice and was able to get that work done without a change in the original estimated time to complete the car.They have a tight partnership with Enterprise and allow you to drop the car off at their shop once your car is done. The Enterprise group was not as awesome, but that's not in their control.I couldn't have been happier with the service they provided. It was incredible.

My Tesla was involved in an unfortunate accident, and finding a body shop that specializes in Tesla repairs was a daunting task. However, from the moment I stepped into the shop, I knew I was in good hands.Matthew truly went above and beyond to ensure that my Tesla was fixed properly and restored to its original condition. He understood the challenges associated with repairing a Tesla, especially given the parts shortage and the limited number of body shops experienced with these vehicles. Despite these obstacles, Matthew didn't hesitate to take on the task and demonstrated a level of expertise that was reassuring.One of the most commendable aspects of Matthew's service was his honesty and transparency. He provided an accurate estimate of the repair time, warning me that it might take around six weeks to complete the work. While this might have seemed like an extended period, I appreciated his candidness rather than setting unrealistic expectations. As it turned out, the repair process indeed took around six weeks, but I was fine with it because I knew the team was diligently working on my vehicle.Moreover, Matthew took the initiative to collaborate with my insurance company to handle all the necessary paperwork and payments. Some delinquents smashed my windshield just before Halloween. I ve used Arseen many times in the past so it was a no brainer to give them a call. They did a fantastic job getting my truck fixed up and as good as new. I highly recommend this shop. Only place I ll let touch my vehicles :)

This place is amazing. Nina is amazing and extremely accommodating. We really enjoyed the experience here. They were also willing to work with our repairs and split the repairs so that we could have the car while we were waiting for the parts. The place is extremely clean and that is a cute service dog at times. Highly recommended.
