Took my dad s 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan for an inspection. Loud noise was coming from the front passenger side. I suspected the wheel hub assembly but hope it wasn t the axel.George inspected the van and confirmed it was the wheel hub. He called to confirm if I wanted the repair done. I messaged my dad and waited an about 30 minutes for a reply. As I didn t received one, I approved the repair. A couple of hours later, I received a phone call from George, that the repair was completed. I arrived to pick up the van and he was very polite and friendly. I was very happy with the repair. Glad I brought it to ALL CAR SPECIALISTS. I am very satisfied with the repair, price was reasonable and it includes warranty on the repair as well.Bring your vehicle to ALL CAR SPECIALISTS for all your vehicle needs. Great and friendly service! Willing to offer rides if you re dropping off your vehicle. They are a little pricey for services, but you get a warranty with it. $180 for an inspection.

Excellent service, you can trust this business. He happens to be an auto mechanic instructor at community college. During the process, he took picture to show us the problem and how he fixing it. Very honor business, we also got nice appreciation card in mail from them too.

I visited the car service center and expressed my concern about my vehicle. They promptly informed me about the estimated cost and kindly atravesar a ride back home. Their hospitality was commendable, and they patiently addressed all my queries. And informed me of other potential issues with my car and presented alternative financing options. Overall, I am pleased with my experience and I ll be returning for future maintenance needs.

I was going to a great car repair facility for almost 40 years when I found out they were going out of business. Fortunately, the owners told me about All Car Specialists. When your mechanic recommends another facility, you know they must be good! From the time I arrived until the time my car was ready (about 20 to 30 minutes), I was treated like I was one of their longtime customers when in fact it was my very first visit. Jorge, the service manager, greeted me in the waiting area and introduced me to the office staff. The owner, Paul, performed the smog check I needed to renew my license tab. He also advised me about my tires, which I greatly appreciated. If you re looking for a repair facility that takes care of their customers, charges fair prices without up-selling , and has great service, go to All Car Specialists. You ll love the family atmosphere combined with friendly, professional service. I look forward to doing business with them for many years to come!

I have a 2004 Toyota Echo with 215K miles on it. Check engine light came on. My scanner diagnosed "misfire #1 cylinder". I used to put 400 miles a week on the Echo. Now that I'm retired, it's 400 miles a year. I knew the spark plugs were almost new, so that left the coils and/or other major items. I was trying to decide how much I wanted to invest in the Echo. Jorge said that if it was his car, he would rebuild the motor if that's what it came to, "Where are you going to find another car as reliable as the Echo in today's market?" Based on that question and my previous excellent experiences with Ron and Jorge, I okayed the work. Coils were changed. Also, the air flow sensor, which came up faulty on a road test. The Echo runs great now. The best part, Jorge pointed out that the work was warranted for 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever came first. That is twice the standard warranty from Toyota dealerships. Jorge helped me out with my 2007 Lexus. Fantastic service, kept me posted on updates throughout the whole service period. Went in to check out a battery issue we were having and they found that we had a leak in our radiator hose. Only recommended that we take care of it before summer but didn t push us to get it done there. Ended up getting it done there, fantastic service and customer care. Will be coming back here if I have any issues on any of my vehicles in the future!Services: A/C installation & repair, Battery

Ron was enthusiastic, positive, and great to work with. When I deal with Ron, I feel confident & uncomfortable; he does a great job of developing trust and rapport.I was fully get a straight answer from him and that he s looking out for me in my best interest.I ve been driving for over 40 years and I ve taken my cars to several shops over that time period. I can tell you be on the shadow of a doubt that this is the best car up or shop I have ever been to.Kudos to Paul the owner who is fantastic to work with; he is pleasant and professional and friendly.Keep up the fantastic work!

Paul and his team at All Car Specialists were nothing short of professional. Paul was very thorough in his explanation of what he would be doing before the work started. There were no surprises or additional charges that hadn t been previously discussed, which I greatly appreciated. The work was done in a timely manner. He did point out small items that I should be aware of that could be addressed in the future, which I found to be very helpful! Good to know I need to keep these things on my radar. I couldn t be happier with the service I received and I would highly recommend. The whole experience from beginning to end was pleasurable...which is rarely a word you would associate with car repairs! ;-)Service: Wheel alignment

My check engine light was on and I didn t know why. A close friend suggested that I take it to All Car Specialists since he had a good experience there.I instantly felt welcomed. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. They offer a 5 mile ride service so I was able to leave my car there so they could throughly look for the issue. Within just a few hours they called me with the report and had the issue fixed that same day.I will be returning to All Car for my future car needs.

Replaced my brakes myself and they felt like they were sticking and dragging as my car felt a little sluggish. Decided to bring it to this shop to inspect and they said the brakes were installed properly and the car felt fine from their test drive.However, I had to pay the diagnostic fee because you know mechanics need to be paid for their time so I understood that. So I just left and decided to drive around to see if it would get better. It didn't, so I called in the next day to see if I could bring it in again before driving back to AZ, but unfortunately they were closing early as it was New Years Eve. They were honest enough to realize that my issue wasn't resolved yet still so they refunded me the diagnostic fee.I ended up just taking my brakes apart and realized that the spring clips that move the pads needed to be replaced as they had lost their springiness. After replacing those, my car doesn't feel slow anymore.Even though they didn't fix anything on my car, I would recommend them as they get a lot of business and were knowledgeable and honest.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Recently took in my Acura for an inspection because it had not been running well or at all really. Paul was able to do a thorough look over( and under ). Unfortunately I got bad news about my engine , BUT the care and professionalism has been superb . Paul is very nice and provided excellent service. I recommend All Car Specialist for any of your repair or maintenance needs they really are great.

I have been using All Car for over 20 years. I trust them to help me keep my cars running, telling me what absolutely has to be done and what can wait. Having confidence that the people working on your car are looking out for you is such a gift. On a recent trip, a strut was leaking. They had replaced it a few years ago, it was no longer covered by the warranty but because I don't drive many miles, they were able to talk the supplier into giving them a new one under the expired warranty. Saved me $300. And I really appreciate them going the extra mile.

I struggled for several weeks to get my car to pass my annual smog check. As I described situation my neighbor suggested I see his friend, Paul, at All Car Specialists. I did and in about thirty minutes the problem was found and I passed the test! Paul and his professional team are knowledgeable, consider each customers needs and will make follow-ups when necessary. I would highly recommend Paul and his team to anyone with a car service need.

Could not be more impressed with Paul and his team! Came here because Kerechuk shut down and Billy used to work here.I was impressed with Paul and his professionalism and I m ecstatic with the work they did on my 2009 Honda Ridgeline. Fair prices and a great business! Going to recommend All Car Specialists to all my friends. They definitely have a new customer for life!

Paul did a good job in changing the spark plugs on my Lexus. The car now runs much better. He also pointed out the mistake I made in changing the oil filter. Really appreciate the way he cared about my car.This is the first time he serviced my car. For sure I will go back to him for future services.

Very knowledgeable mechanics. The only thing that caught me off guard was the cost. I was quoted $67.50 to do a Evap smoke test, but when I went in I was told $150.00. It was a bit high for what was done, however the quality of work was great.

Having a great mechanic is like having a great dentist or housekeeper. Once you have the right one, you never want to let them go. Well, when Kerechuk Motor Services decided to retire their business a few months, I was heartbroken, until I got a card in the mail from Kerechuk owners Billy and Natalie referring us (and all of my service records) to their old friends AllCar Specialist, which helpfully is equidistant from my house, just in the other direction.My first experience with them last week, couldn't have gone better. Sarah made the appointment, and Ron was super professional and communicative, which I expected, but it's always nice to have expectations met. I went in for a regular service and a front brake job. Turns out the brakes were fine for a few more miles, but the radiator replacement I'd been putting off was on borrowed time. They did it, and the thermostat and hoses, and had it ready for me the next day, at a totally fair price. Best of all, my friend and favorite wrench, former Kerechuk owner Billy De Bere, is there at All-Car Specialist as one of their lead techs, and he did the work!Life is good when you have a good mechanic. I have had a positiv relationship with All Car Specialists. They do communicate with me if there are issues that went beyond what I brought my car into. Lately, I have recommended to two other people that I know. I hope I will continue working with All Car Specialists in the future.

All Car always takes good care of my cars. When I first started going to All Car, I had a Toyota Celica, Paul's shop kept it running for 21 years. I now have a Saturn SC1 for 19 years, over 200,000 miles. Just had my air conditioning fixed, plus a few other things & my car is still running strong.I would advise that if you want you car taken care of, go to All Car Specialists. They will keep your car running for years, good people work there. They will advise you, give you options and they will take care of you and your car!! Guarantee !!

I called to get a quote for a belt tensioner replacement for my 2014 Madza 3 hatchback. A lady asked for my information and would give me a call back. Paul, the owner, returned my call with a quote of $230 all in and taking about 2 hrs. I was impressed with the professionalism and customer service so I made appointment a week later to have it changed. On the day, I was told by Ron that they would do an inspection first to see if it needed to change. And it costs $25. Although the change was informed by the dealer, I thought a second opinion would be helpful so I said ok. Turn out, it needed to be change. Then I was told the total would be $425 which was shocking to me. Ron said he would try to get the price I was quoted. I waited 2 hrs and finally they said the price was $283. And I had to wait another 2 hrs because of lunch break. I asked why the price was changed but Ron did not really answer the question. He kept saying that I got a good price. Overall, it was a disappointed experience for me. They were nice but they went back and forth with the price and wasted my time. My appointment was at 9am. It should have been a two hour wait on a Monday morning but became 2pm when I finally got my car fixed. Not only that, after saying I got a good price, the guy charged my credit card the total $425 then processed a refund back the difference.

5 years ago I was referred to All Car Specialist by the Auto Club of Southern CA due to some questionable service that I was receiving elsewhere.Since then I have only considered going to them for service even as I have moved out of the area.Every staff member is very professional and all service needs fully explained prior to their beginning service on my car.I have referred 2 other ladies who are also very pleased with the service.
