This is my third time here at the shop. They always do a great job. Fast and efficient work, and good prices! If you need a new muffler or other similar types of work, this is the place to go!

A must have muffler shop in your contacts. They worked on my vehicles exhaust when no other muffler shop wanted to touch it due to if damage it would be to costly for them well they took care of me the same day within 1 1/2 hours everything was done and done clean and professional

Went here for the first time to get a new muffler and exhaust pipe installed and they took care of it immediately. Very fair price too. They showed me what had to be done and explained it all to me before starting and offered me a seat where I could watch them work on my car as well. I'm definitely going back to them for any future needs and recommending them to my family and friends.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I was told to show up at a specific time and did, when I showed up I got told the person I spoke with on the phone had left for the day and they were to busy to look at my car and give me a quote, not work on my car, but to even look at it . 2 of the lifts were empty and when I was there 3 of the 4 guys were just standing talking to each other. I was told to come back the next day, but I m not going to give my money to a that can t hold appointments and clearly doesn t want the work.

I took my 99 toyota sienna for a catalytic replacement and it took me 20 min and I was outta there. I still cannot believe how good those dudes are.

We brought our 1970 El Camino in to get mufflers, first our keys were stolen by the guys living in the camper nextdoor, probably for a joyride so the owner takes apart my steering column to put the car inside overnight. Then a few weeks later when I'm under the car I noticed the stainless steel collectors I gave him to put on were not used instead he used a cheep flange. I can go on and on but the point is be careful who you leave your car with.Service: Exhaust

Great service. I needed my o2 sensor put in but where the bolts go was rusted and needed to be cut an welded. They did a great and fast job and I was on my way in less than an hour. Price was fair. I paid $60 . Good local business i definitely reccomend

Excellent Service. They saved me money on my brake work for my Dodge 2500 Ram pickup, brake drums and pads. The guys are friendly informative, and let you know what needs to be done. I highly recommend this place. They have done other work on my pickup truck and I trust them.Completely. Call Luis!

First time 2 months again was OK but very over priced. Brought my own new flowmaster muffler and cat. converter to be replaced on my 92 Chevy K1500. Price was quoted at $160 and then they wanted $175. Had to go back yesterday to have my Cat. converter ( smog tech. said wrong cat. ) with a new one I had purchased. Called to make appointment as before no one to answer the phone. Called again 3 times and the manager said bring it in no appointment needed. No body in the office waited 15 minute to see Luis saying all stalls full leave truck and will call with estimate soon. 3 hrs. later I call and then Luis said they had started and it was $120. 1 hour later I go back and truck is still setting right where I left it and my Cat. converter is still setting on the pass. side floor??? Go in find my keys and start to leave and than Luis come out???? Bad customer service will never go back Minus 5 star!!!Service: Exhaust

I took my car in recently and got an amazing deal for a new catalytic converter! I highly recommend Dicks Muffler! Talking with other customers while I was there was very impressive. They have more loyal customers than I ve seen in a long time! Thanks guys!Also this place was recommended to me by Sal, my mechanic at Alpha Auto, with whom I trust completely!

I showed up out of the blue. The place was busy. I wanted to have them install a muffler insulator. They found time to fit me in their busy day. I had the part and will go back since I have ordered the second one I needed. I found them friendly, patient, accommodating, and reasonable on price. In the future I will definitely check them first for any of the items they can provide. I felt a welcoming environment which isn't always the case when you show up out of nowhere. LOL ... You can't go wrong choosing this business.

I went in to have one Bolt & Nut replaced on my headers and turbo manifold they instead removed all my bolts and nuts and replaced them with different ones! But wait... The problem is that I got there my Turbo and car were running just fine I went to pick my car up 8 hours later and my Turbo was no longer working and they claim to have no idea what the problem was yet they wanted me to pay them more money to fix my Turbo, how convenient?... I told them I was not paying them for their work I either wanted my money back or I wanted my Turbo fixed...they gave me my money back.

Luis (the owner) is honest and always take care of me. I Moved to Temecula and I still bring all of my cars to him for my business. You can t find service like this anywhere else. He is reasonable and he s not trying to take my money. There are times when I leave not paying for anything but parts. He is a really good guy. Thanks for all your help!

Very friendly owner and staff. Quality work and very reasonable prices, and they didn't try to overprice me because I was a woman.Went in to replace cat converter. It was a very busy Saturday but owner promised they would fix. It took about 30 minutes to complete the job.

Extremely knowledgeable shop. Excellent customer service. Lowest pricing. They really go the extra mile to make sure your happy. I had an issue with my car that was finished 1 day later and it entailed a lot of hours. I won't go anywhere else.

I've been bringing all my cars here for over 10 years, always had great service and cheap prices. Once an Exhuast hanger broke and they welded it back on for free. I tipped the guy $10 regardless. Best cheap muffler shop in the valley.
