I recently visited this place as a first-time customer with a flat tire, and I was completely taken aback by their incredible service. To my total surprise, they fixed my flat tire for free. Without an appointment, I walked in, not knowing what to expect, but the team there didn't just meet my expectations they exceeded them in every possible way. Sometimes, actions truly speak louder than words, and American Tire's generous service has won my heart. I am beyond grateful and cannot recommend them enough. A heartfelt 5-star review for their exceptional service and kindness. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Walked in right when they opened at 8 AM. Joey was very helpful and price matched the tires from the ones I found online. I was in and out with four new BFG All Terrain tires within 45 minutes. Thank you for such fast and efficient service!

This is the only tire store we choose to visit. The staff is consistently friendly, and they provide helpful suggestions without being pushy. They are also great at accommodating your choices.I particularly appreciate their online order and payment system, as it makes drop-offs convenient and stress-free. They can send you text notifications to keep you updated on the progress of your work and when it's time to return. It's a great service.

I was so pleased! I needed a tire repair and while I was there, I wanted my tires rotated and balanced. I called about five different places. Was Quoted between 80 and $160 . American tire repair Quoted between $40 and $80 for everything I needed ! When i came in I was only charged $40 for everything . While I was there, I noticed wonderful teamwork Between these gentlemen, I will be recommending this place to anybody/Everybody I know I m completely pleased and grateful

Great price and best service.Need appointments to avoid waiting, but those guys are awesome folksThe best ever part is fixing flat for free ! There is nowhere else in Bay Area can provide that service. I do shop tires at their shops and hope you do the same .

I purchased my tires using the online site and arranged for the appointment at this location. They were able to put in the new tires in about 25min. The online setup of paying and scheduling appointment worked well. Also well taken care of in the store. The only complaint would be the slow internet.

Brought in my car for a tire patch. Service was efficient and quick even though it was my first time. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Also the patch was free which was awesome and much appreciated. Thinking of coming back when it's time for new tires.

This America s Tire location is really awesome, and I have bought tires at a few AT locations over the years. I just stopped by for a free tire pressure check and they found a nail in one of my tires that was not safely repairable.Store manager Justyn was awesome and hooked me up with a new tire at an unbelievably low price. I m so grateful for the professional and speedy service I got here. Highly recommended!

If you're looking for tires, look no further. This is the place to visit. Staff is very knowledgeable friendly and will give you honest advice and suggestions. Whether it is your Tesla, your Porsche or you're humpty. Definitely a place for your car shoes to be installed. And of course value as I bought my last 4 set of tires here and I'm very satisfy. So soon gonna buy get your estimate. And they will have it ready for you in no time

America s tires is one of the few biz left that has superior customer service. I have been buying my tires from America s tire for the last 7 years. They continue to exceed my expectations and I will continue to be a customer. Ivan- the assistance manager at this location is great. He listened to my questions/concerns and even called me directly to follow up to make sure I was satisfied. 10/10

Nestor, Ivan and their team have very good customer service skills. Very fast, careful installation and comprehensive coverage. Thoughtful discount & pricing too! I also learned they re the number one provider for EV s like Rivian. They ve only been at this Monterey location two years and we were referred by a reliable friend & neighbor!

Paperwork took about 10 minutes. They started working on my car right away and done with mounting all four new tires in 20 minutes. Highly recommended.

America's tire, Thank you Cedrick for helping us out!! Had a flat you all about to close but waited for us. Big piece of metal stuck in our tire and you all not only replaced all 4 tires in 05 seconds but provided great customer service.

Last week, I went to Costco Tire Center to replace my OEM tires. I waited in a long line just to find that no tires for my Lexus suv were in stock and it would be five business days to deliver.This morning at 8 am, I went to America s Tire on Monterey Road where there are literally hundreds of parking spaces. There was no line and Ivan greeted me outside. We walked to my car where he used his mobile device to input my license plate number, tire size, and odometer reading.We went inside to the counter area where he researched tires. They had the Michelin tires I wanted with a manufacturer sales discount. Minus the cost of the certificates, the total out-the-door cost was the same as Costco.My Lexus originally came with locking lugs and I did not know where the wheel lock key was stored. Ivan immediately found it and 35 minutes later, the installation was finished.Great place and service. Thank you to Ivan and the installer.Tip: Use Costco and America s Tire online appointment and order for the most efficient time-saving service.

I could easily say this place has the worst sales people ever starting first with Eric by telling me my tire order was gonna be ready by the 30th placed that order on a Monday 4 days prior of the purchase, said he was gonna call to follow-up and he didn't so I called and Ivan answered and said he didn't have time since it was a Friday and he was gonna follow-up on Monday and didn't and for finals juan answered and said and gave his word to follow-up with me about the order and by oct 10th he was gonna follow-up and didn't follow-up. This a sales manager fault and should be questioned none of you are salesperson people only taking-order people and you can keep the money not worth my time...

They installed THE WRONG TIRE on my car! Installed a 255 on my left, and a 275 on my right. On top of that, when I brought it back to fix it, they didn't properly re-attaching the wheel weights. So the wheel weights are falling off my car! See photo of where the wheel weights USED to be.

This is the worst tire experience of my life. I came in to get my tires installed that I ordered online. They gave me my car back with a broken tire pressure sensor, the tires hadn t been balanced so they vibrated on the highway, and the pressure wasn t set to the factory psi. I went back to show them and have these items corrected and they balanced one tire and completely didn t correct the psi for the other tires. They did however try to sell me a new $60 sensor and windshield wipers. Never going back.

I came in to get 4 new tires and one was blown out in a car accident. They informed me that I still had 20,000 miles left on my tires and the blown tire was still under warranty even though it was caused in a accident and i drove on it flat many miles. I came in expecting to pay $500-$600 but left free of charge. I was very impressed by there honesty and covering that shredded tire. They could have easily said it wasn't under warranty because I drove on it flat or was in an accident.

The best tire shop and chain overall. Doesn t matter if I purchased the tires here or not, they rotate the tires, make sure the pressure is good, and even fix flats for free. Just got a flat this morning- got here just before they opened at 8am. There were already 2 customers, so I was the third. Flat fixed by 8:27am! Just can t beat their service and workmanship. Granted, I do have a customer profile as I ve purchased tires here a few times in the past, for various cars in my family! Can t recommend them enough.

Awesome experience! Ivan and the team were great in fixing a flat tire on my car, and as we all know - free of charge. Recommend to book appointment on their website and check in online before arriving, for faster service.

Ordered my tires online and made my appointment to have them installed at this store. Timely. Crew was friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my husbands car here later that day for a flat tire which they fixed quickly and for free. Excellent customer service.

Came here because I lost a wheel lock key so I was unable to remove my wheels on my own. I tried, destroying one in the process and was still not able to take it off as this is a factory lock not your typical parts store set. They helped right away and we re able to remove 3 of the 4, except the one I mangled but couldn t blame them for it, it was thrashed bad. Had the courtesy and thoughtfulness to not waste my time trying so I can take it elsewhere that has the tools to do such a task, especially because it was Friday afternoon and most shops are closed on the weekend. They did refer me to a local shop that had great service and they got it done for me just in time before closing. Casey and Ivan thank you so much for all your help and professionalism! Great team there all around with great management.

Service here and the work done is top tier - it really doesn't get better. The manager, Justyn, is very professional and polite to speak with on the phone and I came in with a pretty oddball situation and request and they saw to me immediately and without charge since it was a fairly easy request. I'm blown away by the service, but their work is also incredibly good as well as they spotted a problem with my tire balance that a previous shop, my regular shop, did not. These guys are now my main shop.
