The guys at Perez wheels and tires did what 3 other tires shops refused me at swapping out my 40 tires, it wasn t easy as I watched but they took on the request without hesitation and handled it in a rather quick amount of time, this place and these guys for sure made me happy I chose to come here and for sure have my future buisness. If you got off-road or large diameter rims and tires , these guys are with the buisness and to top it off , they were way affordable , I don t leave reviews ever unless I m pretty impressed, give these guys and this place a chance , they are more then worth it. 5 stars!!!!

My husband just paid over $500 for his front shocks and a oil change and the truck feels worse than before he took it in. When I spoke to the owner Jr he said if my husband gives him $300 more he will install better shocks. He said the product he put on is cheap and that they buy their supplies from auto zone and O'Reilly. I told him he should stand behind the products he sells his customers. He refused to fix it. My husbands truck bounces more than before we took it to this shop . I would not recommend them. My husband tried to be a loyal customer but they handled this horribly. Even the owners dad who works there said the truck should not be bouncing that much and that something needs to be tightened. Now I am forced to get the work redone elsewhere.

So I went to the tire shop the other day and as I was waiting 4 people showed up behind me and got there tires fixed just like I was hoping to I had to wait a whole hour and then for them not even to balance my tires and just put them on my car ... a week later getting the tires balanced again at a different location worst experience

I always get the best service when I come here. The prices are always reasonable and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I just recently purchased new tires and got a full tune up on my car and the pricing was very affordable. Everything came out great and my car is running like new. I would recommend this family owned business to anyone. You won't regret it!

I came here to get my tires not too long ago and I left pleased with the service that I was given. The owner was happily able to help me find sport tires at a reasonable price and the job installation was quick. Other than tires you can order many different kinds of product too from flashy rims to suspension kits, this place does it all! I recommend anyone to try this place out and for sure I'll be coming here next time I need any tires for my z34.

Terrible customer service. It seems that getting a tire patched is not something they are interested in doing, an employee said it was a 30min wait to get tire patched and that I would be next, but then they entered another car in front of mine and told me it would be longer to get my car tire patched. Made me feel like my business was less important, would never take my business to this shop again.

Worse shop in town to go to. They'll break things oncar and say they'll fix it but bring the car in another day is the trick they'll say to avoid solving the problem. Does it take more then 1 day to keep coming up with excuses. Made contact with them over the phone twice since i went in twice talking them wasting my time. Excuses were coming up each day with sorry we're we're short on workers or our mechanic isn't in today. Need better service, experienced workers and better management.

DO NOT GO HEREI went here to get my a/c checked, they told me I needed a new condenser and fan assembly and everything (including labor) was gunna cost about $670. The manager himself told me he ordered the parts and I can come Monday to drop my car off. Came Monday, their mechanic didn t come into work...now I had to wait till Thursday. Came in Thursday, I got a call later in the day saying my condenser needed to be ordered lol the best part, the manager called me and ASKED ME how much he quoted me lol these guys don t know what they re doing. Save your time, find another shop

Bought tires for my car here a year ago and am back for my truck. Fast and unbeatable prices...I checked. In and out with four new tires in less than one hour. Great work!

definitely do not go to this workshop is the worst I have seen, every time you go they have different mechanics and when you go for the first time they give you a wrong diagnosis, and they charge you every time they have to check your car when the first diagnosis is supposed What they did was not the problem, so they keep charging you until they really find the fault, they practically change parts that your car does not need, and they overcharge for cheap parts

Horrible service,. I took my sister in to get a used tire,. They put a bad one on, .We xallecthe next day letting them know that the used tire they put on her car is going to explode at any minute and it's unsafe..... They proceeded to tell us there is no warranty under used tires..... (. All that's fine and understandable). But it's illegal to sell unsafe used tires and they refuse to make this situation right!!!!!

Have had nothing but great experiences at Perez wheels and tires. Exceptional customer service and quality work. Great prices on tires and mechanical work. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Called to ask if they were busy and they said that they weren't. Just needed a simple patch done on my lunch break he said we'll take care of it right away just bring the wheel to the Bay. I waited for 10 minutes no one even acknowledged I was there so they lost my business and I was even going to buy a new tire

WARNING! STEALS YOUR MONEY!! Had to go back 3X to get my breaks fixed and never got it done right. Made me pay 2x for something he was NEVER able to fix ALL within a month and ALL within the same problem.

Place is garbage, honestly don t recommend it. Bad service honestly they don t know how to mount tires the right way. Save the trouble to try les Schwab tires great service
