If you like paying $500 for a simple power window master switch replacement (parts/labor) then this is your place. As a (now) former duped customer please be sure to google the average cost of any repair before having them do any work. And to think, I d been here multiple times in the past with decent work performed at a slightly higher price point than others in the region. But, $500 for a master switch is completely taking advantage of a person. The dealership would have been a cheaper alternative.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my jeep in for a smog test and a horrible shaking under the hood, Turned out I needed motor mounts and one transmission mount, the team there had it done in one day, excellent service!

They shouldn t be in business. My car was diagnosed wrong they tried to charge me almost $2000 for repairs that didn t even need repaired. Liars and scum

Just moved to SAN JACINTO this shop is GREAT THE OWNER IS A GREAT PERSON! Prices better than most places & GREAT JOB haven t had any issues with the work performed.I don t know what the negative reviews are about but I will definitely continue using this shop for years to come

Our truck had a major coolant leak leading to a break down on our way home (out of state). We called the local dealer who said we'd have to wait a week for an appointment. When we told One Stop our situation they did everything they could to find the required part and stayed late to complete the repairs. We got the impression that everyone there really wanted to help us out, and the pricing was very reasonable. This would be my new mechanic if they were in my home town.

Brought my 2013 Ford Focus into this shop today having issues with the car not wanting to start all of the time. The owner went above and beyond to take the time to help me figure out what was going on and I am so appreciative! Thank you for your help today and for not taking advantage of my situation like others did! Will be back for future repairs for sure! Thank youService: Emissions testing

They were so kind and helpful! Found out about them from a coupon book that came in the mail and I m so glad I did. Had a horrible high pitched squeal coming from my car and could not figure out what was causing it. Went in thinking it would need a belt replaced, but they ended up just fixing the belt because it was loose and did it free of charge. Will always come here from now on. I m so grateful for this shop!

Fantastic repair shop. Honest, Fair pricing, quality workmanship, and great customer service. They've done all my vehicle servicing and repairs since they were located on esplanade. I even have them do my oil and filter changes, a little more but worth every penny. I you need a automotive repair look no further than One Stop. 5+++ Stars.

Been here several times. Each time has been excellent. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and pricing is fair.Since my regular mechanic passed away, One Stop is now my choice for any work to be done.

Our A/C stopped working suddenly just before or trip out of town for the HOLIDAY. Called around 3 DEALERSHIPS COULDN'T DO ANYTHING FOR ME TILL WED OF THE FOLLOWING WEEK. sSeveral other mechanics couldn't do anything for 3 days!Called ONE STOP & THEY TOOK ME IN 3 HOURS LATER FIXED THE A/C BY THE NEXT MORNING.OWNER WENT OUT OF HIS WAY GIVING ME A RIDE HOME & PICKUP!OUTSTANDING...THE NEXT DAY!Finally have a NEW SHOP I CAN COUNT ON FOR YEARS TO COME...Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Great place. Super friendly staff. Best prices I've seen anywhere. Had to take my Jeep in and wait while the repairs were done. We were totally welcomed like we were family. This place is my new mechanic. I highly recommend this place

I broke down out of town with a major repair. These guys did a great job and fixed my Ford Crown Vic. Patient and worked with me on scheduling to pick up car after it was fixed. I was lucky to get a referral from AAA to these guys.

I took my suv to have a transmission oil change .Got it back and now the suv doesn't shift gears they did something wrong and will not fix it. I have a broken down car. Do not go there the owner will not take responsibility for what they did to my Vehicle

Anything I need done always done well. Been with them since they used to be on esplanade. Good family owns the business and they are honest. No trying to get me to spend on unnecessary things.

They explained what was going on and have called me every step of the way to keep me informed. Its just been very pricey but they suggested financing to help cover the cost for rebuilding an engine

Okay at first it's great the very nice but if you want to pay extra money four parts you don't need go there. LOL not very good they took us for almost two grand.

Everyone is polite and does the work right and they make sure to check if your car is working right. If anything is wrong, they will tell you. They also have a finance plan, if needed.
