Dominique is great! Really helped walk us through and made us feel comfortable the whole time. Buying cars is not easy but he helped a lot with the process. I will definitely think of him next time I (or anyone else I know) buy a car.

Where do I start. We walked in with the goal of us walking out with a Tesla model Y. I'm gonna be honest. At first, we waited for a while, but it was understandable. Chris helped us first and showed us the vehicle, and offered us drinks. The coke was . I love it. Lol. He took us to test drive it. Made our experience great. Dominic arrived and started working on our deal. Long story short, 5 hrs later, he made it happen. Dominic and Vicky ( correct me if im wrong, please) worked hard to allow us to leave on that Tesla Model Y. Thank you, Ideal group. You guys are great. We loved the pin pong table and, of course, the puppy . We will definitely recommend you guys to our friends and family.

I purchased a 2012 Prius Plug in at Ideal Motor back in November, and it was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. I narrowed down my search for a Prius between 3 dealers selling similar price and spec Prius. I chose to go with Ideal Motor Group due to the high reviews/ratings they have on Google, Yelp, and other review sites. Needless to say, they lived up to their reputation. I was turned off by the sleazy vibes I got from the salesmen at the other dealers. Bryan at Ideal Motor was nothing like that, he was very professional, responded quickly, friendly and never pressured to sell me the car. Like all the other positive reviews other people are leaving, I would completely recommend doing business with Ideal Motor and I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from them in the future.

I bought a used AMG C43 there. Although the boss dominic is a litter aggressive, he is really friendly and he is really picky to choose used car. And Bryan provide good service for me. The condition for the C43 is really great and I love that car. And the price is fair, don t spend too much time to negotiate.

Sean was very kind and professional and helped us through the process of buying a new car. He was the only one in the office on the day we went, so we did wait longer than usual, so I would recommend making an appointment ahead of time. The car works great. We were able to test drive it and have all the documents filled out quickly once it was out turn.

I recently purchased a BMW X1 from these guys and I couldn t be more pleased! The customer service was top tier and they go above and beyond to be sure the customer is happy. Sean and Dominic were extremely nice and patient. They are transparent and honest (which is rare in their field of work). The best car buying decision I could have made.

This dealership is absolutely AMAZING!! I worked exclusively with Dominic Choi & Vicky Chen. This was my first time purchasing a car from out of state & they made it as easy as possible for me. Dominic made me feel comfortable by sending plenty of videos & photos of the car, answering all of my questions, & was just incredibly kind the entire time, same with Vicky. They worked with me in ways no other dealership would, including being patient with me when it came to finding a transport company for the vehicle (which was not easy)!! Their communication with me was impeccable & they never made me feel like I was bothering them. The final price was as listed on their website & never changed. There were no hidden fees & the car is absolutely magnificent! Dominic not only went as far as sending me photos of the car being loaded up & leaving their lot, but also followed up with me to make sure I received the vehicle & was happy with everything. This dealership really did go above & beyond for me to the point where I would love to be able to thank them in person one day. Thank you again Dominic & Vicky :)

There are no words to describe how amazing Dominic and Elias are with the exceptional service they provided me. I would like to share my great experience at this dealership. So I found Ideal Motor Group through my searches in looking for a Ferrari California. They had the exact used Ferrari that I want so I reached out via email and immediately got a response back from David Lin. The communication went well so I decided to make arrangement to come to their dealership to check it out. Although they are located in CA and I'm coming from AZ, the road trip was worth it at the end. I met the sale manager (David Lin) upon arrival and right away I got a good vibe. He was very personable and knowledgeable so he made me feel very comfortable which I appreciate. Also his customer service is above and beyond. For those whose are looking to buy a nice used/new vehicle, I recommend you should reach out to David Lin. I'm sure he will go above and beyond for you to find the perfect vehicle for you. Ideal motor group was the second stop on a hunt for a LS460For my father. We first visited Longo Lexus and of course theExperience could of been better. But! Entering Ideal motors weWe re greeting graciously by David L. He was multi tasking, but still took the time to assure us he will be right with us.We were also greeted by the store owner Dominic, and Sandra too. They were also very nice and attentive. Sandra even accompanied us to the bank and was nice to chat with her too.Needless to say my dad loved the car! So we got the 2014 LS460. My dad is 70+ yo and was asking either the same questions or random questions, but David was very respectfulAnd beyond patient with him.Wonderful experience with David and Ideal motors. He gaveMy dad a really good experience. I do appreciate that!

Absolutely the best place to purchase a vehicle. Bryan was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. His Communication with me was amazing. Was always available to answer any questions or doubts that we had. Once we arrived at the dealership we met Sandra. She was amazing as well. Went above and beyond for us. From making us feel comfortable to making sure my Range Rover was in mint condition. This has been the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I definitely recommend them for vehicle purchases. I know I will be back.

Dominic is really informative and helpful! And I got a very satisfying experience. Before this purchase, I bought a Mercedes GLC300 from the shift.com, but I later found out that there was one key feature missing from the car which the shift.com listed on their website. I was really disappointed as I made my decision under the trust, but I felt I got fooled. Luckily they offer 7 days return window, so I returned the car and found this car from Ideal motor group. At last, I got the Mercedes C300 with AMG package at a low price. The car was in great condition, and it has clean title and premium 4 package, and it doesn t even have a scratch. Dominic helped to print the window sticker of this car from the official Mercedes Benz internal website. He showed me everything listed on the window sticker that also included the original price of the car. Therefore, I can trust that this car has every feature that I need. I checked everything and stayed late until 8.30pm that was after their business hours for two days. They also gave me many suggestions when financing the car, and provided help to answer all my questions, even after the purchase. I love my car so far, so thank you Dominic & your wife, and Elias!

Upon calling and viewing multiple car dealerships and given the run around, I was told by a good friend to contact Mike Fomin at Ideal Motor Group. And let me say it was the best and smoothest transaction that I have ever experienced and I have purchased 4 other cars in the past .Mike did not try and fast talk, he was very honest and to the point. There were no underlying or hidden fees, it was exactly as he said.I am now the proud owner of a beautiful, 1 owner car with low miles, because Mike made it happen. Buyer beware and assume you will never buy the vehicle as advertised. This place is the definition of scam; I say this to warn people as I have experience with car sales - this place is a front and the owner, Dominic, is not someone who can back up any claim with a document that is binding and lawful. Unless youre stuck and need a car to get home...and even then - call an Uber.

Such a great experience. I worked directly with David Lin and spoke to the owner Dominic who was pleasant. They worked their butts off to get me financed and a great deal on my dream car. Drove out from Marina Del Rey to check out a GLE350 posted on the website. Met with Elias who was friendly and courteous, and answered many of my questions. I am very particular regarding specifically what I am looking for and this car was clean inside and out, as advertised. After my test drive we sat down to talk over the numbers. We met with Dominic the owner, who was also friendly and courteous and not aggressive as some owners are, to discuss my potential trade-in and ended up doing the deal with ease. My overall experience of working with Ideal Motor Group staff was very favorable...they did what they said they were going to do and made what is typically a very tedious transaction quite simple. If you see a car in their lot or on their website, stop in and check them out as they are great to work with.

We purchased a Toyota Sienna mini van here. The associate who helped us, Mike Fomin, was very kind and patient with our two young boys throughout the test drive and paper work process. The owner came in and spoke at length with our oldest, which was very sweet. The entire experience was as stress free as it could be with two children in tow. We LOVE our mini van and it came just in time as baby sister began an early debut just days later! We will be checking here first when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle.

Dominic was truly amazing. He worked with me on my trade in value and got me a low APR on one of the cars I had always dreamed of driving, the Mercedes C63 AMG. Just had the smoothest car buying experience at IMG. Went in after work to look at a BMW I saw online. Was greeted by a professional by the name of Arthur. He showed me the vehicle and it looked outstanding and drove even better. Filled out a couple forms and he called me back shortly after I left to let me know I was approved. When I came back to finish up the paperwork he didn t play any games with me like most dealers would do. No extra unnecessary fees or surprises. He worked with me to get the monthly payment I wanted and we wrapped things up. No haggling whatsoever and great customer service from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this place based on my personal experience.Thanks again Arthur!

I Will keep it short. I have purchase a car week or two ago from IDeal and have been happy with my purchase and planning on buying another very soon. In fact today. I will recommend this dealership to anyone. There are a lot of quality cars, and also extended warranty if you are a very nervous individual. Always ask question if your unsure. They will help you gain confident by answering all you questions.

Bought a used 2013 car in excellent condition. Mike and Dominic (owner) made sure everything was perfect and replaced the battery and front tires just as a preventative maintenance. Definitely recommend.
