I recently had the pleasure of using West Wind Automotive for some repair work on my vehicle, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. They were attentive to my needs and ensured that all of my concerns were addressed.The quality of the work performed on my car was exceptional. Not only did they complete the repairs in a timely manner, but the results were outstanding. Excellent service and turnaround time on my catalytic converter replacement. I was kept advised throughout the process. The personnel was friendly and thorough. Would highly recommend West Wind to anyone needing service with their auto and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

I brought my car to West Wind after another San Francisco auto body shop canceled my appointment. An I'm so glad that I did! Service was incredible. Communication was great, Shannon at the front desk was very helpful. I received the estimate in a timely manner and all the paperwork was filed with my insurance company. Best of all my car looks like new and was cleaned immaculately when I went to pick it up.

I had a small accident and damaged the front side of my car. Westwind was able to work with my insurance company very efficiently. My car was returned to me in a beautiful condition, and in a very timely manner. Very well-organized well-run shop. I highly recommend it! Also very convenient.

West Wind did an amazing job on my Mini Countryman. Insurance had said my car was totaled after accident. But after further review and inspection by West Wind, insurer changed its mind and allowed car to be repaired. Now it feels like brand new car. West Wind Automotive did a great job on replacing the whole rear bumper on my car after the accident and its like a brand new now. Did some small touch ups paint on my car that I had and polished the headlights free of charge. The turn around time was fast. Highly recommended. Shannon, Thank you very much. - EB

They did a great job on my car which had a hit and run. They were communicative & understanding and even helped me to search for parts that were not included in my insurance estimate. Westwind was an absolute dream to work with throughout the repair of my Lexus. From the office Shannon handled all the details professionally and expertly never failing to explain everything to me in an understandable way. Likewise, in the garage, Tony was completely aware of the needs my car due to the damage done by the driver who hit my car. They together are an excellent team and they re supported by crew in the garage who obviously are doing work just a notch above any competition. I am historically very picky about the work done on my car, but even my critical eye couldn t find anything amiss with the work they did. I m definitely recommending this garage to any of my friend who need body work: paint in the future.

Excellent work and support. Fixed my very damaged car in time for my vacation. Was very helpful in transportation home and with rental car drop-off. If I need a body shop again this is a place I would choose.

A tree fell on our car during a bad storm last weekend, and I am so thankful I chose West Wind Automotive from the list of AAA approved body shops. Our insurance adjustor was practically useless and I called West Wind in a panic, and Shannon was a total hero that day. AAA wasn't going to send a tow truck for two more days, and Shannon had one at our house in an hour. From the second I reached out, she always answered the phone, answered all of my questions, and was just a dream the entire time. Trust me, if you need anything at all, this is the place to go. 5 stars for professionalism, 5 stars for efficiency, and 100 stars for Shannon.

Amazing work, amazing service . The whole process was smooth and easy . They went beyond my expectations and even fixed a window that had been stuck for years which, btw , was not part of the service and did not charge me . My truck needed major body work and I almost didn t recognize my truck it was so clean and the paint job , WOW ! Also, They took the extra time to detail my truck afterwards . My car was involved in an accident. I selected West wind because of their incredible reviews and the went above my expectations. He actually was able to make my car at least drivable on the spot. He wasn t focused on getting the most money but just take long car of me the customer and the car. Auto shops can be stressful this place was blissful. Job well done with the repairs! Dent repair and paint job. I love that they cleaned my car inside and out after the repairs. I also received a free pen with my receipt. I was surprised to receive a call earlier than expected that my vehicle was ready to be returned to me. Shannon and Tony you guys are the best with customer service! Excellent service provided! I brought my 2004 Nissan Pathfinder that had a collision that badly damaged the door on the driver side and the front panel that the insurance deemed to result in the car as a total loss.Tony and team repaired below well below the total loss estimate, saved the car for me and did a great job . Really nice people to deal with .

Shannon is amazing. Wow such great communication and her response time is unmatched!!Tony did an excellent job repairing my Mazda CX-5 that was rear ended. It s back looking BRAND new. He made sure to not only fix the visible damage but also checked and fixed the unseen and mechanical damage.They dealt with my insurance company and made everything so stress free. We were in a minor car accident. The other driver's company had Kemper insurance and we were referred to West Wind Automotive to handle the repair. Shannon and her team provided excellent service throughout the process, giving us proactive updates on the status of the parts and the repair process. They were able to schedule the repair for when we'd be traveling so there was minimal disruption on our side. Our car looks amazing. It's shiny, clean, and like new. My vehicle was repaired by West Wind after a failed theft. The team was prompt and responsive to my and my insurances inquiries. Due to the age of my vehicle they had to use alternative methods to source parts but were ultimately able to fix my vehicle in roughly a weeks time. They went so far as to wash and vacuum my truck as well. Overall I'm extremely pleased with my experience with West Wind.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We wouldn't say that we want to get our car smashed up but if it has to happen then there is no finer upside than to have WestWind handle it. Their work is spectacularly good -- flawless. The customer experience simply could not be better -- they are totally focused, empathetic, doing everything they can to eliminate the hassle, and are super friendly at every step.
