This store needs more employees like Manuel good people skills and customer service, he took the time to help me with a good attitude.I was thinking about not doing business with this company anymore because my previous experience from O,Reilly auto parts, the guy Diego has really bad people skills and customer service.

When on a Friday morning at about 945.One older gentleman helping a customer with a Transmission Gasket that the customer didn't even know what Transmission was in his car. I was waiting in line for about 15 mins. Other employees were there putting parts in counters as well as talking to each other. No one cared to say will be right with you or even start to help with parts I needed. I left and have my 349.99 dollars to Autozone. O well looks like I won't be going back any time soon.

Pros- Usually has better inventory than Autozone-good membership and rewards system-replace broken tools quicklyCons - Service can be really slow at times so lines often form-Employees don't volunteer to help shoppers find things-Was never asked if I found what I was looking forOn my last visit I was the only one in line and there was only one cashier at the desk busy on the phone, I had to wait till the cashier finished his lengthy phone call to check out despite 3 other employees freely walking about the establishment not doing anything. I must've waited 5 minutes till I was able to pay for my things. I know I may be petty with my nit picking but I value my time and I don't want to waist time standing in line.

Diego was a HUGE help! Customer service was off the charts. He helped me with everything I needed with a friendly attitude. He is a prime example of what O riley needs in there stores. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing staff. Its obvious they are willing to provide their assistance as they should, but they are above and beyond for sure! The store is usually always stocked with parts, tools, or whatever it is you may need when you're getting under the hood. 10 times out of 10 would recommend

Poor customer service. I called for a part and they confirmed that they had it. I show up and because he couldn't find it, he said he didn't have it. He calls another store and confirmsthatvthey have it. I show up to "the one on Florida" and they weren't called, it was "THE OTHER" store on Florida . This store didn't have it. I show up to "THE OTHER STORE ON FLORIDA" and they have the wrong part. The first store employee seemed he was bothered by me asking how to get to "THE OTHER STORE ON FLORIDA" . If service is an issue, don't work with the public. Plain and simple. Next time confirm you have what I'm calling you for. It's because of the quality of customer service you provide that I go to AUTOZONE. They take the time and even make suggestions. Too bad they were closed and I had to settle for O'Reilly.

I can t say enough for O Reilly auto parts. The evening manager Kyle surpasses any manager or store associate in any auto parts store. Very friendly, very helpful, and very accommodating. I swear by O Reilly auto parts. I walked into the store told one of the men that my car was admitting a code. Kyle the manager quickly jumped to my attention. He said no problem I will run the code and see what the problem is with your car. He stopped everything he was doing. He then came out to my car, ran the code, and it was the mass air flow sensor. He brought me into the store noticed that I had bought a mass airflow sensor before. He told me it had a lifetime warranty. He said no problem, I will go out to your car and replace the part for you. He came out replace the part and the car worked great. He was so nice and professional. You don t get that kind of help at other auto parts stores. That is one incredible manager and O Reilly s auto parts scored when they hired him. I tell everybody about my experience at O Reilly auto parts. That manager Kyle is going to end up running O Reilly auto parts.

I went in for radiator fluid. The kid- clerk asked me what color fluid dodos my car use?He took the time to come out with me to my car and look. . The young man saw that I was disabled and assisted me with the door and at my car lifting the hood. The store was quite busy as well, so I was shocked to see him take this much time to help me. Young man found out that I took the orange antifreeze for my Dodge. He went back in and got the right antifreeze for me. As I paid he offered to come out and put it in for me. But that's something I could do no problem. I was shocked to see the kindness care respect from these two young men.I am now a big fan of O'Reilly Auto Parts. Especially the store in San Jacinto

I usually never write reviews but yesterday afternoon, I went in to buy an air filter and there was only one cashier named DIEGO. From the beginning we were not greeted or anything, in fact we got stared down by him. Any who, I proceeded to tell this person the information of my car so he could look up the air filter. He told me they only had one brand in stock, which was the one I did not want. Once I told him I didn t want to continue with that air filter he rolled his eyes, mumbled something under his breath and continued to give me attitude. DIEGO WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. Made my sister and I feel so uncomfortable. If I could I would rate a zero. Unethical and untrained personnel.

I have been going to O'Reilly's for 2 years Now and Marshal is one of the stores best employee, he goes that extra mile to help get what you need and he makes sure its going to be the the right part, size, or right fluid or oil. I keep going back to O'Reilly's customer service and quality parts. Thank you Marshal!!Yours truly ....(Aka) Trouble

The cashier took his time to show me the correct filter and oil for my vehicle but even more important the check out didn't have a long line like other places.

I have 4 auto parts retailers within close proximity to me. Of the 4 O'Reilly's is number 2. And when you are number 2 you need to try harder. Most of the time they do a good job. Recently they sold me the wrong half shaft for a vehicle that I was working on and the mismatched part resulted in a massive oil leak and the entire job had to be reworked completely. The worst part of the story is that the part was sold to me by a store manager who should have known better. Hopefully they will strive to do better in the future.

i have been buying parts from this location for quite a while now and have gone as far as to open a shop account with them and use them as my primary parts supplier for the shop i work at. here is my issue. upon receipt of an invoice i noticed they charged me tax on a core which i had out and ready for pick up when the part was delivered. when i asked for the updated amount they would not take the tax off the invoice. when i pointed it out to the delivery driver he said i either want the part or i don't and left it at that. so i paid the amount and proceeded to contact the local store manager on duty Jesse. read him the invoice number and explained the situation. the resulting response was check my math because his checks out. Wrong response. tax rate in my and his area is 7.75% which he agreed with. the cost of the battery is 107.89 which means tax should have been $8.36. instead they charged me $9.76 plus a dollar battery fee that nobody could explain to me what the charge actually was. now i know $1.40 is a meaningless amount that most of us don't even care about but this is one transaction from one customer and i guarantee this is not an isolated incident. and its not the amount that matters, you cannot put a price on integrity.just curious if they actually report this extra little bit of capital to the irs or if its swept into someones personal account

Went in the store at 4:45 to buy fuses for my car. Was not greeted when I walked in. Stood in line only one customer at the counter with the clerk. Stood there for 10 mins nobody acknowledged me. There were 2 employees at the counter 1 that walked thru the door and 1 that was in the back. I finally asked if someone could help me. The gentleman stated "I am counting money"I asked what about the other 2 he replied they were leaving. But if they would have asked to help me when I first walked in they would of been done and made the sale before 5pm.
