I purchased Borla exhaust for my 2022 Silverado High Country & had them install it also. Nick took good care of me. He talked to his manager and helped to reduce the installation cost! Brought a sport ball here to be installed when I arrived to Pick up my vehicle they broke my tonneau covers and charged me extra money like wait, I trusted you leaving my vehicle with you and I came back with a broken cover they didn t even have the audacity to apologize to me, I didn t notice it was broken until they told me when I arrived. I trusted you with my vehicle, and this is how you treat customers belongings. I would never recommend or trust this place unless you want to trust your vehicle will have damages when picking it back up.

Dave is the best.... Brought in my 2021 Jeep Wrangler because I couldn't take off my front passenger side shock. I came in without an appointment and they were able to identify and remove the shock in minutes... Unbelievable customer service and can't tell you how much I appreciate a great shop. Thanks again Dave and be back for sure...

I installed a leveling kit on my F150 on a Thursday afternoon. Then called 4wp to see if they could squeeze me in for an alignment on Friday morning. Rodrigo was very helpful in getting me in by 11am and knew exactly what I needed to have done. His tech named Adam was very thorough. Even catching a loose bolt not associated with the leveling kit, then torqueing everything up after a great alignment job. Both Adam and Rodrigo were great to work with and very helpful.I will definitely be back to 4wp in the future as I need anything for my pickup.

Wonderful experience. Second time I ve used 4WP and they ve impressed me both times. This time around installed a 6 lift with new 20 rims and 37 tires. They took care of me and my truck as if it were their own. Really appreciate them and highly recommend. Jose was awesome to work with.

Had an issue with a tire that was installed on my daughter s truck. She was home for a couple days and they squeezed us in for a quick fix. Super helpful from sale of tires, rims, and lift and last minute warranty work. Old school customer service! Love it

They did good work when they did work . Jeep was in the shop for a full 5 days and I took it home for the weekend , and returned it Monday am so they can finish doing what they started . Over 5 days for a part . Also , anyone else get charged $ 200 !!! For towels ? Was this a beach resort or rags ?? Geeze . Long wait and over priced for sure . If any of you see something else out of whack please feel free to mention it .:)

I recently brought my truck to 4 Wheel Parts for some much-needed upgrades and maintenance, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team at 4 Wheel Parts was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating.First and foremost, the quality of work done on my truck was outstanding. The technicians clearly knew what they were doing and took the time to explain everything they were doing, so I always felt informed and confident in their abilities. The upgrades I had done have really transformed my truck and I'm thrilled with the results.But beyond the quality of work, what really sets 4 Wheel Parts apart is their customer service. The staff was always friendly and approachable, and they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with everything they were doing. They even offered me a ride back home while my truck was being worked on, which was a really nice touch.Overall, I can't recommend 4 Wheel Parts enough. Rodrigo was super helpful . I had an order for a tonneau cover , for my truck turns out I ordered the wrong size . he was able to accommodate me returning and re-billing for the correct one. Was super grateful that they had it in stock. Overall, it was a easy and quick experience. Super glad it got resolved. Definitely recommend these guys and I ll be coming back soon

I would like to provide a brief follow-up review on the situation. Their store manager, Dave, reached out to me personally and took full responsibility for the issue. They worked actively to adjust the sensor and even contacted Fab Fours to obtain detailed installation instructions. The entire process was smooth and professional, and I appreciate their dedication and commitment to resolving the problem. Their exceptional customer service has restored my trust in their brand, and I would gladly recommend their products. Thank you for your professionalism and excellent resolution efforts.----------------------------------------------------ORIGINAL REVIEWI am beyond furious with the shoddy installation and lack of professionalism I experienced when I purchased and had the Fab Fours front bumper installed on my F150. The incompetence displayed by the shop has left me utterly disappointed and inconvenienced.Firstly, I specifically purchased this bumper for its supposed compatibility with my truck's existing sensors. However, to my dismay, I discovered that the far left sensor was improperly installed and pointed in the wrong direction. As a result, at low speeds, my truck's alarm is incessantly triggered, causing tremendous frustration and annoyance.I made a point to return to the shop a mere 10 days after the initial purchase, hoping they would rectify the situation. Regrettably, their promise to fix the problem turned out to be nothing more than empty words. Instead of taking responsibility for their incompetence, they attempted to evade the issue by manually turning the sensor and claiming that after-market bumpers do not fit as well as the original. This excuse is both absurd and insulting. If the right sensor functions correctly, why should the left one fail due to the nature of the bumper?The shop charged a $950 for the installation of this bumper, only to deliver a product that is clearly not properly installed. I demand a full refund for the labor cost so that I can redo the installation at a more competent and reliable place.I urge others to reconsider using their services and strongly advise seeking alternative shops that are capable of performing installations correctly and valuing their customers' time and money. I sincerely hope that my review serves as a warning to others and prompts the shop to take immediate action to rectify their poor service and provide the compensation I rightfully deserve.

Excellent service !! I ordered a lift online from them and was giving updates every few days on the back order status of it . When i went to pick up at the San Jose store the guys down there were really cool and very helpful with helping me load it up . I will definitely buy from them again in the future ..

Had new suspension, UCA, and a body mount chop done here, and wheels and tires put on my Tacoma. They did a great job. The San Jose store manager Dave is very knowledgeable and helpful and kindly answered all my questions. If you buy tires from them, ask about the tire warranty, it's well worth the money and cheaper than buying a new tire. It also includes free tire rotations for the life of the tires. All the guys I've delt with here have been very helpful.

Picked up new Toyo Open Country s for my 06 Avalanche. Free rotation.. but this place is busy, good but busy. Most appointments are about 2 weeks out and they usually need the vehicle the majority of the day. Can do pretty much anything you need, from tires, to oil changes to 4 wheel maintenance, etc.

I was looking for some new shocks and a lift for my 4runner and 'Israel' was there for me. He walked me through the different brands and even pointed out one where I could get a 1-3" lift. I got the Bilstein 5100 Series and set them to 2" lift. It was all done in a day and I've been enjoying myself on my off-road adventures thanks or Israel.

Went here for an alignment after lifting my 4runner.After the lift my wheels had a positive camber. After the alignment the guy I spoke with was very proud of the work they did and told me that in the future if anything changes or if I take it for an alignment anywhere else these (the paper with the alignment specs) was how I should have it aligned. Post alignment the wheels still had positive camber. You could see it clear as day. I figured, this is a 4x4 shop, they must know what they are doing. Maybe there's a reason for this.I changed my rig up a lot giving it a negative camber. And so I went back to 4wheel parts for an alignment. Dropped my truck off at 8am. Called them at 1:00pm asking for an update and was told their guys were at lunch and my truck hasn't been started yet. At 1:30 I was called back to say my truck was done.Drove it home. At my house, i took a look and noticed my truck had the same negative camber, a different angle on each front wheel, exactly the same as when i brought it on. So I drove back and asked them what they did because the paper the gave me had no details on work done. I was told its all in spec and that they adjusted the toe. I said they clearly didn't change the camber AND my tires are feathered which means the alignment i had them do when I initially lifted my truck was bogus and ruining my tires. They told me its all in spec. I told them just looking at the wheels it was clear they did nothing and explained the timeline of the telephone calls that it was clear they didn't do any alignment at all.So I went somewhere else. Turns out thew alignment was way, way off, including the toe they claimed to have adjusted.When confronted with the paperwork from the other alignment they refunded my money. I thanked them for making that easy.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced. I've been trying to get in touch with someone on the phone for 2 days now and I've been on hold collectively for an hour and a half. I've even reached out by email. I've bought a couple sets of wheels from this company over the years and even a set of tires and I can promise this will be my last.

First time customer at 4WP San Jose. Several people were kind enough to help get my truck through a frustrating situation, Rodrigo was especially great!I brought my 2011 Tundra in to replace the front shocks and UCA bushings. During the install a CV axle literally fell apart, which was warrantied and installed by another shop. Unforetunately, the other shop made replacing the CV axle very difficult and were not very cooperative. However, 4WP went out of their way to remedy the situation, finish the install, and keep me happy. They seem to treat customers propperly, and ultimately want you leave their shop happy with their service.JT
