A few weeks ago, I had my car serviced and it returned missing a wheel cover (hub cap). The shop denied responsibility and stated they had received the car in such condition. I gave benefit of the doubt and thought the wheel cover (hub cap) might have fallen off on the drive there. I had done a walk around of the car before dropping it off and all the wheel covers were on, but somehow, I gave benefit of the doubt. So I had to buy a replacement wheel cover and had it installed at another auto shop. That s when I learned this isn t a wheel cover that snaps on or off (and not likely prone to falling off). It is secured in place with 5 lug nuts, which were still screwed on tightly (on the tire missing the cover). In other words, the wheel cover didn t just fall off. Also corroborated by the other auto repair shop and asking other auto mechanics. I ll never know what happened to my wheel cover while it was in this shop (either forgot to put it back on or was damaged), but definitely trust lost.

Update 4/12: Unfortunately, the multipoint inspection did not include looking at the battery when it came to under the hood. My battery was so corroded, it was easily seen. (I don't look at my engine, I paid them to do it), but no one saw it. Car died in not the best of places. So I will be looking for a true car expert and not returning here. :/I submitted an online request to get my fluids checked (poor car hadn't been looked at in 3 years except for regular oil changes), and I got a call from Jason to schedule. He got me in first thing on a Saturday, and they also replaced my turn signal light, which had gone out three days before. I was done and headed home just over an hour later. I got a checklist of the next repairs based on milage, and I've updated my calendar to call and schedule my next visit.

They advertise they work on Teslas. From their website, I thought I was scheduling an appointment, but it is not really an appointment, which explains why there were so many openings. Turns out it generates an email asking you to call the AAA service center, and only after talking to a live person is an appointment scheduled.Scheduled an appointment and went in. My AC was not cooling (fan was working fine). At intake, the service advisor used my remote to open the frunk - he's not used to Teslas. I ended up giving my odometer reading from the app - no need to go into the car. They need to diagnose ($179?). I note hourly rates of $199 for nonmembers and $185 for members.Later, received a call from the service advisor telling me I need a new sensor which was north of $1,000 - the check engine light went on and they checked. Interesting since I don't think my Tesla has an engine nor a check engine light. Apparently he was calling the wrong customer.Late in the day, I received another call - they can't fix the car. Their computer can't communicate with the car - told to go to the dealer. Since they couldn't do anything, no charge.Picked up the car - the frunk was unlatched again.Several days later, I went to Tesla service which diagnosed a blown fuse and a failed air-conditioning compressor. It's an expensive compressor and the hourly rate is around $250, but at least I can get it fixed.Big waste of time, and I went to AAA to avoid the manufacturer which itself is frustrating (a recent service at Tesla took over a week and they said they spent 11 hours trying to diagnose a problem (Old 10+ year old Tesla means old software and the settings for new replacement parts are different, but Tesla chalked it up to goodwill)).At least for Teslas, not ready for prime time.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Quick attendance to needs, upfront pricing and allows updates to many dmv services. Much better than dmv. They need to sign an mou w dmv to provide all services....

Few days ago I had my regular maintenance of my car in this location. I was told rotors & braking pads need to be replaced and gave me a quote. After some discussion over the call, I was promised $50 discount on the quote, after which I gave them the go ahead. This $50 discount (promised over the call) was on the top of the discounts they applied on the quote when I dropped-off my car. When I went to pick my car, I was surprised that the promised $50 was not applied in the final bill. I was told we were able to bring down the original quote and hence we decided not to give the promised $50 off. That was weird explanation #2. Weird explanation #1, I was also told initially they gave the discount and managed that somewhere in the bill. Seriously? In this age of clear digital billing for transparency, they think customers are fool and will accept these kinda verbal explanations? Because they mentioned we were able to bring down the final quote, now I am nervous if they really gave the genuine brand new parts? Did they compromise anywhere? They dint even cared to go through the Inspection report notes.Unless they resolve my concerns, I am NOT going to visit this location anymore, Not recommend.Update : no body has reached out to me despite giving my details as requested below. Seems like they respond to the reviews just to give a false impression to the readers that they care about the customer issues.

They never returned my call. I called the previous day 30 minutes before closing, I m on hold until they closed and talked to someone and said she wiuld call the next day as soon as she began working. She took down all the information i wanted but never got a call. This place sucks when trying to get your car fixed. But AAA does make sure you pay your annual fee to use their service.

I never get bad experiences at AAA for any service but today I did. Alex at this location for car service is very very unprofessional. And when you asked questions and he is very short and top of that he hung up on me when I am trying to cancel my appointment and I called him back to tell him that he lies that he didn t hang up. If he didn t hang up, then if he has any sense and professionalism, he will ask if I want to reschedule my appointment. It s just bad customer service and also I was giving wrong price quote as well. Hope they can get all on same page for their job!

I went on a Saturday to pay my car registration and get my tags. They do have DMV services for those with a membership. It was a short line and was helped immediately. The counter person was very nice.

Ill preface this by saying the workers that I had interactions were all very polite and professional and this review is not a reflection on them. This review is a reflection on the fact that I was quoted almost 1000$ for the replacement on my alternator and the belts surrounding it. Knowing this was a completely unreasonable price I took it to My Car Autosport, where I had my alternator and belts repaired for around 450$ in addition to them fixing my parking break for free. In short, great workers, awful costs, go somewhere else.

I would have given them 0 stars if there was an option to do so. We had to replace our car battery in Jan 2020. Our insurer was AAA insurance. When we called customer service for roadside assistance, they sent a person to help us who was from Alongi brothers. He said our battery wasn't doing good and it was needed to be replaced. We had no other option but to buy it from him. We trusted them and bought a battery from him. We had no issues with the battery for the next few months. But, just a couple of months before, the battery wasn't charging properly and we had to jumpstart our car as it wouldn't start. We went to AAA car care plus to check the battery. We went there twice and they said the battery is good. They were NOT AT ALL ready to accept that the battery was faulty. When we went to the Honda Showroom, they tested the battery and it showed a different reading. They told us that the battery needs to be replaced. There was no point going back to AAA again because they would never admit that there was a fault in their battery. We had to buy a brand new battery from Honda paying all the money from our pocket. Never expected this from AAA, their customer service was also NOT GOOD AT ALL, they could not retrieve our warranty receipt. They don't value you if you are not their current customer even if you were in the past.

I went to this AAA office to renew my registration. I was in and after a short wait, I got my new tag and registration and was out within 10 minutes. Since the Post office and/or the DMV lost my check and renewal the last time- which cost me a $20 late fee, I'll be doing it this way. I did have to file a DMV form, which AAA assisted me with, to get back my fee when the DMV finally got my letter and cashed the check!

It's a AAA office and a car repair place. I had my car towed there after someone stole my catalytic converter. They installed a new catalytic converter, oxygen sensor, random damage, and installed a security shield for me. Chatting with the folks there, they get about one customer a month that needs to have a catalytic converter replaced due to thieft. I am not a socialogist, but I think California's experiment with the decriminization of thieft is a failure.
