A-Rod is awesome! My car was vandalized and the quarter panel got dented in 3 spots. They worked with my insurance and got it fixed and repainted, my car looks brand new!They also cleaned my car inside and out and made sure she was spotless when I got it back. Shout out to Joaquin, he was super helpful, kind, and patient. He communicated with me throughout the repair and made sure I was happy with the work. Thank you.

I took my car here for repair since my car bumper was scratched. Applause for their great service for repainting and polishing it. It s like brand new. They also washed the exterior and cleaned the interior of the car!It would be even better if the repair takes less than 1 week.

Very professional. They were able to work with my insurance and get Several broken windows replaced in a timely manner. They even went above and beyond and cleaned out my entire car. It was a total mess thanks guys. I would definitely recommend these guys and would use them again in the future

After a rear end collision; my Subaru was taken here. The folks, there are very courteous and helpful. Jessica was my point of contact. She was very quick to respond and kept me updated on the progress. I would highly recommend a rod collision.

Fully exceeded expectations and more.Came in to get a small chip repaired on my bumper, when I picked up my car I was surprised to see not only did the A-Rod team repair the spot that was damaged, they also fixed the minor rock chips in the entire lower bumper cover area. Car was sparkling clean when I picked it up. Would recommend!

Very very professional people!They made some magic on my bumper! I had a collision on my front bumper and I got back the car like it was brand new, it was all clean!I really recommend this place, they are very professional, the customer service is just perfect!

This place did an amazing job on my cowl hood, paint match was perfect and install was spot on, definitely referred my friends to come here for any job, body work and paint on my 2018 gt mustang

This is my second time I've been here due to accidents. My first time my experience was excellent. Great job and that's why I came back the second time. Great customer service and the workmanship on my car is beautiful. Thanks for detailing inside and outside my car. It's like a brand new car I was impress. Job well done. Thank you.

I was an walk-in and they were Nice enough to help me.My car got damage unexpectedly while sitting in a parking lot overnight, and the following morning, i needed to take the car on a business trip. I wanted it fixed asap. I came in with cash and spoke to the owner. It was very early and he ask his mechanic if he could fix it. They did an outstanding job, especially considering they had other work to do. Although it was minor damage, i appreciate their hospitality and kindness. I highly recommend this shop for repairs. They got my car back to looking brand new.

After a hit and run left my car undriveable, this company was on the partner list for my insurance company. The entire process from start to finish could not have been simpler. The staff is very friendly and professional. They put my car back together beautifully so that if possible it was better than before. In an area where there is an auto body shop on nearly every corner, I highly recommend these folks. Amazing customer service! I didn't fully understand something about my insurance that meant they either had to do all the repairs (including repaint my entire bumper for one little scratch, ruining my bumper stickers) or pay out of pocket. The guys at A-Rod could have just done it and then told me insurance wouldn't cover it unless I repaired it all leaving me to pay the dismantling fee out of pocket or loose my bumper stickers (I did sign the agreement) , but they recognized that I was very attached to my car and that I probably didn't understand how it worked. They took the time to call me immediately and made sure I understood the situation. I ended up not getting any work done, but they still buffed out the scratch as best they could. If I do decide I need repairs, I will definitely be back.

A-Rod did a good job with replacing our stolen catalytic converter.They not only replaced the converter, but also washed the inside and outside of the car. I did not except that.We would have given a 5 review, but we had to be the ones to continue to call for an update.I still would definitely recommend them.

The staff at A-Rod auto collision are absolute professionals in every sense of the word! My truck was in their shop after a collision that I had.They would call me with updates on the repair progress.When I picked up my 2010 Tacoma, it looked like a brand new truck. I was overjoyed with the quality of work and the service.They are Diamond certified for a good reason. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. I was doing my own brakes on labor day and had a stuck lug nut. I took my car over and Alex spent 30 min trying to break the nut free with impact wrenches, a breaker bar, cheater bar etc... When we were done I asked how much I owed him for his time. He said not to worry about it. If he treats a walk in non paying customer like this I can only imagine his level of service and commitment to a paying customer. I will definitely recommend this place.

Walked in after visiting a few different auto body shops. Freddy helped me right away and gave me a very fair estimate and price to fix my front bumper. The parts to fix my car were delayed a few times but he kept me in the loop at every step of the way. I d highly recommend A Rod for all your repair needs.

I have upgraded my review from 4 stars to 5 stars after getting my car back and seeing what a great job they did and care they took of it. Thanks to all the mechanics and technicians and to Jessica, Joaquin, and the rest of the office staff.

I would strongly recommend against using this repair shop for ANYTHING. I only patronized them due to an insurance claim and the accident took place on a Friday afternoon after my repair shop was closed for the day. They prepared a BOGUS $8,000 estimate for the repairs of my vehicle (quoted $1,500 repair from two different 5 star shops in San Jose) in hopes to keep my car for themselves and have it deemed a total loss. They removed pieces of my vehicle and cut into the body WITHOUT permission. Photos of my car before accident and after are listed. They also did not try and preserve my vehicle, instead they tore it down and kept it outside for several weeks.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They helped in few minutes and they were really professional. They didn't even take money saying it's a simple fix. The other body shop blossom valley told me that they have to change the whole trunk and tried to rip me off!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Had a bad year last year my 2011 Mercedes cls550 was a car magnet ! . After seeing this shops performance on the first repair I knew I found my go to body shop finally. As a experienced auto collision repair specialist I respect all the effort and know what it takes to achieve such quality work . I am yet to overcome my horrors at this place... I just got my car back today and wish Geico would have never send me here. I have a minor front bumper and side flap damage in parking lot and was send here by Geico. As soon as I arrived, I was cornered by one gentleman and woman who kept on insisting me not to go for the insurance claim and cut a "deal" with them for $2000/ as he showed me in estimate for more than 3 thousand when I asked they will get money from insurance any way he told me in fact he gets more from Insurance but he is giving me a deal otherwise my insurance can go up 6 times...to justify he shared some stories of his own Insurance going up in past. He even told me that if I file the claim he cant guaranty that car can be fixed as Geico will get an after market part etc which may not exactly fit. Anyway I could understand his motives and refused to take deal and filed claim. Geico came out with an estimate which was ~$1500/. It became clear to me now why he/she were forcing a deal.. My horror did not end here.. they gave me a estimated completion date ~12 days away while Geico adjuster told me 4 working days. I called Geico and the adjuster called his supervisor etc and finally I got my car in ~5 working days.. When I looked at my car one of air conditioning vent was broken and the guy working with me refused to accept that it was done by them.. he also told me Geico did not want to fix your door which might also be damaged.. it puts an extra doubt in my mind.. but I trust Geico.. to Add on.. just to frustrate me he started looking at some imaginary scratches in rental car which I was suppose to drop at there shop before picking my car. Having no trust left in these people I drove out in rental car and drove it for 1o miles to return at rental car compeny and came back to their shop to pick up my car with broken air vent...I certainly did not deserve this treatment

Freddy and All the People at A-rod auto body are really helpful and Friendly. I went in to get a quote on a on a scrape on my car and they well what can I say they hooked it up. Thank you so much Freddy. I'll be back soon.

Had a panel painted and installed on my land Rover referred by a LAND ROVER DEALERSHIP in Santa Clara the service was great the panel they painted match my truck to a T,then they had a worker install the panel free of charge and made sure i was satisfied
