Willis is amazing, professional, and down-to-earth. We are so lucky AAA sent Willis to us to help us out.He came here faster than the quoted time, went thru a tricky parking lot with ease with his large flatbed truck, and helped me out with the entire car situation from pick up to drop off (also an extremely tricky and crowded area) with ease and at the exact parking spot that we needed it to be. He kept it simple for us because he is an expert at what he does.It s a relief that he was there to help us out. We really appreciated the entire experience during such a stressful and hectic day we were having, especially with a family member in the hospital. He really made it better for us.We really enjoyed his calm, fun and positive personality he has amazing work ethic, and sense of humor. Thank you Willis for being there!

I got a flat during rush hour at an inconvenient location on the 605 and Auto car called me shortly after I reached out to AAA. They told me they would be there in 30 min, and Jeremy arrived in around 20! He was efficient, safe and polite. It can be a frustrating situation to deal with a flat but from the phone call to arriving at the tire shop, the experience was stress free and smooth. Thank you for your exceptional support!

I am a business owner myself and I take customer service and service quality very seriously. This is NOT an anger review. This review is an honest review regarding my experience with this company and some of the staff. This was by far the worst experience and service I ever had. PLEASE do not hire or contact this company. They are a subcontractor for AAA and they are the worst shady subcontractor. They will make sure to take advantage of the situation to its fullest. I called AAA and explained that I literally ONLY needed the wrench to remove the tire. They sent this company ( we were on the freeway ) the driver looked at my truck and said we can service because the owner is not here, so it will be $200 for the service. I am on wheelchair myself ( SCI ) believe it or not I had to roll myself down the freeway to do my straight cath due to being SCI so I wasn't there when they arrive. They took more than 2 hours to arrive. I called them and asked how much to let me borrow the wrench and have my stepbrother change the tire. They said NO. They said is $200 or we'll take off. They took advantage of the situation and they charge AAA for the call/service and they charge me as well. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. Not to mention the lady answering the phone was rude and she literally said , " that is the fee or we'll move on ". I don't care what excuses you might reply here, they are not acceptable. You made it hard and a really, and a bad day for me. So save your excuses and change the way you do business.

My 12 V battery died and it was a struggle to get AAA'S virtual chat to connect me to a service towing company. I waited for an hour and then found out they incorrectly confirmed my phone number. I called to find out what happened and AAA's Supervisor expedited me to Auto Car Towing and within 15 minutes, help arrived! Auto Car employee, Corey, was an ANGEL. He went Above and Beyond my expectations and personified what it means to provide excellent customer service! He answered a mirid of questions and he made sure that everything was functioning perfectly before I left. He's a class act and AAA accommodated me in a pleasant and professional way.

Don't use Auto Car to tow your vehicle. Very unprofessional tow truck drivers!Edit: just view the response to this comment to see what I'm talking about. Absolutely worst experience I've ever had with a towing company!

AAA sent them out to me with their virtual assistant chat for a lockout. I got a call from their office & another call from the driver coming to help me. You have to present your id and AAA member card when they arrive.The driver Jesus arrived within 15 minutes and was very nice, helping me keep calm since I was nervous! He was optimistic about my keys being in there since I wasn't sure. All in all business was done in under 30 min. Very grateful for the help!!

I locked my keys in the car and the tech arrived on time and took 3 minutes to open the door. He was very friendly and professional. I will recommend them.

Jesus the man came through much earlier than expected, and was a pleasure to deal with. He was very polite, courteous, and a true professional. I bought one of the batteries from them, because my eight year old optima was needing replacement. It was a pleasure to do business with him, and please give him a raise. Thanks a lot Jesus.

I needed battery service and AAA assigned Auto Car. I noticed some missed calls (no ring, no vibrate nothing...I just looked at my phone), and tried calling the number back several times, and texted..."vmail not set up", no response to the text, and they CANCELLED the job! I had to call AAA again. They followed up with a courtesy call the next day to see how the service was, and I was told the driver's phones cannot receive calls?!? So, if Auto Car is assigned to help you, you'd better call there dispatch number if you have any problems or concerns about your driver.

Michael did a GREAT Job Towing my Truck to Eagle Rock.I was stuck near a dangerous off-ramp in Monrovia at night with no lights and cars racing by ..coming off the freeway.It was unsafe.After towing me ..he even fixed theBattery/alternator problem.Michael was super helpful, nice and professional.I will always use Auto Car because of Michael s Great Help when I was in a bad situation.

I had a really bad experience with them I had to wait 3 hours in the freeway for somebody to come and tow me and after had the audacity to call and ask for a good review. I ve had AAA for over 15 years and I ve never been through something like this. Horrible experience

If I could give no stars . actually negative stars is more like it. This place is a sorry excuse for a business. Professionalism? They don t know her! Inaccurate waiting times, misleading updates, and just plain incompetence honestly. AAA please find better towing companies to partner with. It s doing terrible things to your reputation. Booo, this place is a joke.

Had a horrible 4 hour waiting experience. Then they called me saying we re 45 mins away . They never showed up!Then they stopped answering my calls . I was calm cool and collective . Called triple A and they didn t have an answer for me either. Worst service ever . No one deserves this! I ended up taking an Uber home what a day!Service: Car towing

Danny (Echo) from Auto Car was very professional, did not take long to find my location, got the job done , was very reasonable, friendly and assuring . I would definitely use this service again and would recommend to everyone I know. I am glad AAA is affiliated with such good companies.I really hope that people like Danny would be recognized and rewarded for providing such excellent service.

Had their tow truck come out to my vehicle to change a tire, referred via AAA. Guy got there said my tire bolts were special and none standard. He stated he could not remove the tire. The bolts are standard and the tire has been changed many times before by AAA independent contractors. AVOID THIS BUSINESS. THEY DON T KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING. Probably just wanted to tow the vehicle and charge more. The tow truck driver just drove off, totally unprofessional!

Very very untrustworthy company Do not use them they are crooked and do bad business and practice in a way that is not business like. I would not recommend them at all and surprised that they even have a contract with AAA. I would avoid them at all cost and call Jan's towing or someone else cause they are a shady operation. I would give this place a 0 rating and not give them my business or recommend they're service to anyone. Vic was very rude on the phone and for the owner of a company I would think he would have done a better job at wanting a customer and the business for future customers. Total total unprofessional business practices.

worker with license plate 77857E2 seems extremely unprofessional. for someone who works with or owns an auto repair shop, their driving is appalling. disappointed but expected. I totally understand the other lower rated reviews.update: business manager sent some pretty rude messages on yelp...legit thought it was just an employee with the business vehicle behaving poorly but itseems like it's a top down issue.

I now will only allow Auto Car to tow my vehicles. I own a classic Lincoln and needs a tow 3 times over the course of 6 weeks all in different cities and each time they showed up quickly. The first occurrence the first driver assessed my car and determined a special flat bed would be necessary to prevent possible damage due to special suspension on my particular vehicle. The 1st driver made the call and waited until the 2nd special truck arrived in minutes. No extra charge and I came away with the feeling they actually cared about my car. The next two occasions they showed up with the special truck well before the time AAA quoted. Each driver was nice, clean and very helpful. I have recommended many to them and will continue to use their services exclusively and tell everyone to use these guys.

This company has the worst customer service EVER! Today I called AAA due to a dead battery. Auto Care was chosen as the vendor, the service man who came out was so rude that I refused his help and was willing to wait until AAA sent me another Service Man.I don't want to waste my time here explaining the rude actions of this services man. I'd rather post a one star review and warn any readers of this comment to keep searching and don't waste your time with Auto Care.

I called to come in for an inspection but could only do 8am or earlier due to work. Hector worked with me on this and came in earlier than usual so I could get my inspection done. He caught a code that indicated a bigger problem than had been let on by another company I had gone to prior. He walked me through each issue he found and showed me how he found it. Super appreciate the help!

Tow truck driver failed to stop at a stop sign and causing me to hit my brakes. I honked my horn and he flipped me off. Very dangerous and unprofessional. I captured the incident on my dash cam. What a piece of work since they say they contract with AAA.

HORRIBLE SERVICE SND ATTITUDE AND INCOMPETENCE EVERYTIME AAA sends them the last straw a guy sent to jump my battery doesn t have any juice in his jump box and then proceeds to try and cover snd lie about it ridiculous..I ve requested AAA don t send them anymore worst ever!!!!
