They re the best! My family has been coming to them for a decade. Professional, fast, communicative, and do great work. I called this morning and was able to bring in my car a couple hours later. They also give a loaner car which is amazing. They communicate their recommendations and are very upfront and helpful. They also vacuumed my mats for me last time as a finishing touch.

I wish all repair shops were so honest, competent and helpful. They have kept my 2017 Ridgeline and 2011 MDX running to the moon (and headed back). They field my questions and give sensible answers on how to keep my vehicles running well. Honestly, when I consider buying a new or used car for my daughters, I bias towards Honda / Acura because I have Acura Honda Connection to service them. And unfortunately many dealers are not honest or crazily over-priced.

Nice and skilled group of techs, it's super apparent they know their stuff and always happy to share knowledge.Took my car here for maintenance once and collision repair/paint work another. Both times they were quick and very easy to work with.They go an extra mile by with their free loaner cars. It's obvious they really enjoy taking care of their customers. I have been serviced by Acura Honda Connection twice now and I will keep coming back because their services are just amazing and reasonable!+ They take really good care of you and go the extra mile. I asked if they do detailing and they said yes if it's planned ahead of time. I didn't have much time during my last appointment, but they gave my car a wash and polished my headlights and now it is looking shiny and beautifully clean+ They are TRUTHFUL! If there is something wrong, they will let you know and take the time to explain whether it is a recommended fix or an optional fix+ A loaner car is provided!!! They provide an old car that can have 300k+ miles so that your day is not revolved around waiting for your car while it is getting serviced! That way you can go to work and/or run errands and your day isn't wasted!Thank you AHConnection! I truly love bringing my car to y'all!Services: Tires, Oil change

Been a customer since last 4 years. James has been helping me keep my 2017 CR-V running and looking like new. They are efficient, honest and professional. I always ask all my Honda/Acura owner friends to bring their cars here. They also give me loaners that have over 300k+ miles on them, but run amazingly well. Jonas and Dave are just the best people! I ve been here multiple times for body repair work and maintenance, they are reasonably priced every time and has a super fast turnaround time. My car always look new at pick up.Their free rental car is also a huge bonus! You basically drop off your car and get a replacement for all your recent errands.Would highly recommend to all Honda/Acura owners! Definitely going back for all future maintenance.

I have been coming here for 5+ years now! Great customer service. They do honest business and the prices are reasonable. They never try to fix anything they don't need to and even let me know what I may need to come back to fix later, but I don't need to fix now! Thank you!They've helped me fix all the issues with my 2007 honda civic! Just the usual things when your car gets old ;) We have almost 130k miles on the car now and I believe they started helping us when the car was about 80k miles. Before that I was taking my car to another mechanic, but he was always busy and sometimes had to wait weeks before I could get my car fixed. I was recommended by multiple coworkers to come here and I don't regret the decision! They are so flexible and have been able to take a look at my car the same day that I call them! And then I have my car back either the same day usually or even just a few days.One of the best things of AH connection is the customer service! Jonas is the one who usually helps me and he has been so friendly and he's taught me a lot about my car and what to check for. The second best thing is they have so many loaner cars! It's great to not have to coordinate with a friend to help pick me up from the mechanic while my car is in the shop and then I can get around on my own!I highly recommend EVERYONE, yes EVERYONE take their hondas/acuras here. I've been thinking of buying a prius, but I might just stay with hondas because I have such a great mechanic to take it to if I have problems. Awesome awesome shop. Great service. They walk you through their findings and they offer car care tips when you're there. Jonas takes good care of you and keeps you in the loop. Mechanics are friendly and they get the job done right. New to the area (we live in the Santa Cruz mountains) but we are an Acura/Honda family and this will be our go-to shop.Thanks guys.

If you own a acura/ Honda this is the place to bring in your vehicle! This shop does dealer quality work at a lower price point. Very honest owners and great employees. Also they have loaner vehicle for anyone who needs a car while your car is in the shop. My family has been coming here for over a decade and we have been very happy.

Had pre purchase inspection done on a car I was planning to buy and I would highly recommend their service. Very professional, listened to all of my questions and concerms politely and clarified them which helped me a lot.While scheduing the appointement over phone, they briefly walked me through the inspection procedure: things that would be inspected, fee, specific things or concerns I might have with the vehicle etc. The inspection takes about a hour to hour and a half. After the inspection they hand you a report and go over their findings and recommendations, answer your questions etc. The fee is nominal considering the purchase, definitely worth the money.Dave was the person who helped me out, great job Dave!---This has been my third service with them and my experience has been positive and consistent so far.

I brought my Acura ILX to them today and had my break pads replaced. Dave helped me out today! He gave me very reasonable price and were very helpful with trying to find out what other problems my car has. He called often to let you know what they are doing and often let you know how s it going with your car. I m very glad I came here! Trust the reviews and I did! my new spot for any of my car problems!

Best Honda Mechanics ever, hands down. Pricing structure is different to the dealership. They are completely transparent on pricing and helped me prioritize the repairs. They are mindful of the expense, treated me with great respect and offered a free loaner car. I will not be going anywhere else anytime soon.

Last month, I brought in my 2013 Honda Accord due to a water leak. My interior was soaked due to the rain and it was starting to smell like mold. I called and was able to schedule an appointment within days. When I dropped of my car, Jonas had everything set up, including the loaner. Jonas kept my husband and I updated on the progress of their work, he even sent us pictures! A few rains later, the inside of my car is dry and smells fresh!About a month after our car was returned, Jonas contacted us to check in on any leaks. Excellent service or what!Jonas and the staff at Acura Honda Connection went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this place!Thank you Acura Honda Connection!!

Honest, competent & fair: we've used Jonas, Joey & James for nearly 2 decades- from our first Honda Accord, to our Odyssey, our Honda Pilot and brand new Civic and even an old Acura and Accord when our boys started driving.We actually continue to purchase Hondas because these mechanics are so good... And we're not the only ones. If you have an Acura/Honda in the Bay area, this is the place to have it serviced! They are flexible and fair, offer great advice as to weather a repair is worth it or not and almost always can offer a loaner car free of charge.

We have brought three different vehicles here since we discovered it and love this place. They are honest, straight forward, and do great work. It is rare to find this type of business this day and age and would highly recommend them for body work as well as maintenance.

Had a huge issue with drop off for maintenance back in January of this year but have since returned and had a totally different experience. I was given the run around before by a guy who I like to think didn't even work there to begin with given the amount of misinformation he gave me in addition to being incredibly rude. I hadn't recieved poor service at all in the times before that interaction so I was very frustrated when I needed to get a minor maintenance done on my car and couldn't because that single guy (whose name I REALLY wish I remembered) was so off putting.However, i called back to give them another go because I otherwise trust the shop and lo and behold, everything went super smoothly and my car is running like a dream. The shop was even super flexible when I couldn't get the loaner car back in time and let me keep it over the weekend. Best comeback of 2019 for sure.

I have a 2002 Honda Civic that blew a head gasket. I knew it would be an expensive fix and these guys were straight and upfront with me. I left them my car and they called a day later with bad news. I needed a new head. $2611 dollars later my car runs like new and the best thing they did besides fix the motor was they cleaned the fogged headlight lenses. I know this may seem stupid but it's those little details that set this place apart. I was referred to them by a current customer who couldn't say enough good things about them. Could I have the same service done cheaper elsewhere, probably. Mechanics are notoriously shady and these guys seemed to be straight with me. I'd recommend them.

I used to take my Acura Integra here many years ago, but just started back with my Accord. The service and customer attention is still fantastic. I can trust them with honest recommendations and quality work.

Our family has been going to AHC for (gasp!) over 20 years - and have even only wanted to buy Acuras and Hondas knowing that we would be treated honestly, fairly and oh so well by Jonas and Joey and the rest of their team. They always have a free loaner car for us to use and always over-deliver on their service! If you have a Honda Motor Co car, this is the only place to go!

Great shop. Prompt service and they offer loaner cars to allow you to go back to do your work and pick up your vehicle later. Which is an advantage over other service shops

I called for a pre purchase inspection and they couldn t offer it under my deadline. Many shops would have just dropped it but they recommended another shop nearby and provided the pros and cons of going there. Wow! I wish every shop was this honest and generous.

Been their customer for some time now. Entire staff, particularly Jonas and James, are honest and very knowledgeable. Always willing to go that extra mile! When available, AHC even provides loaners!
