My Audi Q7 had a issue: shark fin antenna is teared off by garage.Daniel at Almaden site is very professional. He keeps me timely updated on the repair progress regarding what has been done and what is next. He is also willing to work with you on plan changes.I was out of the town and Akins is kind enough to deliver the car to my door.The repair looks great and I will certainly use their service again.

Impeccable quality of workmanship, outstanding service and timeliness of work completion. It is so refreshing to have a job completed to the highest standards within the estimated time. My parked Camry was damaged by a head-on collision and after extensive repairs to the front end Akins returned the car in like-new condition...including full detailing.

A wonderful office located in Almaden Valley. This is a satellite office they actually don't do the repairs at this facility they have a big autobody repair facility in Santa Clara on Reed St. where repairs are performed. But the Almaden office can do estimates and drop offs for repairs can be done there. They coordinate getting the vehicle to the repair shop and back when the repairs are completed. Dan was the individual that I worked with. Great communicator and work was performed professionally and in a timely manner.Quality all the way!

Outstanding customer service, timeliness of the service and quality of work. Beyond the repair of the animal damage, I got the car back that was cleaned and shined up so good that it looked better than how it looked when I had purchased used! Thank you Dan & Akins team in the workshop.

I would recommend this place to everyone. I went with this place seeing that it was highly rated & I m very happy with the repairs. Dan was very good to deal with, nice & professional. Definitely wouldn t hesitate to use this place again if needed

Exceptional service from Dan. I ve never felt more confident & assured leaving my car with anyone else. When I was running late, Dan called the rental car company and told themI m on their way & that they d stay open for me. He even let me leave my rental w him after I picked up my car! He would constantly keep me updated on the repairs & progress. They even washed, waxed, & cleaned my girl before I came to pick her up. I could tell how knowledgeable he is with his profession & I genuinely don t think I ve ever had betterCustomer service.My insurance recommended Akins after an accident I was in. Only took 3-5 days for the repair, which was so convenient because other places make you wait a month before you can even get your car in!Thank you Dan/Akins!

Excellent customer service, kept me informed timely of repair status. Dan also assisted me with my car rental schedule for drop off and pick-up. Repair job was perfect; I also had some minor scratches which they buffed out for me no charge! Amazing service and so professional. They were communicating all the time via text and returned a perfect whole new bumper and paint job. My car was cleaned inside and out too. Akins Collision Center has set the absolute standard for me when utilizing auto body service. Their customer service was helpful, quick and timely with updates, as well as extremely polite. They were able to help me in half the estimated time of repair and even helped give me a ride to my job when my insurance policy did not cover for a rental car. Will go back to Akins for all future services they provide related to the maintenance of my vehicle. Thank you all so much! Dan at Akin s was a pleasure to work with. I had to get my car repaired after the catalytic converter was stolen and Dan helped make the process as painless as he could. He kept me updated constantly and answered all of my questions about the repair process patiently and thoroughly. He did everything he could to get my car repaired by the estimated due date, despite shipping delays on some auto parts and other difficulties. He went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I would definitely recommend this shop.

After a horrific experience with an Autobody shop more local to me, in Morgan Hill, I found Akins via AAA and because it was close to my job and highly rated online I decided to try it. Absolutely NO regrets. This place is FANTASIC!!! The body work on my car was done efficiently and expertly, and my car was returned to me sooner than expected. They were able to match and blend the paint beautifully. Customer service was helpful, thorough with explanations, and truly kind. Akins at Redmond and Meridan is the best bodyshop with the nicest people. They make your process simple and are always in touch with you regarding the status of your vehicle. Dan provided excellent customer service and kept me updated all throughout the time my car was in the shop. Akins found that the prior work done on my car by Service King wasn't thorough and found rusting and corroding underneath my corner panel. They corrected this to ensure everything was done properly for optimum safety. My vehicle was repaired quickly and by the time promised. Daniel, in the office, was very helpful and reliable. I got text updates to keep me informed about how the repairs were progressing and my car was returned to me MUCH cleaner than when I dropped it off. Highly recommend!!

Akins did a super repair job on my Subaru. The vehicle was returned to me sparkling clean. The only reason I didn t give them five stars was because after I delivered my car to them at 0900 Monday morning, and was told it would be ready Wednesday or Thursday, it was not until Thursday evening that they sent me the initial report of repair needed asking for my approval to repair. This delay was not what I had been lead to believe. The car was available to pick up the following Tuesday. I would use them again because they do beautiful work, but don t expect to get your vehicle back quickly.

I couldn t of asked for a better service experience. Dan at the Almaden office was extremely patient, took the time to explain everything and answered any questions I had. Used Akins in the past with and had the same great service and high quality repair work done on my vehicle. Top notch company with a professional team. Service is ok but there is one problem they damage my dream catcher when they clean my car. They didnt even tell me about this. So, i guess i am not really going to tell my friend toakins foe car works.

I had an auto accident and I needed repairs. This is the second time I used this shop. The car looks great. The office in Almaden was easy to work with very responsive to my needs and the extras I wanted in the repairs. I especially appreciated the way they seamlessly interface with the car rental facility.

What a great experience using the service that Akins Collision provided to me!I have been noticing that the body enclosure in front of left wheel getting loose over time and began to make me concerned as getting worse. I recalled that I had a repair on the front bumper from the damage caused by an unknown hard object flown out of a truck bed going ahead of my vehicle on the freeway in the past.The object hit the left front lower side my car which was a kind of brand new at that time. So I repaired at the Los Gatos Acura collision center which was one of AAA insurance authorized repair shops at that time. With a hope that I can discuss the matter with LG Acura collision center, I drove to the store, but found out that the shop is permanently closed due to being out of business.So I called AAA insurance expressing my concern. Adjuster arranged me to visit Akins Collision Satellite Office located nearby my house.As instructed, when I visited Akin s office, office manager Dan recognized the issue immediately and obtained approval from the adjuster and mine to examine further by arranging the car bright in for further evaluation.Dan followed me up with the finding that the previous shop LG Acura collision somehow left one of key damages unprepared and some other issues. Dan took care of the rest and it was like a great pre x-mas gift.I am so thankful to Dan and AAA adjuster as I just experienced unprecedented pleasant and smooth car repair in my life.Service: Body & Trim

My daughters 6 month old car was hit by another car and Dave at Akins took care of everything. It was handled through insurance and they interacted with the insurance company and kept me up to date with texts which was greatly appreciated. Super nice job replacing the driver mirror and fender on my Honda Ridgeline. Not only that but the truck looks stunning! The rims look spectacular. Your team put in a lot of extra work detailing the interior and exterior. Even dressing the wheels and to make this vehicle look sharp.The efforts from the Akins Collision Center team is immensely appreciated.
