Smell The Flores

We work on cars, that s what we do so we when we ordered a part valued at close to $400 we expect for things to run smoothly. Instead we get to the San Jacinto pick up location and sure enough we are told they do not have it in stock. When we confirmed the night prior that they had received the already paid for part. We then called the other location is which we ordered it from and we re told it was delivered to the pick up store. Louisa (store manager) was already with an attitude at 7 am, we had the other store on the line and in a matter of second she was flipping out on us. In return my husband gave it right back to her. At the end, she let her own feelings come between her job and her customer service and refused to help us. Even going as far as calling the cops and lying to them and trying to remove us. All we wanted was to know where our part was or is. If I could attached the video of her berating my husbands weight and telling us she is refusing to refund our money I would. At the end, my husband contacted the district manager, and I schooled her on manager clearance and I walked out with a cash refund. We will never be giving this location our business and I really hope that the district manager who was extremely nice and understanding is able to find another manager who he can be proud of.

I had the most excellent experience with Venus. She was very knowledgeable about the questions I had and was very eager to help me. I would absolutely recommend coming to this location because of her excellent customer service. Alex the manager was extremely helpful as well.

They usually have what I need and their loaner tools come in handy when you need it. Unless you need a pay that same day just order it online because they upcharge way too much to the point where some stuff you're better off getting it at the dealership.

Why is there only one employee in this store by himself? Al who s name I learned as I purchased a battery for my vehicle . Was alone in the store, with a line full of customers! I guess when you are the Manager all shifts fall on you. He remained claim and showed excellent customer service but you have to do better Auto Zone! Hire this guy some help. Im in line watching people walk out without paying taking advantage of the situation 630pm.

Maurice needs a raise!!!My experience is always great. I m not too mechanically knowledgeable and never have I felt taken advantage of. Genuinely feel like I m being taken care of like a grandchild (in a good way). They even showed me how to install the part I purchased and undid it to make sure I understood the installation so I can do it myself in the future. 10/10

My check light came on and I pulled to Autozone. Al was a great help and helped me with my car. I appreciate him and his help. :)

I love Autozone they have the least expensive products and the funnest employees. Always a great stop when your car isn't quite working right. Its nice to have people who are knowledgeable about their products, especially when you're not so much. I was able to buy all the parts I needed to fix my vehicle and the book to do it myself. I saved hundreds just by visiting Autozone. Thank yall

Awesome professional staff. Parts Counter-Woman was so awesome she and another parts expert helped me with installing headlamp in my 4Runner that I d no clue. Thanks for helping. I ll be back after driving past Orielly s lol

August 35 2023 , my husband went to go get a refund or even store credit for something he longer needed but they denied service saying his receipt did not work and they were being really disrespectful and cussing my husband out . The receipt clearly worked since he had it in his phone downloaded, but the manager just said I m not helping you anymore . This happened at 8am so I hope autozone does something about this poor attitude this manager has .

Walked in was given the info I needed yes knowledgeable but customer service sucks they don't leave the counter just push buttons. Would be helpful quick to know they didn't have a part if they helped. Needs training or new crew.

Every AutoZone is the same lol You're going to be there a while because there's always a lot of customers and not enough staff. They'll help you get what you need though.

Very rude female employee wish I knew her name . Not helpful at all . I was having issues with my battery and was told to go get the battery out of my car and bring it in that she wouldn t take it out for me or check it !! Unbelievable rude and unprofessional . Ended up leaving and going to another location where they went above and beyond to get my battery replaced so I wasn t stranded with my grandson ! Will never go back to the San Jacinto location!!

Pretty knowledgeable associates, but rarely anyone at the register to accommodate a purchase. Apparently they don't assign anyone to the register and instead put all their people at the parts counter. This forces customers to wait to check out while associates are about 20 feet away looking up parts for others.

Super cool people there help me find what I needed to find with bare minimal information I had available to me and let me bring my bike inside because I didn't have my lock on me all 10 minutes before closing super cool attitude positive vibes throughout the store don't forget people they're open till 10:00 p.m. so if you need to stop up in there late you stop up in there late ya hear!

I only come to this location for supplies and will be returning since they now have a self checkout. I have completely given up on all employees working at this location, from the lack of customer service to the errors on orders and parts given and, lastly, to the terrible attitudes.

Well I just want to give a thank you for the kind service after I went to the AutoZone on Sanderson and got the worst service of my life I then proceeded to go to the AutoZone on Esplanade in San Jacinto to see if I can get my issues resolved in the moment I walked in the store it felt different and more welcoming then the two ladies at the other store showed me today. I don t ever write reviews but Maurice took the battery I needed return and did it with no questions asked on what I was doing why I was bringing it back he listen to me I told him about the situation and his computer I bought the wrong size batteries and he said you had to do what you had to do to take care of what you need to take care of and he never said like the other two ladies at the other store that the battery has been installed and used which of course the battery wasn t are used or installed as I told the other two ladies at the other store. What a difference a store makes I said I never go back to AutoZone however I will go back to Maurices store on San Jacinto and Esplanade if I ever have a problem again they were very knowledgeable very very very likable and made me feel like I wasn t crazy like I felt the moment I walked out the other store it was horrible at the store but thank you again Maurice for showing your concern for the customer and taking care of him thank you again excellent job

The store was clean and well maintained, but had to go and wait in line for a number for an airfilter and cabin filter. Ucwas the only one in line and still had to wait several minutes for someone to help me even though there were several people behind the counter. When I asked for the filters the guy after looking up the part went over to the idle and grabbed the filters without giving me a choice or telling me how much they were. Then while heading back to the counter never told we were to go as he walked in different directions. Then ran me up finally. Customer service is really lacking maybe cause there a busy store but I don't think ivwill be going back to that autozone again.

Im disappointed at the time i have to spend standing in line. That's been an issue for years. Im also disappointed that my rewards expire. I think if i earned points they're mine. I should have a year to redeem them. Or by my next visit. Which ever comes first. That would be fair. It doesn't matter if they expire soon, if i don't need anything, im not going to visit your store, but if my rewards keep expiring, i will eventually take my business elsewhere.

I was in need of a battery. They had the battery in sock. The young man who helped me out was wonderful he put the battery in my crv. Will diffently be back for parts.
