The best experience I've had getting body work in San Francisco. Will's does excellent work, and their staff is very friendly and helpful. They handled coordinating with my insurance company on the estimate and even saved me some money to boot. Highly recommended!

First I want to say I choose this shop for a paint repair because of all the positive reviews and I want to say they did not disappoint me. They lived up to all the great reviews and then some. I use to live in SF and now live near San Leandro and was glad I drove the 20 mi. to get the work done there. Not only is their work impeccable, but Bobby and Romeo were some of the most friendly, professional staff I had come across in a long time. They understood when I had to reschedule due to an unprecedented heatwave but they even worked with me for an initial approximate estimate saving me a trip just for viewing by submitting photos. Romeo even repaired a few dings that was not included in the estimate to make the job look perfect. Even as busy as they are Romeo took the time necessary on the phone to discuss my repair and all the confusion I was having with my insurance company. In this day and age I don t find many places that I really feel go out of their way to make sure the job and complete experience is a positive one like they did. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP FOR ANY BODY WORK YOU NEED.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I stopped by for an estimate for a fender dent and Will was so kind and explained the options to me as well as explaining the estimate in detail. What I appreciate the most was his personable nature and willingness to work on my timeline due to personal reasons and get my car fixed that same week. I dropped my car off in the morning and I got a call that it was ready by 1pm. I stopped by after work and the excellent service continued. Will explained the process to me and even taught me a few things about sensors. Will and his entire team were amazing, kind, professional and left my car looking good as new. I m extremely happy with the service I received, the cost, and the work done on my car. I m grateful to have found this shop.

I have used them for a few small repairs. Their prices were competitive, and the quality was good. The last repair was a lower lip on my car that was cracked (thanks SF streets), they repaired it painted it to a perfect match (which isn't easy) for a good price. Will has fixed many of our cars and they do superb work!! They can repair anything and make it look new! They are skilled craftsmen and provide fair repair costs even on high end cars like Porsche, Lexus and Audi! They are the best in SF!! We support our local car repair technicians!

Will and his team are great! Reliable and stand behind their work. I had rear quarter panel damage on my Subaru and they did a great job with paint color match and body work. Car was delivered on time, washed and cleaned inside and out. These guys are busy so better to call before you come. Great family-run local business. Recommend!Service: PaintingService: Painting

Amazing auto shop! I was rear-ended and this shop helped take care of everything. They are always available, answered all my questions, essentially handled all the insurance back-and-forth, and fixed my car in less than a month (which is awesome considering the parts storage). I m definitely going back for my next annual check up.

I was stuck on the road with a punctured tire and Romeo kindly helped me get enough air in the tire to make it to a tire repair shop. He declined to accept money for helping me. For me trust is everything as well as patience because he made sure I was safe and didn t rush. I would recommend my friends to see him.Service: TiresService: Tires

This is the nicest and most honest shop I ve ever been to. They were very transparent, gave me tips on how to fix it myself to save money, and their quotes are the most reasonable that you can find anywhere. I m so grateful I found them!

These guys are incredible. What a great find in sf. Very honest when it comes to pricing and they do a terrific job all around. They fixed my Mazda 3 beautifully. They even thoroughly wash and clean your car after fixing it. Definitely go here for all car body work!

*Edit* They are awesome! I noticed something that was kind of off with my door after bringing it to their shop about a month ago so I called them to make an appointment. Apparently it was due to heat which made my window/door trim (I don't know what it's called) look funky. They took a few minutes to fix it without a fee! Thank you again guys!Excellent service and professional.

Had the most incredible experience here. They squeezed me into the schedule last minute, got my car done early, and the quality of the work was excellent. Car came out looking brand new. Long overdue.....but Got no complain when picking up my fixed car.Wills brother took care of me and the rest of the crew as well.Really had a great experience with the team so thank you! Plus thank you for being honest with the estimates, these guys are passionate about what they do and we didn't feel at any moment that they were trying to rip us off, so really appreciate their great ethics.

Have been to Will's on three separate occasions for work on two different cars. First time was for damage done when someone side swiped my car. The car was like new when I got it back. Paint job was spot on. Great work!Second time was for minor damage to a door. There was some paint transfer and light scratches. They buffed it out same day in about an hour despite being pretty busy and any damage to door was unnoticeable.Third time was for front end damage to a second car that was leased. Will's is knowledgable of the insurance claims process and working with various insurance companies. They did great work on the leased vehicle and were great at acting as my advocate with the insurance company to make sure the claim on this car covered repairs properly to make sure the car dealer will accept the car without any hassles upon return.Also, the guys there are great. They stay busy and for good reason. They do a great job and work with you as best as possible on pricing. Great people, attitude, service, follow up, and work!

Brought my car into Will's after a parking incident left my fender and door damaged. I was very impressed with the service and communication provided. I received updates throughout the process and the communication around timing and insurance was clear. I'd highly recommend to anybody in the SF area!

Well worth a trip to the city for Will's honesty, professionalism, quick service and beautiful auto body work. Used to live in the neighborhood, but even coming from near San Leandro, I know l'll get top notch quality at astonishingly competitive prices. I'm so grateful to know about Will's, I've brought multiple cars here, where Romeo and his team never fail to impress me with the value and integrity they give everyone. I mean it when I say these guys are the best. They were super flexible and easy to work with. I had to cancel a few different times and every time they were understanding and cool about it. They explained the process to me about getting my car fixed. Amazing service and even better work done!

I used Will's Auto Body as a result of a hit and run driver that side swiped my vehicle. The entire process was rather seamless- Will and his team communicated directly with my ins. co., explained the process to me, duration of which my car would be in the shop, and also handled a few other minor items that needed fixing. Will is a true professional. I was an out-of-towner with a borrowed car on a clock. He was very honest in assessing what could and could not be done well, and what the realistic estimate would be for a 100% fix vs. Superficial fix with the time I had. He wrote up quotes for both in case I decided to go to my insurance. He tried the easy fix first and it was beautiful. Probably saved me a thousand dollars. Can't recommend him more. Six stars for honesty, candor, speed, price, and just being a decent guy.

Will's Auto Body does BEAUTIFUL work and are kind and knowledgable in the process. This is a heartfelt shop-owner with good small business values. UPDATE: Will is AWESOME! The side of my 2008 Volvo S60 was backed into while I was parked, a non-trivial repair involving both body and rear door, and Will made it good as new! He also took care of some other issues needing attention, and detailed the car before returning it, so it looks fantastic! Highest recommendation!

Expert work even with in the face of insurance companies refusing to pay appropriately. Insisted on original new parts and blending of the paint on hood and fenders. Will and Romeo extremely pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Work might take a bit longer than others but if you want your car to look perfect, it's worth it.

Amazing service. I was in an unfortunate situation with my insurance coverage and had to pay out of pocket. Romeo worked with me to cut the initial quote by more then half. And the finished product is completely flawless. 10 out of 5 stars

I was recently involved in a hit and run that resulted in $7K worth of repairs needed for my car. Romeo and Will are the nicest people I've ever dealt with in the auto body industry (I'm also a horrible driver). They called with updates, made sure that everything with insurance was taken care of and took care of my rental car as well. My car was finished in a little over a week and looked better than before the accident. They also washed and vacuumed the interior which was the icing on the cake.I will definitely be returning after my next fender bender...no need to be optimistic, I know it's going to happen :)

Bad news, good news: The bad news was that my car was hit yet again, hard, this time by a lady backing out of a parking place without looking. The good news was that she had good insurance, and that Will did a stellar job of making my front bumper new again! Will is awesome, highest recommendation!

Are you kidding me? Why would you go anywhere else???? These guys are top-of-the-line. I've used them numerous times and besides being incredibly pleasant and accommodating, their work is SUPERIOR. They take pride in their work and go out of their way to please their customers. TOPS IN MY BOOK!
