This location has a very helpful and friendly staff. I've been there several times and it's one of the only locations where they said that - the computer says the car part it isn't here, but let me go take a look anyway....and whatvdo you know - the other Xenon bulb for my TL was found. The guy seriously looked for 5 minutes. I was amazed! If you are reading this thanks bro for saving me the trip to Pasadena!

Great staff here! Staff was very helpful in returning my battery, finding cabin air filters, and even knowledgable on which leather treatment spray for my interior! Phenomenal.

Great customer service. Happy there's still auto parts store. Needed to add oil to my car and the remote key fob needed batteries, instead of driving all the way downtown to BMW, O'Reilly had the Mobile 1 European oil and the CR3032 battery for the key fob. Awesome!Join their rewards program, like every other one out there. You'll get coupons! Yay!

I cane to this store as it is the closest to my place and this LADY named ALEX doesnt seem interested to help. SO, i ended up buying from Alhambra with better customer service even if its not that close to my place. The customer before me was already complaining about her for being NOT helpful.

Called O'REILLY'S in San Gabriel and spoke with Trong. After calling the other guys and was informed that I would have to go to the junk yard or go to the Dealer to purchase the pigtail connector for the V-Tech and. or get it used from a Private party. NON- SENSE!! Trong The Man not only did he order it on the spot....I didn't have to stop was I was doing and run over there to pay for it. He just told me to come in and get it at 5 pmNow that's customer service with a capital A". Came home, cut, spliced, dice, reconnected the 2 wires that were sticking out of the wire harness.And that was all oShe Wrote. No more check engine light that read, p1259.

The staff have been professional and helpful. Free wiper installation with purchase. Ample parking with the ones closest to the entrance reserved for their free services. Their online website inventory availability appears to sync up with what they have in the store.

This occurred one month ago,I didn't drive my car for about 4 weeks, and I wanted to have my battery checked. Went to autozone on rosemead boulevard. There were only two customers but 4 workers. 5 minutes later, one with a clipboard said can I help you? I said yes I would like to have my battery checked. He said okay and keep doing what he was doing. Later he told a worker can you check his battery. He told me the battery is down. How long will it take to change it. It's best that you take the car home remove the battery and bring it to us, it will take 2 to 3 hr. I told him if I disconnect the battery I will have to reset everything. When I bought the battery here he just plugged a unit under the dash and changed the battery. He said we don't have that. Really you just don't want to do it. And your advertising 30 minutes fast charge. I then when to O'Reilly walked in and in one minute someone said can we help you! I need my battery checked. Someone will help you in two minutes, not even two minutes this guy named Angel said let's check your battery and there were more than two customers in the store. Angel said your battery is good down just a little, drive it for about half hour. Let me check your alternator and starter. It's all good. He notice the vent hose was missing from the battery, he said I will be right back,,he put on the hose and said you need this because your battery is in the trunk. Know that is service thank you Angel and O'Reilly.

the best service in town, we found out one of the headlight of my Toyota Corolla was out of order tonight, we checked the store hour will be closed at 9:00pm, and we are arrived to the store 5 minutes before 9 o'clock at Las Tunas Ave of the City of San Gabriel b, the staff, Victor and his staff are very polite and helpful, and I am very appricated that they could instored the headlight ( I purchased both a pair of better quality headlight)for us for free!

Love this O Reillys... it has been my go to shop for a couple years now. Their loaner tool program is pretty sick... there is usually a tool you need but dont wanna buy cause your only gonna need it once in long long while, well thats where the loaner tool program will come in handy. Special thanks to Rich and Victor. Both of these dudes are amazing and always come thru for me. Rich, keep up that positivity man... you would make a killer manager.

Prices are ok, you can usually find stuff cheaper online but the people/service are great. Sometimes I'll get stuff even if it's cheaper. Also their rental service is amazing. I've gone back several times now over the years.

I would give a negative-star review to this store if possible. Purchased a car battery from there about a month ago and the battery went bad just about 1 month later. Well, totally understand that it was a defective battery and supposed to be the problem of the manufacturer; thus, was trying to take it back for an exchange under warranty and here is the story: the store manager and another employee tested the battery out and claimed that the battery is good and refused to exchange me for another battery. In order to fool their customer, they are even trying to randomly claim that it is the problem of the starter and/or the alternator. This is totally non-sense because I was able to jump my car up and drove there. As they refused to admit that it is the problem of the battery, I had to go to a nearby mechanic shop to get all of the battery, alternator, and starter tested, then brought a proof from the mechanic shop verifying that it was indeed the problem of the battery itself and completely unrelated to the alternator or the starter. Took at lest half of the day to take care such a mess which was supposed to be an 15-min exchange, not even an apology was received. Guys, please be careful with this location and tried not to be the next victim of BS like this.

Reasonable selection of commonly needed auto parts and supplies. Free parking in lot although lot is shared with other stores so sometimes very crowded. Can also park free on street. Staff adequately helpful if you know what you need.

The place is ok. The problem is the employees. They never have change for $100 dollar bill. It happens a lot, it can be mid day and they won't take the bill . Also there is no sign saying they don't take them.

Friendly service. Getting in and out if the parking lot has been nuts since the Asian market opened up next door. The wait can be a bit long if they're busy helping someone order parts.

O'Reilly's may not always have the lowest prices like Wal-mart but their dedicated & knowledgeable associates make the difference especially if your a novice like me & not mechanically inclined
