Henry always listens to what I am telling him when I explain what's wrong with my car. He finds the problem right away and calls me back with a reasonable quote and asks me if it's ok to move forward with the repairs or not. Never had any issues with him. Very kind and does the job quickly. Thank you.

The customer service agent or the dispatcher was too quick to determine If I was going to use their service or not, And I honestly feel like he situated me accordingly. Though he did provide me with a link to book an appointment (While "suggesting" that I should book an appointment ASAP if I want to get service today), I felt like I would have received a different level of customer service had he knew or felt for sure that I was going to use their service. Just my honest opinion.

Just take a look, no any repairs, then charge you 120 dollar, this is incredible.

Been coming here for decades now. Henry is the consummate professional. He'll give it to you straight, even if it's bad news. Always reasonable and never any pressure. He's always got several people waiting for his gates to open every morning. If you're looking for that one guy to be your go-to mechanic you can't get much better than Henry and his crew at Alpha Auto Repair.

I've known Henry for years on a professional level. Recently i became a customer and started taking my cars to him for service and repairs. Henry always treats me with respect and always is very friendly. He is a very honest man ,and his techs always gets the job done when he says.I trust Henry and will be taking my cars to him for service or repairs in the future!!

Once the car was actually in the process of getting fixed, everything went smooth. However, getting the owner's attention was such a hassle; he seemed to be running away from me at every moment. I wanted two things fixed, and one of them he straight up told me "nothing to do about that". It's my damn airbag light! I could die if it doesn't get fixed! At least give me an alternative... Overall, I will not come here again.

excellent service, the owner is very nice and friendly, he's very honest and upfront with you about the pricing, never tell you more than what you need, if your car does not need it, he would not say otherwise, I live in Sacramento, but I always bring my cars down to him because I know he will always give me an honest answer, I recommend all my family to go to him.

My 30-year old truck was stolen and then recovered. Alpha Auto Repair was recommended. They did a fantastic job, timely and it was returned in better condition than when it was stolen. Thank you.
