Today, November 29, 2023, I had my car serviced at Mission Express Lube in San Gabriel. I have been bringing my car there for over 10 years. They are fast, thorough and always pleasant to deal with. Thank you to Marlon and Samuel for their hard work and thank you to Marcela, the cashier. Your team is awesome.

The nicest auto shop I ve ever been to. Feels almost like a luxury experience with the free car wash included and prices are fair. Very honest and helpful people too.

One service is unforgettable and memoriable. Very professional service that combines cares and kindness . The oil change service is fast and reasonable price . I got a free car wash . The one of best service I ever had. Thank you ,Fernando takes time to talk with me.

I've been coming to Mission Express for over 10 years. It has always been a pleasant and smooth experience so it's about time they got their well-deserved 5-stars. Right when I arrived, someone came out to ask if I needed an oil change. Marcela, the cashier, let me know how much the oil change would be before starting and let me sign off so they could work on it. As the technicians Marlon and Samuel followed their service checklist, they found that my brake fluid and air filter were dirty. I chose to have those items addressed and again, I had to sign off so no surprise charges. As a nice bonus, they fixed two issues left by the previous service center. They replaced a damaged drain plug and fixed an unfastened undercarriage cover. Overall, I'm very happy and trust this place more than the big-chain discount service centers.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Fantastic service as always. My family has been coming here for years. The staff is friendly and the techs explain everything to you so there are no surprises. Prices are fair and service is quick. They even give you a free car wash which is appreciated. Highly recommend. No shady work here. Just excellent professional service.

This place used to be a solid decent honest place. With great worker's. But now I highly recommend you go elsewhere for any auto motive needs. Marlon is very rude and does not believe in good customer service. The prices are ridiculously high now and the service has definitely gone down hill. Excellent service!!!I have been a customer since 1988 over 33 years. I see the same kind, courteous, sensible group of great guys there every time. There like a big happy family. Martin is the manager, his crew treats me and my Cars, Vans and Trucks with extra Care. I can't believe you even get a free car washes its amazing even my cars loves going here.Service: Oil change

I have been a Regular customer, returning for my regular 3-4000 miles for an oil change! They are Fast/Courteous and reasonable in price! I always think that even with several cars ahead, they still have you out within-15-30 minutes! Great service guys!

$65 full synthetic oil+filter change PLUS FREE hand car wash!!Now I'm not saying I'm cheap, but I like to spend my money wisely. My oil change was due and was considering even doing it myself instead of paying $98 plus tax at the big guys. After some research I found this place, reviews semed good and decided to give it a try. Extremely satisfied with the service!Oil used was Chevron Havoline 0W-20 (top notch). I also needed tire rotation, which was only $16. Plus you get a coupon for a hand detail car wash. If you live in LA that's min $25.All in all I paid $88 for oil + filter change, tire rotation and hand car wash. The place is rough and outdated, but since when does a mechanic and car wash need to be luxurious?5/5 stars for the service, screw corporations, go local and save your hard earned money!

As always Mission took great care of our car and had me out in less than 20 minutes! I had our Subaru washed for free that day and can't be more pleased with the job they do... I've been a long term customer for over 25 years and have never been dissatisfied!!!

My go to place. Free car wash coupon w every oil change. I always give these to my wife. Her car is electric and therefore doesn't need oil. There's a joke in there somewhere

During my oil change, Mission Express Lube checked all points of interest on my vehicle. During the battery check, they were able to detect The battery did not meet the minimum requirements and my battery needed to be replaced immediately.I was able to call the dealership and found out my battery in still under warranty!Thank you Mission Express Lube for your excellent service!It s actually saving me $150.00 on a new battery.Sincerely,Elizabeth

23 march came for full synthetic oil change and wash. Total damage $87.54. Not cheap by any means. The manager is friendly. But i dont know why your full synthetic oil change only cover 5000 miles whereas all other oil change place set 10000 miles for full synthetic oil. Now my car starts having the maintenance required lights on.

I like this place for oil changes because there's cameras and you get to watch what they do to your car in the waiting room. Always heard horror stories of other places like jiffy lube or midas trying to scam people but I've only had positive experiences here. It's almost as cheap as buying the parts and doing your own oil change if you factor in the free car wash coupon they give you after you change your oil. Pretty cool place.

At first I was told I would be paying around 50 dollars because my car is new and when they showed me what they were going to do to my car it came up to 76 dollars I asked why and the guy didn t give me an explanation. For the most part all but one of the guys was nice. With all honesty the only good thing was the car wash

The staff here is very professional and knowledgeable! I appreciate their keen car advice and that they do not try to sell you services you don t need. I have been using them for oil changes for about five years and will continue to!

Wish I had known about this place earlier. Pretty much on par oil change comparatively, and you get a free car wash (not just a spray down). I will be returning.

I came in to get a standard oil change for my 2004 Camary. I pulled up and a person came up to me and said oil change? I said yes. Reg oil change (around $45) when my car was done. I was surprised by the bill. $72 !! I asked him why so much? His answer was I'm trying something new?? What the hell. He said he used FULL SYNTHETIC OIL which I was not informed about!! But did it anyways. What type of scam is this!! I'm thinking of letting the better business bureau know about this..how many other customers are being scammed..not going to do anymore businesses with them. BEWARE!!!!Very disappointed with the way mission lube does business. I cam

WORST OIL CHANGE SERVICE,AND WORST OIL USED. Everything they do is scamming your money, they refused to provide standard oil service ($42) as advertised and charged me $78 and told me standard oil change is for normal car only, my car is not normal (my car is a 2017 accord sedan) , I have no idea what made my car different, and charge me $5 more for specific oil needed during service. Also, they used WORST OIL,NO SEALED, NO BRAND.Service: Oil change

I have been servicing all my car's at Mission Express Lube, for more then 30 years. If they weren't the best I wouldn't patronize them. A little pricy but worth it.

Hello everyone I highly recommend anyone to come to mission express lube I came to this shop just to get an oil change and left with so much knowledge of my bmw 3 series Martin and he's crew are awesome they let you know everything with detail and the prices are better than other shops guaranteed

They always do a thorough job checking other things not just a oil change, I appreciate that. They let me decide if they do a job or not if something else needs be done.
